Great location, small rooms, very friendly and helpful staff

Bedroom and bathroom were to a good standard of cleanliness. Beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly and polite.great location close to Paddington station and a nice walk to Hyde park/Kensington gardens

Rooms are small as expected for London (booked executive twin) but getting in and out of the tiny bathroom with a small door is quite difficult even for myself and I am quite small and nimble. General areas like the hallways near the bedrooms weren't very clean.

Super locatie vlak bij de metro!

Fijne schone kamer, elke dag nieuwe handoeken en bed lekker opgemaakt.

Het ontbijt, weinig keus voor als je niet van het Engelse ontbijt houdt!! Hier zou meer aanbod in mogen zijn, met wat verschillende broodjes.

موقع الفندق قريب منه ايدجوار رود ومطاعم وكافيهات واكسفورد ستريت يبعد نص ساعة تقريبا مشي وبريمارك وامامه ماركت بسيط ومسجد ويوجد الهايد بارك قريب مشي ربع ساعة تقريبا - تنظيف الغرف جيد - يوجد شطاف بالحمام بالغرفة التي تم حجزها- لديهم خدمة تخزين الأمتعة لحين الخروج والدخول مجانية -نظافة الفندق - أصنفه فندق اقتصادي 3/5

صغر الغرف لاتكفي نفرين واللي عنده شنط كثيرة - موظفين الرسبشن غير مرحبين معنا شكله على حسب الجنسية حسب ماشفت - لايوجد لاونج أو مرافق ترفيهية- لايوجد احترازات أمنية عند مدخل الفندق خصوصا أنه على الشارع - التكلفة مقابل الخدمات - التكيف غير بارد لكن مو مشكلة بوقت زيارتي لأنه الجو كان حلو فيوجد شرفة - لايوجد الامصعد واحد وزحمة وبطيء- تم الدخول لغرفتي والتنظيف بدون علمي وبدون السماح لهم بذلك وترك الباب غير مقفل - لايتم توفير سليبر بالغرفة-تسجيل الدخول متأخر والخروج بدري-الممرات ضيقة - مافي خدمة حمل الحقائب سواء دخول أو خروج

Prima hotel

Goede locatie, prima ontbijt, vriendelijke mensen Prima kamer, schoon en netjes, veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt, trein/ metro vrijwel om de hoek. Wij waren hier voor een bezoek van 5 dagen

Als je van een goede nachtrust houd neem geen kamer aan de straatkant, dit is erg gehorig, des ondanks prima geslapen

Good location, clean room but executive room was very very small with misleading advertising

Location good, room was cleaned to a good standard, bathroom was good and shower was excellent.

Executive double room is described as spacious so I paid a lot extra but it was very very small and photo on booking.com and on the hotel website was very misleading and almost false advertising.

Modernes Zimmer, Grösse komfortabel, Sauberkeit sehr gut, Lage perfekt: 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Paddington, div. ÖV in unmittelbarer Nähe, Hyde-Park knapp 15 Gehminuten entfernt

Ziemlich verschachteltes Hotel. Zimmertüren können nicht lautlos geschlossen werden. Frühstück ok, man wird locker satt, preislich aber eher hoch.

Close proximity to Paddington.

Conveniently located to Paddington Station. Room was good enough.

Room was next to the lift/elevator and super noisy. The bar staff were very rude upon arrival, which was an unpleasant experience.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend or stay there again

- rooms are very very small on the first floor even though they all are the same criteria - i stayed for one week they cleaned my room once only - i found vomit in front of my doorstep

Love it, will book again.

Breakfast was amazing, location is perfect due to nearby Paddington station. Room was small as expected in London but very clean.

On the whole, cleanliness and location are plus points.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was great and accommodating.

There is very little room to move about in the toilet and closing the door can be quite a performance.

We tried to spend as minimal time in the hotel that we possibly could!

We were sold a room that had space and sofa and bed etc in and then given a box room. When called to say we don’t believe we have been given the same room we were informed we booked. They informed us we have been given the correct room they used the wrong picture to sell to us.

Location was good to explore London etc. Very close to Paddington Station. Room was small despite an upgrade to a better room we had paid for previously. We found the staff to not be very helpful at all with assistance with baggage or giving some advice re location of certain things to see such as Lords Cricket Ground.

A hotel in a good location, that is well appointed and once the building work is complete I’m sure will be a great hotel

Good central location being around 10 mins from Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Nice friendly & helpful staff. The room was very well appointed with good facilities. A good breakfast selection that was regularly refilled.

The room was on the lower ground floor and unfortunately the ‘view’ from the window was of overflowing bins. Also, there was some building work taking place on the same floor - not a big problem but was unaware of this until the builders started work and trailing cables were across the corridor. It appeared to be that some toilets were being worked on and as a result there was a reasonable odour outside the room.

Clean and updated, frienldy very helpful staff.

The bathroom was modern and beautiful, but very very small. Hard to open and close the door. Tight fit for my tall family!

Overpriced and tiny room.Do not book breakfast!

Close tonPaddington station, had elevator and aircon. Small but nice bathroom.

The bed was sinking in the middle, mattress needs to be replaced. Headboard and chair were showing time and were peeling. The worst part was front desk staff. We requested to have the breakfast packed as we needed to leave a few minutes before the opening but they declined. I asked for a refund and they declined too. I don’t think it’s too hard to put a couple of muffins and make two coffees to go. That would have been enough for us but staff was rude and did not offer any solutions. For this reason I would not go back to this hotel. I also booked it because I had a very good offer with booking but this hotel is way overpriced.

Newly refurbished. Modern, air-conditioning in rooms, well appointed rooms, good house keeping. 2 mins walk from Paddington Station. Can recommend. Would use again

Cant wait to return.

Everything. before our stay the communication was fantastic. This was a fantastic stay. The staff were exceptional. We were able to check in early. our room was beautiful with the most comfortable beds and pillows. We all slept so well. The bathroom is a great size with an excellent shower. the restaurant has reopened and the food was fantastic. the breakfast was delicious with a wide range of food. all staff so friendly and helpful. We have booked again already. The location is very central, beautiful and quiet. the food wise stores across the road were also brilliant for things we had forgotten with very friendly staff.

Lovely staff, very helpful. Everywhere was very clean. Great to have a fridge in the room. Great transport links to everywhere!

Arrived at around midday, Early check in was not available due to reception staff claiming they had no communication with the house keeping staff. Wasn’t a huge problem as just left our bags in the storage room and checked in at 11pm after the concert we were attending finished. Bar had just closed and staff were not ever so helpful, flat out refused us a drink at 11:09 and failed to mention there was an open pub just around the corner about a minutes walk away, luckily found said pub of my own accord just before they closed so alls well that’s ends well. Good place good location staff could be better at communication with each other and their customers.
