The location was excellent! From the little balcony you can see the Duomo, since S. María di Fiore is just a couple of blocks away. The apartment was very charming, and the space well designed.

The mezzanine room was hot, no A.C. just a fan. In the bathroom, I would have like better more water pressure in the shower.

Convenient location and comfortable stay. Best pizza restaurant right downstairs.

The location was perfect! A relatively short walk to most of the things we wanted to see. The view from the balcony was lovely. Don't be afraid to use the sofabed - it was actually the most comfortable bed in the apartment! The master bed was firm. We enjoyed the food everywhere we went, and the markets were terrific. We got a walking tour of Florence the first night, and it really helped us gain a better understanding of the city and its history. There are many stairs to get to the apartment, so if you have mobility issues I would not recommend this apartment.

It would have been nice to have some water bottles on arrival. (But there is a grocery store close by)

Fantastic location. The Duomo was at the top of the street and other attractions were close by.

I requested a bottle of processo on arrival as it was a special family occasion which was confirmed but it wasn't there when we arrived. An information pack would have been helpful.

The apartment looks very pretty, it's clean, well equipped and its location is great. I would totally recommend it.

I really liked the location! Central to everywhere. There's a small patio out the window overlooking the Duomo and it's wonderful to see in the morning. We're literally 2 min walk to the Cattedral de Santa Maria del Fiore. There are also many restaurants and coffee shops and Conad grocery store with a deli inside to get food that you can prepare at the apartment. Full kitchen which we needed. Many stairs! But it's an old building amd we accept it. I felt safe and secure. Easy to find apartment.

The loft upstairs had a huge fan but was the hottest room in the house. Could really use an air-conditioner plus that fan in the loft. It's a weird heat wave in Italy this summer so generally the air conditioning everywhere is working doubly hard.
