About this condo rental

Located in Clearwater Beach, this charming condo for £102 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Our 1-bedroom, 1-1/2 bath condo hotel suite can accommodate 5 people but also, is perfect for a cozy get away. It features a King bed, with a Nectar memory foam mattress, a full bathroom in the master bedroom, a den area with a sofa bed and can accommodate an additional 2 people on the pull-out sofa bed located in the living room. The balcony for this suite faces the street with a small glimpse of the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features full sized appliances, pots, pans, dishware, and utensils. To assist in clean up, it even has a full-size dishwasher and washer and dryer in case you need to do some laundry. Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym (designed by world renowned gym designer Danny Musico), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels as part of the resort fee of $35/night + tax charged at check in. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer and in-room safe. Should you need additional soaps, towels or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60, a great place for family friendly activities, dining and taking in the incredible sunsets. Should you want to explore the area further, there is a Beach Trolley that stops in front of the hotel, as well as access to Taxi's, Uber and Lyft. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $35.00/ daily will apply. If your party is bringing a second car, please contact the Hotel to find out availability. Charges may apply. Daily Resort fee of $35 + tax payable at check-in. Daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment. If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund.

Very nice property. Clean, and well maintained. A relaxing trip. The staff was friendly and anxious to please. Great location directly on the beach. Could not have asked for anything more. Does not disappoint.

This was our first time at the Avalon club and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised with how seamless our experience was. We had a very late check in and were traveling with our 2 year old and the staff even put our groceries away for us in the fridge that we had ordered. When we got there it took minutes to be up in our room with our fully stocked kitchen and we didn’t even miss a beat, thanks to the staff! This place is the best of both worlds, condo and hotel. They stock the coffee, provide fresh towels whenever you need them, provide laundry and dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper! We love having a full kitchen, living room, and bedrooms and this place was super clean and very modern which we love. The couches were pull out so it did make for those not being the comfiest but truly we were mostly at the beach and pool every day so it didn’t matter much. I highly recommend this place and will absolutely return. We come back to Clearwater often and have told our family about it as well!

Customer service was great! The place itself was really nice and clean and a great location. There was many restaurants and different things at a walking distance and it was right on the beach.

Loved the place except cooking pans were limited. Could have a skillet and pan for oven of some sort. Only two saucepans and soup pot. Staff was awesome.
