Un hotel correcte amb unes vistes magnífiques.

LA SITUACIÓ I LES VISTES des de la terrassa: són fantàstiques; està situat prop de la plaça de Sultanahmet. El restaurant que hi ha a la terrassa, on se serveix l’esmorzar, també és força recomanable. Els serveis de recepció són bons. L’esmorzar no és bufet, però pots triar a la carta molta varietat d’opcions.

Els mobles i les instal·lacions de l’habitació necessiten una revisió/modernització, però són correctes. També crec que es podria millorar una mica la neteja dels racons.

旧市街の観光には最高の立地。各モスクにも朝一から訪れやすいです。ブルーモスクやアヤソフィアまでは徒歩5分くらいで行けます。ホテルで紹介してくれたハマムがアヤソフィアのすぐ横にあって旅行で贅沢してる感を感じられました。受付のスタッフの方々の気配りがよかったです。朝食会場からの景色が最高でした。

タクシーの発着には少し不便でした。幹線道路からホテルまでの道がとても混みます。タクシーの運転手も嫌がります。旅行中は幹線道路に出やすいブルーモスクの裏側まで歩いてからUberを呼ぶのがおすすめです。

It was a memorable stay and I would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Excellent staff,very helpful and friendly. Excellent location and excellent breakfast very fresh and delicious. Wonderful and amazing view from the top floor restaurant.

My room was on the first floor and it was a bit noisy due to the air conditioning fans outside the room,I informed them and they offered to change the room without any problems.

Wonderful hotel in the center of IIstanbul

Great hotel for seeing the sights of Istanbul! Easy walk to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topaki Palace and Basilica Cistern and restaurants. The breakfast on the roof over looking the Mosques was fabulous and dinner at sunset was memorable

Really enjoyed our stay

Perfect location, a few minute walk to the tram stop and Sultanahmet square. Grand bazaar in walking distance, plenty of food option. Hotel was clean, very helpful staff. Emir was extremely helpful through my whole stay, very polite and always asked if we needed anything and how the day was going.

Great location and super clean hotel but service and food let down

Location and cleanliness of hotel which was super ideal

The breakfast was average at best and concierge staff at reception were very poor and unhelpful throughout the 4 day stay apart from the bellboys who were polite and actually told us about what hotel had to offer.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Arcadia Blue Hotel. The hotel has the friendliest staff and they made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable - and helped us find our way around Istanbul with great recommendations to locations that we visited, as well as tips and tricks for public transportation. The hotel has an amazing location, in the heart of Istanbul, overlooking beautiful landmarks (the view from the hotel's rooftop - restaurant). We will definitely come back!

Recommend this place, there’s a nice restaurant in the top floor, the view is stunning

the location, close to shops, public transpo and some main historical sites, Got a room with sea view and the two big mosques, it was stunning, also the restaurant on the top floor has stunning views and good food also the staff are so welcoming

The wifi in the room did not work during our stay, it was also a weekend so even the staff could not fix it, but the staff helped us and offered a new room, but we did not like the room they offered so we stayed in the room without any wifi.

- the view is superb! you need to choose the sea view room to enjoy the best view of two mosques 🤩 otherwise, you can still enjoy the same view from breakfast area. - staff really friendly and helpful - daily cleaning the room - location is walking distance from the touristic attractions

Loved the location. Walk to everything. Staff very helpful and friendly with good English. Arranged our Bosphorus tour and helped with directions. Enormous and delicious breakfast included.

Amazing and wonderful!

Our stay here was amazing! Thumbs up to the front desk manager Mr Cemir and the rest of the staffs for being kind, helpful and welcoming through out our stay. Love the location just a walking distance to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace even the Grand Bazaar is walk able. Plenty of eateries and shops around the area. Near the tram station which is very convenient. No buffet breakfast as they will serve it to you at your table. Just wish it could have more varieties. The view from the room was amazing. We would definitely come back to stay! Overall experience is exceptional!

The View was everything

we stayed in the twin single with the ocean view. Words cannot describe the beauty of waking up in the morning with the sun coming up over the Blue Mosque. The hotel was central to everything and very quite in the evenings The staff were cheerful and very helpful. The breakfast would have to be one of the best I’ve had at any hotel. I would definitely recommend a stay here

Fab location and big room.

The restaurant was not great though the views were amazing. The service was bad and the menus we had to look at on a phone. The food was just average when it arrived. The waiters were short with us. We didn’t understand looking at a phone to start off with and they had to get the menu up on their phone as we couldn’t log in to Wi-Fi. So it was a lengthy process to order for 4 of us. I think they were about to finish and 4 of us walked in after just arriving from the Uk. Wouldn’t eat there again but would recommend going for a drink as the views of the Bosporus were something else.

A delightful hotel so near to some important sites. Short walk to places for food drinks and gifts

unbeatable view from our room and the restaurant; delightful breakfast spread.

Has a bit of trouble with one toilet in the family room. this was not repaired during ours stay

A very good hotel with lovely staff and convenient location.

Fantastic location close to the main sights-we walked everywhere. Staff were very obliging and the breakfast was generous and tasty. Views were amazing.

The room could use a bit of renovation.

There are better places to stay in Istanbul

good view from the restaurant

First of all I’d like to mention that we are a family of 2 adults and a kid of 3 years old in one room and my mum and sister in the other room. 1. when we arrived we found out that in our room there were dirty cups and lack of bedsheets and towels. We asked for extra bedsheets, towels and bathrobes, and one of the bathrobe was completeley torn. 2. the next day my mum had a birthday and hotel just ignored that fact (though normally 4* hotels would at least have a birthday card). 3. in the restaurants breakfast is served a la carte, but you can order omelets/boiled or fried eggs. During our stay our orders was never right (we ordered srambled eggs but got boiled, etc) 4. the worst thing happened during the check out. we asked for late check out, but there were no availability, which is fine. But what was not fine is knocking and calling our room directly at 12:00 not giving us a 5 mins to check the things. The cleaning lady opened our room and started to take out the luggage while my kid was in the toilet. In all my travels, this is the first time I get such a horrible service in the 4* hotel. The personnel was errogant, the hotel needs renovation, it is located in the center, but it’s hard to get there by car/taci due to heavy traffic. And service needs improvement, but as a family we will not come back for sure.
