Everything was exceptional, the communication with the management was superb throughout. Actually, I had a booking with another place but then when I booked this place their communication made me so comfortable that I immediately cancelled the other option. The place itself was very chic and modern, all items were provided and when I requested an extra key, they were happy to provide which eventually I declined as we were there for couple of days only. Thanks for a memorable stay.

The room was lovely and very spacious. The hotel was in a great central location to the cathedral and shops.

the only thing I would mention was the staff shouting at us in Italian for being too noisy, although they manage the building only, not the room itself

Los apartamentos están muy bien, habíamos contratado uno, al llegar vimos que no había agua caliente, intentaron solucionarlo, pero ante la posibilidad de que se retrasara, directamente nos cambiaron de apartamento, en el mismo edificio, pero siendo mucho mejor la segunda opción. Nice location, slightly on the small side but this was expected for a Milan apartment.

Single toilet bathroom, not enough amenities for 5 people however it was clean and cozy.

Fantastic location! Very close to Duomo. Loved how we were allowed to leave our luggage at the main office in Piazza della Repubblica as we arrived early allowing us to explore Milan immediately. Federico was very polite & helpful. He answered any questions we had. Apartment was perfect & very clean. Loved the terrace & outdoor table area. Will definitely be staying here again.

Very clean, modern and had everything needed .Davide was great, a bit of confusion with entry but my fault and Davide was straight there to help. Property was in great location to everything.

Maybe some milk for tea, coffee would be nice but not a problem.

Clean well kept place. Walkable to via Dante and all that has to offer..food shopping. Lots Gelato places and of course Duomo

Can't get a cab easily... we had lot of luggage that needed pushed on main road for three blocks..not easy. Uber wait was 90 minutes..so I recommend plan to have uber 90 minutes ahead

Location is perfect. Every main attraction is close and you can easily walk there. The apartment is very clean. Would definitely recommend and I would stay here again if Im back in Milan!

We love the location, the unit is very spacious, they have kitchen which is good for traveling with kids. Theres elevator in the building.

- the shower and the tap werent working properly. - the mattress needed to be replaced as we could feel the suspension.

The location was very convenient and at first glance the apartment seemed quite cute however after having been there only a few hours we began to realize that anytime we went into the kitchen there were constantly bugs, like very large ants and roaches crawling around the counters and the sink area. This happened throughout our entire stay even though we were careful to never leave any food out, it was always put into the refrigerator even those things that should not have been kept cold, just to prevent any bugs from being able to get at them. We also sealed up any trash we had in plastic bags, although we were not able to dispose of those bags anywhere as there was no trash chute anywhere in the building that we could locate.

The other issue we had was that the shower was draining really slowly and we ended up having to take it apart and pulling all sorts of hair and gunk out of the drain with a wire hanger in order to be able to make the water go down. It was also a bit stuffy inside as there is no balcony to the outside and no screens on the windows so we did not feel comfortable leaving the windows open and giving outsiders access to the unit when we were only on the 1st floor. I would suggest the unit be fumigated to kill any and all insects and rodents living in the walls. Apart for the unit itself, the hallway leading to the elevator also smelled rather like gas, although when we called to tell the owner about it he said it was probably from the oven of the restaurant on the downstairs level. Overall I would rate it a 5 out of 10 based on the fact that the location really is quite good.

Amazing location connecting the Duomo, the skyscrapers, the Castello Sforzesco and other touristic places. Comfortable suites feels like home. Literally nothing for your comfort is missing. I would never choose another property for my next stay in Milan.

The apartment and it's location in relation to the train station and city centre were fantastic! The apartment was spotless and very comfortable with complimentary items as a bonus. We felt extremely safe in the apartment building - which we also immaculately well looked after. We would come back and stay again and have recommended to family and friends.

I wish we had been told that we would have to collect the keys from another location sooner - taking a 25 euro taxi trip after 11pm with two young children added extra time and expense to our travels. The reason I had booked the apartment in the first place was it's location in relation to the train station as I knew that we would be arriving late. We expected to be able to get from the station straight into the apartment without that inconvenience. Arrivals before 11pm would not need to make this extra trip.
