Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were clean and quiet. Perfectly situated for Olympia. The breakfast was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one.

The fridge was tucked away in the bedroom instead of in the kitchen so I didn’t find it until the next day!

The staff were really helpful position to our event spot on breakfast was lovely lovely charming pub room was clean and tidy

Lots of stairs to climb but I suppose that's the charm of an old pub surprised no taxi ranks near by but the man from the pub managed to get us one

So disappointed with room and lack of television that checked out, was refunded and then changed to another hotel.

All looked very tired and scruffy.

Television didn’t work in room . Medal frame bed looked like a hospital bed

Perfect for a weekend trip (or even a longer stay), great breakfast!

Unavailability of an elevator The way to go up the stairs to the last floor with a big bag is very tired

Superb

The room was large and decorated with taste. I was given a garden room and could not hear the traffic. There were extra towels of decent sizes. The bed was comfortable and the pillows fluffy and super soft. The was a fridge with complimentary water and beer, hot drinks and chocolate to eat.

Room was nice but wouldnt stay again

Very close to Olympia Exhibition centre which was the main reason for our trio. We were attending the beauty show.

Road noise and building work opposite. Stay weren’t friendly upon check in no conversation, never showed us to our room, waited around 20 mins with no acknowledgement from staff when trying to check in. Approached a staff member and was Abruptly told “give us a second” when they weren’t busy in the bar area.

Charming

Old world charm, cleanliness, the downstairs pub, full English breakfast, superb location, friendly staff

No lift. We were allotted an attic room three floors above. Lugging two heavy suitcases up and down the three flights of stairs was nightmarish.

Absolutely wonderful accommodations with plenty of charm in a perfect location for visiting Olympia!

Absolutely fantastic accommodation and location. Fabulous room, great staff and wonderful breakfast. The coffee and chocolate selection in the room was a nice touch.

The only point to make is that it was quite hot in the room, but there was a fan but given the unprecedented temperatures last week it was hardly surprising it was not as comfortable as usual. This is not something that would usually be an issue for British weather, however. I should have closed my blind on arrival which would have helped keep the room cooler. But regardless I had a fabulous stay.

Amazing stay!

Our room was exceptionally clean and the bathroom though quite cosy was great. The staff deserve special mention, especially Matthew, for being so helpful and making our trip extra special. The hotel is right across from Olympia so it was really easy to hop over after breakfast. The food downstairs was delicious and well worth a try - the cooked breakfast was incredibly good! We can’t wait to be back next year!

Some parts of the room could do with a refresh but it’s so clean you can look past it.

gorgeous pub, great rooms, great food, great staff, great location

this was a fab hotel. best we stayed at in London. the rooms were gorgeous, food was great. location fab for us. I came in from Heathrow on the underground so being within walking distance of that train line was brilliant. we like to walk in London so it was far enough that we enjoyed that but near enough to the city centre the you don’t feel to far from everything. all staff were absolutely lovely and we will definitely stay again.

it wasn’t a problem for us but it was a little noisy from the pub early evening but that was part of the charm of staying in a pub

Exceptional

Breakfast was amazing, just as other reviewers said. We had a beautiful room with a separate dining area with a table and chairs, very convenient. I didn't get to test the bath but we will stay again in the future to try it out.

Good stay

The breakfast was good and the room was clean and the bed a good size and comfy. Surprise beer in the fridge.

The bedroom was on the top floor and there is no lift. The room was too hot as there is no aircon but they have a fan. But we should have expected that for the price.

Short but nice stay

Staff is amazing and breakfast was really good. Location is in nice neighborhood and near public transport. View for our room was amazing! Although it represents classic british pub, sleeping in was peaceful, quiet and bed is comfortable. We enjoyed our short stay and would recommend it! Hope to see you soon!

Bathroom could be repaired as drains were a bit clogged. Fridge in the room should be cooler.
