Situated in Newport, this attractive condo for £154 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. “Nye Beach Arch Place” is a beautiful, well- equipped condominium with simple yet tasteful design and furnishings - a breath of fresh air! The living space provides a contemporary open kitchen, dining, and living room on the upper floor to maximize the ocean view. The lower floor has two bedrooms, one with an ocean view, and two baths (with another half bath upstairs). A great place for couples, small families, or groups of 6 or fewer, looking for a memorable place for a special occasion or just to treat yourself. A few steps down Beach Drive to the beach, with terrific restaurants, shopping, and art galleries at your doorstep. The vaulted living space upstairs has a gas fireplace and a 47” flat-screen high definition smart TV. The luxury kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances and granite countertops, including an island with a counter height bar, plus large dining table. A door off the living room leads to the balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the ocean view. The two bedrooms are located downstairs, along with two bathrooms and full laundering facilities. The master bedroom has a king bed, armoire with high definition smart TV, an attached bathroom with two-sink granite countertop, and tiled shower enclosure and tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom with granite countertop, and tile and glass shower enclosure. You can’t beat this location in Nye Beach – it is truly at the heart of Nye Beach, right next to the arched entry to Beach Drive, with lots of wonderful eateries, shopping, and activities at your doorstep. Park your car, and enjoy your stay! Some of the places you may enjoy include: - The BEACH!! We had just one night in NYE Beach but really enjoyed staying here. The place is well equipped and comfortable, and a very short walk to the beach and the centre of the town. Only problem we had, and it was just a small thing is that it would have been helpful for the consumables to have been topped up before we arrived. With such a short stay, we had to go out and buy coffee and didn’t have time, but needed to get dishwasher tabs and shower gel.

This condo was so perfect for us, clean, well stocked, and it’s location cannot be beat!! Check-in was seamless. Beds were comfortable too. Great location to explore the coast north and south! Morning walks on the beach just steps away and sunsets were highlights! The little bakery around the corner had fabulous baked goods, scones, breakfast muffins, coffee, etc! We would totally return to this place!

Very nice condo, kitchen is well equipped for an extended (more than a weekend) stay. Beds are comfortable, condo is clean and in good shape. Owner Marla was easy to contact and helpful. Great location, fee steps from beach, restaurants and shops. Convenient parking.

Worked remotely for the week and the accommodations were wonderful. Very clean, well stocked and comfortable place to stay! Communication with owner was excellent.
Location is fabulous with beach, shops, restaurants all within walking distance. As others have mentioned the road is just below the primary bedroom so there is some road noise but it did not bother us significantly. We get up early though. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay here again sometime!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nye Beach and the condo was perfect for a few days on the coast. The condo is in a great location close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed Nana's Irish Pub across the street and the Host was very helpful and recommended The Chowder Bowl.
The condo was very comfortable and decorated in a coastal theme. Each room has it's own heater which was nice. The master bedroom was cozy but did have some street noise at night. There are magazines, visitor guides and menus which we enjoyed looking through.
Looking forward to coming back in the summer where we can enjoy watching the waves from the little balcony.

Great location and everything you need. My two girlfriends and I stayed 5 nights… the only weird thing is all of the businesses within a mile make up their own hours so it’s hard to plan meals out…. But the unit has a very functional kitchen which worked great!

We came to Newport with friends for a pop up meal at Mo’s Annex. The location was perfect. Condo was clean, uncluttered tastefully and simply decorated. The kitchen was lovely and the beds comfortable. We had a wonderful two night stay. If we return to Newport we would definitely try to stay here again.

My sister and I stayed here and the luxury of having 2.5 bathrooms! The beds and linens are comfy and cozy. Everything is in good, clean working order and tastefully decorated. The view from the deck is ocean and I sipped tea out there even in the sprinkling rain. Downstairs is a nice little convenience store open until 9p and my fave store in Oregon, Jovi, is a block away, plus other shops and restaurants. Everything you need within walking distance. Also nice having parking on the premises. We shall return!

