Очень удобное расположение, прямое сообщение с аэропортом Мальпенса и городом комо. Вокзал Кадорна дверь в дверь с апартаментами. До собора минут 15 ходьбы. Коммуникация очень легкая, нам помогли со всеми вопросами, включая трансфер в аэропорт

Comfortabel, goede airco, superlocatie en fijn personeel

Top locatie en zo op eerste gezicht was het comfortabel. Heel makkelijke communicatie met personeel via app en de technische heren waren erg behulpzaam.

Hard geluid waarvan we niet weten waar het vandaan komt. Ik miste wel wat kookgerei en grote prullenbak wanneer je zelf wilt komen.

Tesisin konumu mükemmel. Malpensa havalimanından şehre ulaşan tren istasyonunun hemen yanında. Castello Sforzesco Kalesi çok yakın. Duomo meydanına yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Çalışanlar çok ilgili. Daniele hergün bize mesaj atarak rahat ve sorunsuz bir tatil geçirmemiz için çalıştı. Tesisin girişinde çalışan Hasan da her sorumuza cevap vererek yardımcı oldu. Oda çok temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Tavsiye ederim.

Convenient comfortable apartment close to train station and sites

Apartment was very equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful building. Next door to station and restaurants. It had an elevator which is always handy. Very clean and comfortable. Host always available and answering questions.

The room was a bit hard to find through a lot of back corridors - although the video instructions were very good. Didn’t feel like a standard apartment but more of a storeroom converted to apartment. Still very comfortable.

Un bel punto d’appoggio a Milano Cadorna

Molto gentili e attenti e disponibili, sempre lì per ogni eventualità, sono lì per ogni tua necessità. La parte più bella di questo appartamento è chi lo gestisce. Molto ben collegato al resto della città, molto ben fornita la zona di tutto. Un supermercato Carrefour molto fornito davanti. Facile il self check-in, camera molto ben riscaldata. Mobili abbastanza nuovi e belli, bagno molto nuovo e bellissimo

Il personale è meraviglioso e disponibile, l’edificio è molto bello e pulito e silenzioso, le camere purtroppo sono meno silenziose e si sente cosa fanno i vicini persino quando camminano o parlano o tirano lo sciaquone. Piccole cose fanno la differenza, mi sono occupata anche io di appartamenti turistici e consiglierei di dare piu tempo a chi pulisce le camere perché vengano pulite anche nei particolari importanti come il frigo, la lavastoviglie, la lavatrice, il microonde, consiglierei di cambiare la spugnetta per lavare i piatti perché è bello e igienico che ogni ospite possa trovare una nuova. Altra cosa che consiglierei è di magari aggiungere quelle cose che ci vogliono quando uno cucina tipo olio, aceto e sale, aggiungerei anche il the per chi non beve caffè e delle buste per la spazzatura, sono cose che è molto noioso comprare per alcune notti che uno passa in un appartamento. I letti sono comodi ma rumorosi. L’altra cosa a noi è finita l’acqua calda, avevo lavato i piatti per circa 10 minuti, e uno dei miei figli ha fatto una doccia di 20 minuti, a l’altro figlio è finita l’acqua calda mentre aveva ancora lo shampoo in testa che ho dovuto sciacquare con acqua ghiacciata, il che a gennaio non è l’ideale, io ho dovuto aspettare che il boiler si ricaricasse però era sera tardi quindi ho dovuto fare la doccia la mattina successiva… ho chiamato e mi hanno detto subito e gentilmente che è un boiler da 70 litri quindi avrebbe dovuto bastare per tre doccie, e che ora dovevamo aspettare qualche ora fin che si ricaricava, sono stati molto gentili davvero e hanno offerto il loro aiuto in ogni momento e forma, ma in realtà era un problema senza soluzione rapida, bisognava aspettare e basta. Quindi consiglio a chi viaggia in due o tre persone di non fare doccie che vadano oltre i 10 minuti a testa o anche meno.

hope to stay back again

building is very close to the main historical places that you will like to see and means of transport in the city. house is really spacious and we welcomed by a box of candy which was tastey. there is a nice place to have breakfast in the mornings and just under the building.

there is a reconstruction around the building and because of this it is noisy in the mornings. better if you leave early.

Great choice!

Really enjoyed it there,the metro station is super close to the apartment,bars,restaurants etc... The apartment was super clean and had every facilities you may need,,hair dryer,shampoos,iron for clothes, etc. 10/10 Recommend!!

