Disappointed in directions and especially with lack

Kitchen was well equipped

The map they sent us led to a dead end road, then we were told to go a different way and were led to a gravel dirt road that was not passable, finally the owner stayed on the phone and we found it, took over an hr because of poor directions. Also there was no drinking water left for us and in Mexico you can’t drink from the faucet. Everyplace I have stayed offers drinking water. This place is out of the way and we had to get in the car again and try to find some water to buy. The a/c in the bedroom Didn’t work well either

Wonderful place to enjoy a vacation!

Magnificent ocean view Comfortable and clean. Quiet and relaxing environment. All you need to spend great family time. Affordable price. I could keep going on and on , simplified I loved it!

Be ready to use Uber or a taxi to get to the condo. It is possible to walk, but it is not easy.

We had a difficult finding any room to rent in PV. It was a special event weekend, and we didnot make our reservation until right before we arrived. The condo building was way up a mountain, on a bumpy dirt road. We walked into town one time, but it was not an easy walk. And since I room was on the very bottom floor, there was no view.

The condo wasn't what I expected but it was comfortable and the view was amazing.

The view of the ocean and jungle.

The jacuzzi wasn't a jacuzzi but a small pool, there wasn't 2 actual twin beds as shown in the pictures and there wasn't at least the basic kitchen items like salt, pepper, sugar. The master bedroom's air conditioner wasn't working. The roosters took a little bit to get used to. The drive to the condo was treacherous due to recent construction making it very difficult for taxis & uber drivers.

only book this if you really wanna be away from noice, internet and any type of social trip

the loft was comfortable, beds, sofa and space

the location is very remote, not all taxis want to get there, they double charge because of the difficulty to get there. elevator was not working and internet not very available?

Claimed feet to beach is as the crow flies

The pool was nice

Transportation required to get anywhere/everywhere Rude guy on third floor complaining when we used the pool. What we paid for Uber and car rental and parking we would have been better off paying more and being closer to the Malecón and downtown

Minisplits on each room, pool, washer and dryer, comfortable beds, iron, extra towels, everything that you need! The staff explained where to find everything, very attentive and helpful

Amazing

View was amazing, felt very secluded as if you were staying in the jungle with a view of the ocean. It was nice to be surrounded by nature,you hear birds chirping, some roosters, it added to the charm of the place; much better than constant loud music, people etc...The road outside is unpaved with some cobblestones and is a short walk into town, you take a path with steps that leads you to a fairly steep road that takes you into town. This was not an issue for us, we loved the walk, but for people with mobility issues it may be challenging. We had no problems getting a taxi to the property. The person who gave us the keys was very helpful. Place was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

In the bathroom there is a smell in that comes from the pipes , this is not unique to this property, and was not a problem unless you are spending an hour or all day in the bathroom I can see how that would bother someone.

Very nice stay!

I liked the pool and the l'ajout of the apartment. Very spacious and with all the facilities.

The balcony is a bit small. Can't really sit on it. It's a pretty hard walk up the hill. Good cardio though. It is a privately owned condo so let owners know of arrival.

The property was difficult to walk back to from down town, this was expected and the Ubers made this

The are is quite for the most part some dogs and chickens adding some noise in the early AM. Pools was not busy and people where very nice that where staying at this location and good to visit with when around the pool. Great fresh market close by.

More towels, better beds and linen would have made the property much better. If there was better communication with the water delivery would help as well. we did get figured out close to the end of stay.

The pictures they show to book are not what you get when you arrive beware.

Nothing really.

The place was dirty and access to the location is really tough to get to very bad roads.
