Season

Good location for the purpose of our trip. Loved the staff, and the room suited our needs. Bar and restaurant close to hand. Enjoyed my breakfast. Not a lot to complain about, good value for money

Eurovision stay at Dibbinsdale Inn

Location.. easy and frequent access to Liverpool City centre via Merseyrail. As a single room it was understandably smallish, but had everything I needed. Cooked breakfast included, was very welcome. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Can't think of any negatives.

Have stayed there for years first time disappointed breakfast changed cooked only no cereals. Stayed 2 nights room not cleaned after first night..

Quiet night and lovely area if you love peace and quiet.

Room was good, but I prefer a hard bed which was the only reason I did not give the accommodation excellent. I missed breakfast as I had an early start on the Sunday, but I have stayed before and can say the breakfast is excellent the previous times I have stayed.

Just the soft bed. Breakfast could be earlier on a Sunday is probably the only thing that could have made my assessment higher.

Cozy but comfortable, great food

Rooms are dated but clean and comfortable. Food in restaurant was great, including breakfast.

Ensuite was very small and not really suitable if you are 'large'.

Excellent quality food and brilliant staff, but generally needs tidying up and some updating.

The staff were fabulous, friendly and efficient. The restaurant food was amazing and breakfast was very good with a really varied selection.

The furnishings and the decor of the room was dated and tired, were were expecting that based on reviews. The shower was scalding hot with no option to turn down, we did tell the manager so hopefully this will be attended to. The mirror in the bathroom is so high I could only see my eyes upwards, even my husband struggled to shave. Our biggest issue was the bed, it was so hard you might as well have slept on the floor. I dont mind a firm bed but this was far too hard, Such a shame as I so want to rate them highly based on their friendliness and food.

Great staff, comfortable rooms and a nice restaurant.

Very welcoming staff. We were travelling for a funeral and they looked after us and all the generations of our family very well. The meal in the evening was great with the small plates as we all had what we wanted.

Poor view out the window - can’t be helped. Otherwise all good.

Good short stay

Nice cosy hotel perfect for the solo traveller. Breakfast was a la carte and superb, served by very polite staff. Located 5 mins walk to Bromborough station. Def recommend.

Dibbinsdale Inn is a place you should want to stay if you want to 'unwind'

The room was exceptionally beautiful and cosy; very neat all around; the bed was superb; tea, coffee making facilities were very good plus biscuits served. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Nothing. Because we stayed only one night, I cannot say much here. But for the one night, we were very well looked after

Good value for money

Room was nice and clean and what you'd expect for the price. Overall nice atmosphere

En suite bathroom was small. Breakfast was good but under-staffed so the poor girl serving breakfast was run off her feet and made a few mistakes. There seemed to be only one person cooking so service was on the slow side of relaxed :-)

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and the beds are very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel

Was pleasantly surprised and would stay here again.

Staff were friendly, welcoming and polite. The breakfast was of a very high standard, with lovely crispy bacon - hardly fatty at all, and a top up of coffee offered. The room was very clean with everything you could need.

Locking the hotel door was very fiddly; I was in a rush the first time, so ended up leaving it unlocked! Parking availability is very minimal. The breakfast was served on a tiny plate, so was very awkward to eat! A net curtain over the room window would have been good; when the curtains were open, any one could see into the room from the car park. No lift upstairs - as far as I was aware.
