Clean room . Staff friendly , value for money I would recommend.

Breakfast good. Comfortable bed. Bar prices reasonable staff friendly.

Ability to open the window in room . I prefer fresh air to air conditioning.

It was fine and if the issues I raised were fixed I would gladly return.

The location was perfect with easy access to the ACC - where I spent two days in conference. The room was spacious and clean and the mattress very comfortable.

There was no WiFi in the room during my stay. This was difficult as it didn't allow me to work. The only alternative was to sit in the lobby which wasn't the right place for me to work. The television remote was working intermittently only. This meant moving the channels manually. Its not a big deal but it was just a bit annoying. Breakfast was ok but it didn't cater much for vegans. The fruit selection was minimal and there could have been more items on the hot counter; such as mushrooms or vegan sausages etc.

Poor WiFi, cigarette smells, great location

Great location, went for the comic con. Reasonably priced given the bank holiday weekend and other hotel price comparisons

I was on floor 4, stank of cigarette smoke, WiFi not working “only on my floor”, so had to connect to the nearby free Albert Dock which was hit and miss

Just perfect

Gorgeous hotel and perfect location, if you are wanting a beautiful renovated hotel on the docks of Liverpool, then this is perfect. Room was so lovely, with the most wonderful view of the Mersey and Liverpool eye. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast was lovely. Nothing to fault ☺️

Great stay, would definitely return.

Great location, hotel in lovely building. Breakfast was good value as included in the room rate. Great staff, very friendly.

Toilet flushed very hard and left a wet seat. Sofa bed not made up in advance, had to ask for this.

Check in was a little unwelcoming leading with the line “ you know there will be no water til 4pm” although they did let us check in early which was great.

overall ok good location, breakfast poor

there was no hot water in our shower. The breakfast was abit inadequate, teh scrambled eggs were disgusting, like fake eggs processed and just heated up. There was no cheese or cured hams and limited fruit. Melon and kiwi would be nice.

I would not stay there again

Location and the building itself. Size of room and view of dock was great. Good quality towels and bedding

Lovely relaxing stay in comfortable room with excellent breakfast but parking expensive!

Room spotlessly clean and comfortable and breakfast second to none 1st class!

Let down in my view by parking charges of £20 for 24 hours - expensive !!

Location great for couples and friends,

staff were friendly. Location great for adults, and easy to access the city for great restaurants and night life.

The room was nice but the bathroom, it had a large step up into shower no shower slip- mat. Room was extremely hot, and I know fan was supplied but it was not big enough for the room so of no benefit.

Pleasant and convenient to Liverpool city.

The room was better than we expected. Larger and definitely cleaner than the Holiday Inn Express Chingford that we stayed at earlier in our trip. Location was suitable for our travel arrangements and the breakfast as good as any we have had in the Holiday Inn Express properties we have stayed at. Staff were friendly and obliging.

I would say nothing, However the maze like corridors resulting from the warehouse conversion were a challenge.

Wonderful, made our visit to the Albert Dock perfect.

Room was well positioned with lovely views. Location perfect for access to everything on the Dock . I had forgotten shampoo and yours was lovely . Thank you

We found the room too hot but that was easy to sort out as we openend the windows and left them open all day It made our sleeping more comfortable .Wonderful

Very clean and friendly hotel. Also location is perfect.

In one day we had 2 fire alarm test. The first one was near the midnight and the other one the next morning. The first one was about 15 to 20 minutes so we evacuated the building. Apart the fire alarms everything was perfect for a city hotel.

Comfy bed and very well situated.

Boiling hot room and you can barely open the windows a slither No a/c and the shower doesn't enable you to shower just with cold water so there is no way to cool down.

An excellent hotel, superb staff. In a very good location, with very good amenities locally.

The breakfast choices was superb. The hotel, was excellent for location. It w was as lovely and spacious of which I did not expect. The biggest surprise was the large spacious room that we had, with a lovely view of the docks. Superb services from all staff during our stay.

There was nothing that I did not like. I was extremely happy with my short stay.

Great choice of breakfast. Comfortable room. Efficient and pleasant staff.

Bed was a too soft. When I moved it disturbed my wife and vice versa. I am sure it would suit some.

Hotel very clean , bed’s comfortable , location good staff very helpful and friendly just breakfast a let down .

Location was good, the room was very clean. There was a view over Docks there are a few restaurants around the area too we tried Rauls pizzeria place gorgeous food and a couple gift shops .

Breakfast was a let down , plenty of buffet but the hot breakfast was tasteless except for the bacon/rashers .

Lovely hotel and staff, needs a bit of an upgrade

Friendly staff, very clean.

Not enough usb sockets in room. No air con and couldn’t open windows so was stuffy. There was a fan provided but didn’t help much.
