Instrucciones nefastas y moho en el baño

Es un piso pensado para una noche y ya.

Las instrucciones de llegada fueron nefastas. El dueños nos envió 2 vídeos por whatsapp y olvidó el tercero dónde explicaba cómo encontrar las llaves. Tuvimos que chatear media hora en la noche - esperando en la calle - tratando de explicarle mientras él respondía con un inglés roto "no, no, look the video, look the video". Lo peor fue qué, al darse cuenta del error, intentó echarnos la culpa diciendo "maybe ur network". Había moho en el baño y en la mañana nos vino a picar un amigo suyo para cobrar. Picó en la ventana del baño mientras me duchaba, así que tuvo que venir mi novio a conversar con él desde el baño. Un circo vamos.

Must try harder!

The perfect location

The apartment was run down and in need of refurbishment. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathrooms could never be described as ‘en-suite’ and the whole apartment was in desperate need of renovation. We had a power cut which meant that for the last two days we didn’t have power for more than 15 minutes. It was disappointing to say the least and verging on dangerous (no smoke alarm, carbon monoxide tester, fire extinguisher etc). The boiler looked like it hadn’t been serviced since 1971. To make things worse, there was building work doing on which started at about 8 and was extremely noisy! All in all, I don’t think this apartment should be available to rent until some of these issues have been sorted.

Bardzo udany pobyt :)

Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Wszystko wytłumaczył, pokazał. Świętna lokalizacja, w centrum, wszędzie blisko, 15 min pieszo do dworca, gdzie można ruszyć w dalszą podróż. Wyposażenie noclegu zgodne z opisem, wszystko było na miejscu. Czysto, schludnie. Polecam! :)

W mieszkaniu przydałby się remont (obdrapane drzwi wejściowe, odklejająca się tapeta).

Very central, but not comfortable.

the location is top, in the center.

The beds are not very comfortable, especially in the middle bedroom - old mattress. The one bedroom is with stairs over the floor, without door and there was no AC, very hot. It was rainy at night and in 2 bedroom dropped water from the roof, we had wet clothes. The rooms are last floor. We had only 1 Tv channel, the remote control does not work as well. The bathrooms are with broken tiles, no shower possibility in one bathroom and broken toilet flushing. Not very clean. See some pictures.

The cosyness of the home, the apartment is just right for everyone. A bargain if you ask me

The night guard kept shoving his flashlight in our eyes saying to tone it down but because of the echo it sounded loud....I mean, in city center you expect people to talk.

Highly NOT recommended

The location was very good.

The room was not the one shown in the pictures. Half the beds were broken. So was the toilet flush. There was a big hole on one of the walls which they had covered with a piece of cardboard. The bed covers were dirty. So were the walls. So was the floor.

Nice host horrible room

The host was nice and waited for us after our flight got delayed.

The location was kind of shady with lots of doors. The room was in poor condition, the couch was a bit bent. The sheets didn't seem very clean and the towels had stains on them. It had a weird smell in the entire house and in the kitchen it smelled like gas. The entire vibe of the house was getto style. Breakfast was practically non-existent: we had some bread, crackers and juice.

A wonderful stay in Bergamo.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment in close vicinity to the city centre and the funicular to the old city. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. It’s great that they have parking right in front of the property (10 € per day).

Superb

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and it had a balcony with a nice view of a large shopping center’s garden. It’s located in the city center, which makes the city easily accessible. The owner was very accommodating and friendly.

The cleaning aspect needs improvement (for example the bedcovers had a weird scent) and it needs a bit more attention to detail (some of the outlets had been removed from the wall...)

Quite nice appartment for a short stay at Bergamo.

Location is great! Silent at night (can't hear main streets), but you can also hear bells of churches in the morning and public transport is near (main bus station to get to Milan - 10min walk, funiculaire - 10 min walk). There are lot of shops and cafes near the appartment. Nice backyard and we got a free parking spot for the last night.

There were only some products for breakfast - 8 eggs, yogurt, juice and milk, bread and jam (also coffee and tea). We think too little to write in description "breakfast included". For the first 2 mornings it was ok without grocery store, but not for 5 and for 2 adults and 2 children. There was lack of equipment - only 3 forks (for 4 people), no large bowl for making salad, no hair dryer. The appartment is a bit outworn - broken closet, creaky sofa.
