About this house rental
Sunny and spacious family home available on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Our home is located down a lovely private road in a quiet neighborhood and abuts acres of conservation land. Enjoy spectacular sunsets on the large deck, walk or quick bike ride to Bartlett Farms, the south shore beaches, Cisco Brewery and Miacomet Golf Course. Town is a short 5-minute drive. Close to the WAVE bus stop and bike paths to beach or town. The first floor features an entry hall with sitting area, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. On the second floor is the gourmet kitchen with Wolf range, the living room with wood burning fireplace and dining room that opens to a large outdoor deck with breathtaking views. The deck is perfect for private sunbathing and has a large four burner DCS Grill with a side burner for outdoor cooking. Our kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare delicious meals from the nearby farms and fish market. Another bedroom with ensuite bathroom completes the second floor of the home.

Nice house and comfortable bedrooms on unpaved section of Somerset Road out towards Miacomet Golf Club and Bartlett's Farm area. Well-appointed kitchen, granted upstairs so takes some getting used to. Bedrooms were very comfortable and master bathroom was quite spacious. Homeowner was communicative and property instructions were easy to follow and abide by.

We stayed at this property for the second time last week and were really pleased with the owner’s flexibility and overall responsiveness. The house is away from the hustle and bustle, but super well-located to Cisco Beach, Bartlett’s and Miacomet. Hope to return!

We were very disappointed and would not recommend renting this house.
Unfortunately the house lacked many of the amenities that were
advertised and had made the house stand out. There was a beautiful deck
but unable to use due to the furniture being covered in mold. All of
the bikes were rusted and broken and not ridable. 4 of the 6 beach
chairs were broken and not useable. The freezer did not work properly
and resulted in our ice cream turning to soup. The owner claimed to be
unaware of the issues.

Things to Know
We stayed in this property over the Summer with our 2 small children. Positives- the property manager/owner was extremely communicative and easy to get a hold off. Location is great- near Bartlett’s and Cisco- close enough to town. Things to know- the home could use a good deep cleaning of the carpets and couch in particular. We also had some safety concerns about the property given that we were there with small children. First the carpet in the master bedroom was so warm down that staples were sticking out. Second, there is another structure on stilts in the front yard, which parents with curious kids should be aware of. There is also an old truck and what appeared to be some sort of equipment in the backyard. These are things I wish we knew before booking and felt compelled to share as none of the other reviewers mentioned them.

Nantucket get away
Lovely house perfect for families. Definitely off the beaten trail and would recommend 4 wheel drive vehicle to get in and out of property. Quiet and peaceful setting. Andrej very responsive and flexible given that the travel plans were uncertain regarding restrictions associated with COVID 19. We loved Nantucket!

Cool and Cozy
We feel so lucky to have found a home that was both charming and convenient. The location was perfect, it felt secluded and private, but was a bike ride to the beach and to Bartlett Farm Store. Our teenage daughters loved the comfort and space this house offered. We love to cook and the kitchen was more then well equipped. The host was available to answer any questions, friendly, and very professional. We would highly recommend this house and hope to come back again.

Great house, especially for chefs!
We had all the comforts of home, plus lovely old island charm! We really appreciated all the high end cooking and kitchenware. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect! A special thank you to Andrej the owner/manager who was very helpful and kind!
We loved the big fluffy hydrangeas out front too!

Great house, great host, great location!
This is our 3rd year renting from Andrzej. He is very responsive and accommodating. His house is great, very cool layout and nice outdoor space. We have rented for Christmas Stroll multiple times. We love to cook group dinners - Andrzej has great cooking tools and kitchen supplies, great for the cook in your group! Very easy walk to Cisco Brewery and Bartlett Farms, must stop locations on Nantucket.

Great spot near Miacomet and Cisco
We really enjoyed our August stay at this property. Andrzej was very accommodative and flexible throughout the process, and the house was exactly as advertised and worked well for our family. The house was very tough to access from from one direction, but we had no other issues with dirt/gravel road. Overall, a great place from which to experience Nantucket!

We enjoyed our time in this lovely house! Very clean and well maintained, kitchen is a cook’s dream and new outdoor shower was a bonus. Andrzej the owner was gracious and very prompt in communicating - a pleasure to work with.

A Charming Home
This is an interesting house filled with an eclectic collection of furniture, art, books, etc. The kitchen is well-equipped. We were quite comfortable in the house. The property is located in a quiet part of the island, so traffic congestion and noise is not a problem, as it can be closer to town. Not having a car, we got around the island by Uber or Lyft and bicycles. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries. We enjoyed our stay.

Awesome family vacation home -and close to everything great!
We just stayed for a great week in Andrzej ‘ beautiful home- and loved the warm and cozy house, and great location for Cisco Lovers like us... Was exactly as described and we would definately stay here again. Andrzej was extremely helpful and great to rent from.

Beautiful, has every amenity, close to Cisco...short ride to town
We just stayed in this lovely home for Christmas Stroll weekend. It was so comfortable and close to everything. Absolutely had everything we could want. Owner couldn't be any nicer and accommodating. Would love to come back and stay during the summer months to be able to take advantage of the deck!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Long Weekend in Nantucket
We stayed in Andrzej's lovely house over Memorial Day Weekend and had a wonderful time. Andrzej was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, providing us with everything from dining recommendations to mailing us lost items following our stay. I would definitely recommend the house to a friend!

Amazing hosts and Great House
This house was absolutely perfect for Stroll Weekend and would be just as great in the Summer. Nicely secluded and accessible to both Main St. as well as the Brewery. Highly recommend as a long time visitor to Nantucket.
Also, incredibly accommodating hosts who genuinely cared about making our experience as great as possible! 10/10
