About this condo rental
Located in Pismo Beach, this attractive condo for £381 per night is a great option for your next vacation. A unique property in the heart of historic Pismo Beach and steps from Pismo Beach’s best surfing breaks, warm white sands, and award winning restaurants and wineries. The condo is conveniently located near the famous Pismo Pier and surrounding specialty shops. Visitors can experience all the benefits of beach life just a few steps from their front door. Only a 4 minute walk from the condo to beach and surfing, historic Pismo Pier, abundance of dining options, boutiques, and beach board walk. There are two entrances into the condo. The front door is located on the second level, or an interior stairwell through the garage and casita leads to the main living area on the second level. The living and kitchen area, located on the 2nd level, features dark rich hardwood floors, gourmet granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, TV, and an intimate faux fire place. Gather around the dining table for six, plus additional bar stools nearby, while others relax on the nearby sofa and seating around the TV and faux fireplace. There's a sliding door that opens to a balcony with bistro dining overlooking the quiet neighborhood. The condo offers open living the entire group can relax comfortably together. There are two twin memory-foam sleeping mats for additional sleeping accommodations. The third level offers a large master bedroom with a gorgeous ensuite master bath, there is plenty of room for two to prepare for a night out thanks to the double sinks. There is ample closet space and a private balcony with an ocean view - fall asleep with an ocean breeze. Down the hall, find the third bathroom, and further to the final bedroom. This queen bedroom is comfy and very private, across the hall there is storage galore and laundry center. The door from the laundry room takes you up to the rooftop deck. This expansive space provides a spectacular setting to enjoy the gas BBQ, fire pit, and wet bar. The couches and side table provide plenty of seating for enjoying the amazing weather and panoramic views of the ocean, mountains and downtown area. Three bedrooms, 3-1/2 bathrooms, large 2-car garage provide a ton of space and endless amenities for up to 8 guests to enjoy Pismo Beach. Suitability: Family friendly, honeymoon, romantic, non-smoking only, no pets allowed, wheelchair inaccessible, three (3) bedrooms, 3 -1/2 bathrooms, board games, TV, panoramic ocean and mountain views, roof top seating and dining, natural gas BBQ, keyless entry. About a 4 minute walk. 3. How far to Edna Valley area, SLO, Avila Beach, Morro Bay? The condo is centrally located to many favorite Central Coast areas. From the condo to nearby Edna Valley wineries and wedding venues the drive is less than 15 minutes. SLO is 15 minutes north on Hwy 101. Avila Beach is a quick 15 minutes north-west, and Morro Bay about 25 minutes up Hwy 101 and Hwy 1. 3. Does the condo have stairs? The condo is three levels. Guests with limited mobility often stay in the casita area. The casita is located at ground level, just off the garage. The casita has a mini-kitchenette and queen bed.

This is a beautiful townhome with nice big bedrooms, comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The roof deck has a gas grill and ocean views. There are a lot of doors to contend with, but we figured it out. Only a few blocks to the beach and lots of walkable restaurants. It would be nice to have another love seat in the living room. The tv tech is great. We’d definitely stay here again.

This one I'd give the slight edge for the firepit and rooftop seating. Really well stocked garage for stuff for the beach, so no need to bring toys for the kids. Kitchen and bedrooms all wonderful. Always nice to have the casita downstairs to for additional guests.

Just a short walk to downtown, restaurants and the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for 7 people-(2 adults, 5 teens). Alot of stairs but we knew this from the description (1st floor-garage & casita studio with 2 private doors, kitchenette, 2nd floor-kitchen/ living room, 3rd floor- 2 bedrooms & laundry, 4th floor-rooftop). Loved the rooftop access and amenities. We had a full sized SUV (Cadi ESV) and it fit in the garage but tight. Parking for the other vehicles was easy on the street. A bathroom on every floor for every room (1/2 bath near kitchen)! Good for all ages! We'll be back Pismo! Maids were great upon entry! Felt very clean and orderly with covid chemicals available! ENJOY! P.S. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows, towels but NO BEACH TOWELS so prepare.

The convenience of walking to the beach, downtown and restaurants. We travelled with teens and there was plenty of space and room for the 7 of us. This is 3 levels so there are a lot of stairs, as noted.

It was a great house to stay in. Loved the rooftop patio, fire pit and barbecue. The beach and most businesses are all very walkable from here. The freeway and restaurant fan noise was an issue for one of the bedrooms. But nothing to keep one awake.

Had a wonderful time on our annual family trip. The townhome accommodations were wonderful from the clean linens, comfortable beds, fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen. Being able to park in a garage and knowing our cars were safe every night was fabulous too, we were able to keep all of our fishing tackle safe in the bed of our truck. The upstairs patio was absolutely amazing, providing great views and keeping us warm around the fire pit. Would definitely stay here next time we are in town.

Ok the good things about this property. Very nice property, well cleaned. Excellent sheets. We overall had a nice time at this property. However it wasn't 5 stars. One of the things we didn't like was the 3rd bedroom is actually in a separate downstairs area & not connected to the main condo. No one wanted to stay there by themselves so we wound up cramming in the 2 bedrooms upstairs. I felt this was not upfront on the listing. There were literally only a salt and pepper shaker in terms of cooking supplies. Most properties are way better stocked than this. Be prepared to bring ALL cooking ingredients with you because you won't have anything avail. Overall though it's a good property centrally located in downtown Pismo. Close to restaurants and the beach and nicely maintained.

Leuk huis om te verblijven met twee gezinnen.
Wij hebben Pismo beach bezocht met twee gezinnen. Na een rondrit van twee weken was het goed bijkomen in het huis. Er was genoeg ruimte om even op je zelf te zitten of juist met zn allen een spelletje te doen aan tafel. Terras is heerlijk om te zitten. De muren houden de wind tegen. Het weer viel wat tegen waardoor we niet veel op het strand zijn geweest maar het is echt maar een klein stukje lopen. Bij de pier kun je zeeotters tegen komen of naar de surfers kijken. Wij hebben het naar ons zin gehad.