Located right at The Arch in the historic Nye Beach neighborhood, this was the perfect location to spend a winter escape on the Oregon Coast. We encountered the worst winter weather that locals have ever seen in town, but the condo’s location was such that we didn’t have to walk more than half a block to cozy pubs and excellent seafood eateries. We even lucked out and got a reservation on Christmas Day at the neighborhood’s boutique hotel for their single seating celebratory set menu dinner when our plans to cook seemed overly ambitious after my niece experienced not one but two flight cancellations and arrived only at 3PM on Christmas Day. The stormy weather also limited our activities the following day so we checked out the Pelican Brewery in Lincoln City and the Shalishan Resort just a half hour up the coast. It wasn’t quite the holiday break we imagined, but break it was for both of us, and one we will recall with fond memories.

We truly enjoyed staying here. We relaxed, watched movies, walked to the beach, walked to shopping, and we were thoroughly relaxed. This is a little gem. The privacy was part of this unique experience. We would absolutely stay here again and again.

Wow! Stunning apartment and gourmet kitchen! I loved having lots of ice available in the freezer, too. Easy access to all things Nye Beach and great parking, too. The master bed is a little high and I am 6 feet tall so a step stool would be a nice touch. Other than that this home is more than 5 stars, feels like a real home, and is immaculate.

Beautiful space. Assigned parking spot. King sized bed in the master bedroom! Kitchen is huge, though we only used it to reheat things. Having a washer and dryer available was a big draw for us.
Some cleanliness issues - the master bathroom shower had hair in it (not ours) and dead craneflies in the master bedroom that we had to clean up; we took care of these things ourselves, but just a note. The other two bathrooms were very clean, as was the washer/dryer and the kitchen. I can't give half-stars on this platform, but would rate the cleanliness as 4.5. Would not deter us from returning.
The patio was great. We had breakfast out there in the mornings. Walkable area, close to coffee shops, a great little market, restaurants, and Nye Beach. Really, just a great spot. Thanks!

This unit is located in an absolute great location in Newport, surrounded by lots of eating and drinking establishments, all within walking distance. Very safe neighborhood. Minutes from the beach. The harbor is also within walking distance, but does require some effort. Highly recommend.

Accommodations … PERFECT!
Well appointed with a nicely stocked kitchen. Everything you need to cook and prepare a meal with is here. Plenty of paper goods for bathrooms and kitchen. Lots of linens and extra towels. Tons of TV channels. Comfortable balcony seating. Dave and Barbara are the nicest neighbors, having welcomed us with an invitation to join them for wine. Wine … need I say more? Excellent selection at the neighborhood wine store a block away. Food? … just walk a block in any direction. Breakfast spots. Pastry shops. Lunch? Dinner? Too many too mention. But I will mention the new kid on the block … Zurita. A not to be missed Spanish tapas restaurant. They also have larger plates and desserts and a full bar. The house made Tempranillo sangria is awesome. Like your food generously seasoned with garlic, pick an assortment of tapas. Your tastebuds will swoon with pleasure. The lemon bread pudding was the best. About a mile away, Georgie’s is a must visit. Breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great food and fabulous ocean view. Don’t forget long walks on the beach. So fun to watch how much fun the dogs have on their morning runs. Whale watching? Hands down Whales Tails in Depoe Bay. We saw about 2 dozen whales … an unbelievable and amazing hour and a half. The boats are smallish Zodiac’s that get right up and close. Only 6 passengers so book early. Needless to say we had a great time. We’ve been to Newport before and we’ll be back. I already hear the beach whispering my name for Jan/Feb for a longer visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was clean and comfortable and the location was wonderful! It was so nice to be able to walk down to the beach and enjoy the ocean view from the deck. The kitchen was so well stocked and so spacious. Marla was always quick to respond and the check in process was well detailed. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall very well stay! There were a couple cleanliness issues we had brought to the owners attention and she was quick to respond. The overall location is great besides the noise! Constant people yelling on the street. Right on Nye Beach so a lot of bars and people up late might causing a bit of noise.

Very nice stay, excellent view of the sunset from the porch. Downstairs bed was comfy, but almost need a step ladder to get in. The irish bistro across the street was excellent. We would stay here again.

Our family of three really enjoyed our stay. There are restaurants, shops, and the beach just steps away. The open kitchen living area provided plenty of room for puzzles, tv, reading, and just relaxing.
