While it does not have a balcony, it compensates by featuring a window that allows ample natural light to fill the space and offers a street view. Location: Clearwater Beach - White sand, crystal clear waters, and endless sunshine. A paradise for beach lovers. Pelican Pointe is in the heart of Clearwater Beach located across the street from one of the top rated beaches in America! Walking distance to restaurants, night life and all of the wonderful activities Clearwater Beach has to offer. Accommodations: Our studio room offers the best value for experiencing Clearwater Beach and can accommodate up to 4 guests. This room features a queen size bed and a spacious living area of 345 square feet. The private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon, providing extra sleeping space if needed. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax! Good To Know: - As of March 1, 2024, ongoing building repairs are underway. Please note that construction noise may occur Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. - Check in time is at 3 PM. Checkout time is at 11 AM. - Parking is limited to one spot per room. Parking pass provided at check in. - Daily housekeeping provided. - No pets allowed. - There are no refunds for early departure or late arrival. - Pool hours are 8 AM - 10 PM. - Office hours are 8 AM - 11 PM. - Afterhours security. - On-site laundry room. - Minimum age to book and check in is 21. No exceptions. - All units are non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area in breezeway. - Kitchenette does not offer cooking facilities. - There is ongoing construction at nearby hotels. While this does not affect our property or amenities, you may experience construction noise during your stay.

This place is a gem. Ot was perfect for my husband and I. You're right in the center of everything. We walked to a lot of places instead of driving because everything was convenient. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was the perfect size and location for our trip. I was discouraged at first bc our bed broke the first night from simply sitting down. Management quickly fixed it.

We enjoyed our stay in Clearwater Beach. The room was clean and had plenty of space. The property is an older one and was a bit noisy at night. The rooms don’t get very dark due to the ‘hula’ shades. Overall it was a decent place to stay. Walking distance to everything and across the street from the beach!

I only gave a lower overall rating was because the "location of the room" aka next to the elevator and stairwell was not disclosed in the description. As well as the room seemed to be a conjoined room at one point, the door between the two rooms was still able to be opened with a very thin insulated looking wall. Neighbors opened the door and knocked multiple times. Other than those little inconveniences it was a great place to stay. We will be back next year just in a different room
