Perfect location (not far from Duomo, also near the Milan central train station) large, clean and very comfortable room for a 4 member family (not very usual in Milan). Espresso machine in the room, welcome fruit plate, many sockets, free WiFi with strong signal, rich breakfast. Definitely everything we were looking for. We will visit it again in a few weeks!

The staff is very helpful. The location is perfect to reach shopping streets and certain touristic attractions. There are lots of good options to have dinner around.

Los desayunos son suficientes para picar algo por la mañana, la ubicación es fantástica, el personal es atento y amable. La relación calidad-precio es adecuada. Un hotel maravilloso, lo recomendamos.

Internet was definitely not good, sometimes working, most of the not working. Staff recognized the problem but could not solve it.
In the bathroom we found the underwear of a former customer 🤬
This hotel used to be good but nowadays it’s definitely not a ****hotel anymore.

great location with lots of stores and restaurants close by and just 3 min from a subway station
there was a construction happening in the building and we found out at 8am with a drilling sound. it would be nice to have a heads up at check in. they were nice and provided a business room for us to work and do meetings

The room was fantastic, and the hotel was beautiful.
Easily accessible with the metro
The rooms are not soundproofed and I was woken up early both mornings
I woke up at 8 on my last morning in the hotel because of what sounded like someone rearranging furniture in the room above. You could the cleaners go into rooms further down the hall, and every noise or voice felt like someone was in the room with you.

The room itself was lovely. It was clean, sheets good. Mini bar worked / was cold. Air con worked well. Front of house staff very helpful. Location is great from the main road and easy access to Duomo. Also only two quick metro stops or a short cab ride from the airport.
It was hot in the city. A pool would be perfect!

The location is very accessible 30 min walk to Milan Duomo. Comfortable beds, white bedsheets and towels. Very clean and nice rooms.
In one of the rooms booked the bathroom was very small. For a claustrophobic person that could have been an issue.
