Good location for downtown. Basic functional room. Good shower. Mostly good simple kitchen utensils etc.

Room 1 stunk of smoke which was a major disappointment for the money. Avoid if that bothers you. The room lacks any sort of character. Not a huge issue, but there are more 'interesting' options available in the price bracket. The knives in kitchen were so blunt it was almost comical. Not a big issue, but something to mention.

Amazing place.

The location is very convenient to walk to the sea side and take the ferries, it was very clean, and the owner was very polite and helpful sending information on wasssup.

There was no soap holder in the shower box and inconvenient to bend up and down looking for soap on the floor. though the area is very quite some guests walking on the corridor and slamming their doors can be heard.

Great stay and helpful hosts :) Split is beautiful

No problems at all - except the front door to the building had a very difficult locking system at night with the key!

Very central and very clean.

Danijela and stela could not have done more. She picked us up at the airport, set us up very well and was very friendly. Thank you to stela aswell.

Big recommendation, Split 2022

The apartment was really clean, the house quiet and the location excellent. The owner really friendly and helpful. Everything went really well. Both double beds only had 1 sheet as a blanket. It would be nice if there are two sleepers, that both have their own blanket.

Lovely

We mostly like our accommodation location. Its really convenience to supermarkets and in the town. Danijela is really nice with warm welcome at the airport (as requested transfer pickup) and suggested us good local restaurant nearby. The equipment at accom really useful.

Location was excellent bonus having breakfast in 4 star hotel near by, probably the cleanest apartment we have stayed in,nice touch having fruit coffee juice on arrival.

The best choice in Split

We spent two nights in the apartment and we are very satisfied. The host is very kind and helpful. The room is clean, nice and cozy. The bed is comfortable. The apartment is literally few steps from the old town and has many facilities : electric kettle, tv, cups, teaspoons. When we came there were tea, coffee and fruits. We were also able to use washing machine. If in the future we are going to stay in Split we'll choce the same place.

Host very kind and helpful, Appartments beautiful

The Appartments are located perfectly, just a few minutes walk to oldtown center. The host Daniela was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful, she even helped us finding a free parking place in the area around the appartement. The room was mondern, comfortable, 100% clean and lovely prepared with nice welcoming snacks.

Exceptional

The room was SPOTLESS. Literally. There are loads of shiny surfaces in the studio and there was not one fingerprint or smudge visible. Very impressive and kuddos for the cleaning crew! Location is good, within 2min you are in the old centre by foot. While you don't have any of the partying noise.

Not the fault of the owner: but finding parking wasn't easy. The parking next to the building is one of the most expensive in split, but still was constantly crowded. We were only able to move our car closer by in the middle of the night, when only three spots were free.

Superb

Danijela is an excellent hostess who is always in touch and solves any questions, gives recommendations. If you need something extra in the studio just ask her about it. Very clean room (thanks to Melani), spacious, bright, with everything you need to cook. Will be glad to come back again. Good value for money with such great service and location!

Modern and very clean!

The appartement looked modern and was very clean! It looked great! For 4 adults, I could say that the size was fine too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Split, because it’s perfectly located near the city center. It’s even better than booking a hotel. The airconditioning was perfect. The staff had a lot of attention to details which amazed me.

Few days break

Great location, spotless apartment 👌. Had all the amenities needed for few days stay. Daniela was very easy to communicate and very friendly. She left fruit on the table, juice in the fridge and chocolate on the bed for me. She also let me check out later as my flight was in the evening. Would definitely recommend Gold Town Apartments and if in Split again know where will stay. Thank you.

A perfect stay

Amazing apartment, tastefully decorated and centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood. Danijela welcomed us with cold juice which was a great refreshment! There was also coffee and fruits. :) She also let us stay a bit longer which was amazing and it meant a lot to us because of morning meetings at work.
