Staff were immaculate, smiley, friendly, helpful etc. Bed was super comfortable, I kept snoozing alarms lol. Spa facilities were top quality. Great location for me, as working nearby.
Online it says the gym would be open 31st march, I stayed at end of April and it unfortunately wasn’t open still. Aside from that, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and I work worldwide, staying in hotels in every corner of the globe

Brilliant staff, this young bunch of people are so good at what they do.
Secure parking. Good bar & excellent value
4.0
nothing, it’s being used by the home office! the images must of been taken years ago in its prime! complete joke, no spa, pool or gym available!
everything! won’t be staying there again… to a point I had to ask for someone three times to come to the bar! massively under staffed!
7.0
Clean and comfortable rooms, great staff and good food.
They were undergoing renovations so the facilities were rather compromised; I knew this at time of booking so this is an observation, not a criticsm

Close to where I needed to be on business. Checking in was pleasant and the staff were friendly.
No heating, pool was closed and the bathroom was dirty with hairs.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The Suite was clean & comfortable.
We had to leave for 8am Saturday morning, but breakfast isn’t served before 8am at the weekends, so we didn’t get to eat, which made the £130 a costly overnight stay, maybe there could be something organised for those patrons that require an early start at weekends.
We did eat an evening meal here which was absolutely delicious.
The location was convenient for where we needed to be, but if you want to see Liverpool, it’s probably not the spot.
There wasn’t anything to dislike.

Convenient to where we needed to be
Over priced for what it is. I remember the Suite when it first opened, hotel is very run down and did not meet expectations

Lovely sized rooms clean staff realy nice and very helpfull infact they are the best thing about the hotel
Didn't find out until 2 days before that swimming pool sauna facilities were closed
Booked for a spa treatment which was cancelled but did get offered free use of steam rooms
Also Dinning facilities very basic with very little choice on menu
5.0
lack of facilities - everything closed when I stayed (inc gym, pool, lifts) but only told on morning of arrival

The bedroom was bigger than expected with cozy bedding.
Was given a false impression of what I was getting for the spa included but was left disappointed.
4.0
absolutely nothing
mattress was clearly past its sell by date

The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Excellent, if expensive, meal in restaurant and good breakfast. Swimming pool nice but jacuzzi closed
The surroundings were a mess as there is obviously work going on together with whole sections of the hotel being used for different types of visitors. I like to be able to walk round grounds etc and this was not possible. Total mess of confusing curtains and no signs in reception, pool and restaurant area.

Just to far out from Liverpool city centre .about a 20 pound fare .also only half the hotel was operational due to a government scheme.

Good size room. Breakfast was good could of put more on the full English, for example 2 sausages and 2 bacon. My partner had a hash brown, they had forgot to put one on my breakfast!
Bathroom needed a refurbishment. Very tired looking and old fashioned and I found someone else hairs in the bath!

The pool and facilities are superb
There was nothing to dislike

Really friendly and helpful staff. Big room. Comfortable.
It was really expensive for the fact it was old and tired, rust stains on the bath from the safety handle for example. I had a long wait for dinner, 65 minutes from ordering to getting my food and the menu choice was very limited.

Stayed regularly averaging £80 - £90ish inc breakfast, charged £130 this time for an alleged Executive suite, Rust running from the bath bar, bath panel absolutely filthy light on left side of the bed as you lie on it, no witch to turn on. other rooms were far better than this "executive", added breakfast after paying as i didn't realise it wasn't in with the initial £120 cost, i asked the receptionist who booked me in if i need a receipt, to be told no he would added it to the booking, guess what happened when i went for breakfast - Sorry you have not paid for it ! luckily i took the credit receipt with me
Totally ripped off with the price for an "executive" room which is worse than the normal rooms

The staff were friendly
The bathroom was very poor, tiles with no grout on the joints, towels were very worn and threads hanging out of them there was a bottle top on floor from previous guests used toiletries in bathroom,we booked a second night with breakfast included and that was a let down too,was meant to be £20 extra there was cereal, and toast bread was mouldy so we were a bit put off tbh, breakfast came,1sausage 1bacon 1egg mushrooms beans and hash brown wasn't enough, a good breakfast for the price needs to be 2 sausage 2 bacon egg 2 hash browns beans mushrooms
