We had a wonderful time in Tahoe, escaping the heat of the Valley for a few days. The house was well equipped, and just as advertised. It was perfect for us. - Six adults in beds, a 5 year old in a bunk bed, and a toddler and a baby in pack-n-plays (which we brought.) Perfect! The only thing that could have been better, is, I would have loved it to be even cooler. Next time I'll come in Spring or Fall!

The house is very nice and has a great kitchen and entertainment space. It’s also in a great location, close to the grocery store and main roads but still felt private as it was on a cul de sac. The only things we had issue with was the AC did not work and didn’t provide any instructions on how to use it. And only one outlet worked in the far bedroom.

We loved the property! It was a great size for our family of 8 adults and 3 chiLdren. There were a few minor issues to bring to the owner or property manager’s attention. There was no pot for the coffeemaker, so we bought a Mr. Coffee and left it there! The jets on the jacuzzi tub did not work. The icemaker did not work, so we bought a bag of ice. The door knob on one of the bedrooms upstairs came apart so we did our best to put it together. Otherwise, it was a great place to spend a Holiday Weekend!

We stayed at this property for a wedding and thought it was a very nice house. It seemed clean, and had bunk beds for our kids which made it super easy. Would stay here again.

Everything was great! The house was perfect for our group - the bedrooms were all spacious, the main living area, kitchen and outdoor area were great for all hanging out together. The owner was great at communicating and highly flexible allowing us to change our booking and check in early. We would definitely go back and stay there again!

The amount of space was plentiful for our group. The kitchen was fully stocked with all kitchen tools we needed to cook dinners. The laundry was nice along with the beach towels. The carpeted areas were not vacuumed thoroughly upon arrival, we vacuumed all upstairs carpets. The back porch was quite messy with pine needles and we needed to clean it off. There were a lot of moths in the house. The electricity went out one night, we were thankful that there were emergency lights in the main rooms so we could see. When we booked this house the owner responded efficiently. When we emailed about concerns while at the house regarding it not being thoroughly cleaned and the moths, we did not get an efficient response.

Excellent. There was an issue with the home owners association, I had a service come to the property to do hair and makeup for the attendess for this weding. She parked on the street rather than in the driveway and some gentlemen came to the property, handed my son=in=law, took a picture of her license plate on her vehicle and said he would filing a compliant and walked away. You cannot take a photo some ones license without their permission. This is unacceptable and I will be contacting the association. Other than that issue every thing was escellent. We enjoyed our stay. This whole transaction was handled to perfection. Thank you.

Great stay. House is comfortable and pleasant. Furnishings are basic but functional. Some minor maintenance issues (chair was broken , tv remote out of batteries) but overall didn’t affect the quality of our stay. Communication from owner clear and concise.

Check in process went smooth. We used the kitchen to cook our meals. The burners are slow to heat up but we managed. House/Kitchen well supplied. Upon our arrival we noticed the recycling bin in the garage was full and the Bear Box was partially full. We contacted the property manager to notify. We received a call the following day on instructions to place recyclables and trash in garage bins. The house has a nice open floor plan. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Located in a pretty quiet area which is nice for family trips and the house have all you need and clean. Neighbor is nice too. It has a big kitchen if you want to cook or order to go and eat at the house as there are plenty of restaurants nearby with short distance of driving. The yard is huge and kids were having so much fun with snow during our stayed. We were unlucky and got snowed in on the day we were supposed to leave Tahoe, and Victor is SUPER nice when I called him if we can stay for another day because of snowed in and no hotel room was available for our big parties (we have 11 people with elder and kids). He checked his schedule and respond right away and said yes we could stay for another day with no additional cost to us. We greatly greatly greatly appreciate his help during this difficult time, otherwise we could be homeless.

Victor was very helpful and accommodating especially with the storm that hit Tahoe. The place was clean when we got there. The house is a short distance to Diamond Peak Resort. We will go back to this place again.

We made the best of our time that we could have with not being able to go outside because of hazardous air quality. We had a big group of people and the house accommodated us just fine. Only complaint was the AC only cooked off certain parts of the house and not the main middle floor so it got fairly hot with not being able to have windows open. Property manager was not happy with us because of amount of recycle but that was not specified in contract otherwise we would have made other arrangements. Overall very nice house.

This nice and great location for our family vacation. There was enough room for all of us to sleep and lounge around the house. House is located near stores and beaches. All with a short drive. Vic was great with communicating back with any questions or issue. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean and so cute! Very open kitchen/dining/living room space and several comfortable rooms. We had a great time at the house. The only thing we noticed was that the kitchen was not very well stocked.

This is a great house…it has a good floor plan for several guests…we had six and there was more than enough space. We are from Texas and it never occurred to me that there would not be air conditioning but we learned that many places in Tahoe do not. It was very hot when we visited so it was unfortunate but just kind of our luck! We could not locate an iron and when we called the house manager, she brought one over in a timely manner. Overall, we had a great time in Tahoe!
