Great hotel, lovely staff, location a bit remote.

The location. It’s perfect if you want to be away in the country side, everything we wanted to do was on the other side of the island which did means lots of our holiday was spent in taxis. However was close to Old Town

Ist wirklich ganz oke wenn mann nicht grosse Erwartungen hat.

Morgen Buffet der Hammer! Personal extrem nett und engagiert und die Fahrten zum jeweiligen Hotelzimmer einwandfrei - jederzeit verfügbar. Hatten uns sogar eine Breakfas Box bereit gemacht für unsere nächste Reise.

Ist etwas in die Jahr gekommen und deshalb jetzt nicht extravagant.Der Couchtisch im Zimmer war noch dreckig voll mit klebriger Flüssigkeit. Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen jeweils mit Taxi 1H Fahrt. Würde auch empfehlen die Bolt App zu nutzen viel Günstiger. Hätten im Hotel 1000 THB für einen Weg zum Big Buddah bezahlt via Bolt 450 THB. Der Strand wird nicht genutzt da sehr klein und nicht wirklich schön.

Comfy room, variety of breakfast

Breakfast, lots of choices. Bed was comfortable. Room was a good size but quite dated. Gym was nice with good view.

Checking in took too long. We asked for rooms (3 rooms) close to each other but end up in different buildings since they said never got any message from booking.com. The hotel is up on the cliff so accessibility to the beach isn't that easy.

Disappointing stay

Nice pool

No bar. Nothing to do after dinner. Staff were very standoffish. Room wasn't clean when we arrived. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned again. Expensive for what we got. Long way away from everything. Don't stay here

Amazing New Year’s in Phuket

It was a nice stay but i don’t think i’ll be visiting again

The staff were extremely friendly that it didn’t feel real The view is spectacular

Its a bit far from a lot of things for example to phuket fantasea is an hour The room service is slow and u have to take a golf car and they may take some time to come put pick u up Honestly for me there was an annoying smell in the room especially in the bathroom

because of the westin brand, this stay has fallen short of expectations

we had a nice pool and the room was big and comfortable

poor buggy service. called for one and it took very long to reach. we could see the buggies from where we were and not moving. when they did, they stopped to pick other passengers instead. staff who handled our query just shrugged their shoulders and could not do more food was expensive which is ok, but the taste was no good. you are better off ordering delivery foods. breakfast was nice.

Exceptional Hotel

4 night stay King Room, Sea View, Pool Access - Rooms are well presented and clean, facilities are high quality, breakfast was exceptional. Recommend becoming a Marriott Member as this attracts a 10% discount on hotel facilities and meals/drinks. Thank you to the staff and management,we look forward to staying again.

AMAZING PLACE AMAZING PEOPLE ! DO NOT MISS OUT

Such an amazing resort - only wished we stayed longer! The staff are very kind and nice, please take a advantage of their tour desk as the people there were so nice (June & Vee) and helped guide us through an amazing experience in Phuket! I would highly recommend this place to any couple or families as the resort is very family - friendly Love this place! Hope I can come back someday

Beautiful views, great food and lovely staff

We ate at every restaurant and it was all delicious. The staff were all absolutely brilliant and the room was large with a lovely view.

The room was a little tired in places, mostly the bathroom so could maybe do with a deep clean or a bit of renovation, but we spent so little time in the room it wasn't really worth worrying about.

Incredible resort

We booked the room with the pool attached to the balcony and it was impeccable! the resort was definitely a 5 star resort so we definitely were living large, the hotel was super friendly and really kind, we loved our stay and wished we'd stay longer in phuket. The rooms are stunning , the bed is ridiculously comfy and the layout is quite literally so perfect with a private pool! We went to the spa and that was incredible, super relaxing service and the beach is literally by the resort! we went during monsoon season so we couldn't swim in the ocean but if you go during summer go check out the ocean it's got a swing and it's stunning

The resort is quite excluded from the town so be aware you couldn't just walk to town, you'd have to catch a grab or Uber. on our last night at like midnight the neighbours must have moved in, and they were being so loud- we called reception to ask them to b quiet, and we don't know if reception did but they remained noisy - unsure if our neighbour's were just extra loud because we had not heard noise the whole time we were there.

Good with managed expectations

Very convenient location if you’re doing a lot of island hopping and aren’t interested in the Patong scene. It’s so close to Old Town which is my favorite part of Phuket. Breakfast options were aplenty and the private pool room felt like an apartment. Good restaurants on site too for lazy stay-in days.

Private pool was so shallow, like a bath. The property is a bit old so needs renewal but the premises are still beautiful. While breakfast options were good, the breakfast restaurant feels like a canteen so it’s not a very pleasant experience.

Poor property, misleading description, deceptive pictures. Avoid staying here!

Location is far from activity. The hotel is old and very poorly maintained. The rooms are dilapidated and in urgent need of renovation. House keeping does a miserable job. Rooms are dirty. Corridors are dark and poorly cleaned. Feels more like a dormitory than a hotel. Clearly not 5 star as is in the description. Basic property at best. Below average breakfast, very inattentive and poorly trained staff. Avoid this hotel.