Autonomie de check in / check out Hôte très présent et réactif , nos filles nous on rejoint , aucun supplément ne nous a été facturé Logement propre, serviettes de bonne qualité Emplacement idéal pour visiter beaucoup de choses à pieds , restaurants, supermarché a proximité

Отличные аппартаменты, мы были двумя семьями, наши квартиры были на одном этаже, что очень удобно, все необходимое для проживания было в наличии, в общем все комфортно. После бронирования с нами связались по ВотсАп, отправили свои данные и получили инструкцию по заселению. Остановка такси прямо у входа

Нет парковки, но можно остановится для разгрузки багажа на парковке для такси, ближайшая парковка в трех кварталах 4 евро/час

Comfortable, convenient, and clean stay.

It was literally next to the train station and we had an early flight the next morning. It was great that we woke up and just walked downstairs to catch the AirPort Express.

It was very convenient to many locations, but because it is right next to the train station, the evening crowd around the train station was a bit dubious. There were quite a few people just hanging around and we saw someone try to pickpocket a tourist close by. Just be wary of your surroundings as always but especially in the evening as there are less people around so the people you see just hanging out at the station are likely just preying on whoever walks by. The door lock to the apartment itself was a little bit tricky so I had trouble getting in, but my husband figured it out. Spend some time working out how the key and lock works to make sure you properly lock the door when going out to explore.

Зручно розташовані апартаменти з чуйним господарем.

Дуже добре розташування. Близькість до самого центру та зовсім поруч вокзал, з якого легко і дешево дістатися до аеропорту. Апартаменти були дуже чисті і в них було все для не довгого перебування. Окрема подяка господарю за гостинність, чуйність, допомогу і поради. Ще хотів би сказати, що не дивлячись на те що поруч вокзал, його не чутно, так само як не чутно і інших звуків з вулиці, бо наші вікна виходили у двір.

Не дуже добра звукоізоляція від сусідів. Я думаю це через занадто тонкі стіни між апартаментами. Хоча, як я вже сказав, зовсім не чутно вокзал, який зовсім поруч.

Well-equipped and clean

Close walking distance to Duomo di Milano. The apartment is clean and equipped with a coffee machine, fridge and washing machine. The staff member (Daniele) was helpful and very quick with responding to messages.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is small but it’s clean.

Mejor lugar para alojarse

La atención fue excepcional. Me enviaron las instrucciones de llegada con total detalle. La recogida de llaves, comodisima. Estuvieron pendientes de que todo estuviera bien y a nuestro gusto. Las camas son comodisimas, incluida la del sofá. Esta en una ubicación envidiable, perfecto para moverse por Milan. Volveré sin duda.

It’s a wonderful place, if the sound proof could be improved.

Good location, all equipment you need in the room could be found, so you can do whatever you want, that’s so comfortable and convenient for foreign tourists. Space is big enough with cleanness.

It’s a little bit noisy in the early morning, because the outside of the bedroom window is the ex AC machine for another building. So when it start to work in the morning, it’s a terrible monument for me, I can not keep sleeping.

Great experience

Location was perfect. Just next to the tram station. There is a shopping market across the street. You can buy everything there for cooking etc. Also, 5 minutes walk to the famous Castle Sforza and Sempione Park. The park is very big and also great for children. There are birds, ducks. Also at the end of the park (outside) there is an aquarium which is nice to visit with children (without children no need:) The place had everything we needed. Cups, plates, pots. There were water and coffee capsules for free. There is a dishwasher and washing machine also with detergents. Getting the keys was very easy. Daniele is the best! and helps you when you need help. Also the one from El Salvador (came for cleaning) doesnt speak English but very friendly and helpful. I would definitely advise this place. -Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Odada ihtiyacınız olan herşey var, yakında bir market ve asistan Daniele çok yardımcı oluyor. Ayrıca metro durağının tam yanı.

ميلانو كانت ممتعة بس الشقة كانت متعبة

الشقة ضيقة جداً جداً جداً .. مخصصة للنوم فقط السرير يبعد عن الجدار 30 - 40 سم تقريبا الجدران من الجبسمبورد .. كل الاصوات في الممرات مسموعة بل ومزعجة ..!

لو أن مساحة الشقة أكبر .. وهناك عزل قوي للجدران
