Situated in Snowmass Village, this attractive condo for £349 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo offers the best ski-in/out location in all of Snowmass! Literally right outside your door, step left into the new Base Village shops, restaurants and activities; step right to access the Capitol Peak amenities including hot tubs, exercise facility and recreation room. The unique floor plan features eleven-foot ceilings with open kitchen, dining and living areas. As a ground floor corner unit, there are large windows on two sides and a beautiful walk-out patio. The unit includes ski locker storage on the ground level, underground parking, Wi-Fi, in-unit washer + dryer, two communal hot tubs, communal grills, and a fitness center. After a long day on the mountain, you will enjoy returning back for a dip in one of the two hot tubs. The kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare both fantastic family and romantic meals. There is also a well-stocked grocery store within walking distance. If you prefer dinning out, there is no shortage of restaurants between Snowmass Base Village and the Snowmass Mall. One covered parking space is provided with the unit. If you have additional cars, please let us know and we are happy to accommodate! The parking garage clearance height is 7'5''. The underground parking garage offers private, gated parking with elevators for quick and easy access, especially during weather. Just steps away, the Base Village Transit Center offers transportation to/from the airport, downtown Aspen, top of the village / Snowmass mall, and everywhere in between. Servicing all four mountains, the shuttle provides rides to Aspen Mountain, Buttermilk, and Highlands every 15 - 30 minutes. Our concierge team is also here to arrange private transportation to get you to any destination in comfort and style.

This was the best ski trip that we have ever taken and that is mainly due to the location of the property and the amenities that it includes. There was plenty of room, easy access to the slopes, easy storage for skis, and close to restaurants! We will definitely be back next year!

Everything was perfect. Fully equipped and very clean. The only issues were that Maverick should have let us know that there was a entrance across from the unit that led you to the bus station. Otherwise it's a pretty long walk. Also the patio door was open as it does not close. Even though Snowmass Is safe , the unit was not. Otherwise we will return. Thank you

The room was very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals. There was a fitness center in the building and parking was convenient. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we would recommend it to anyone.

Great location. Host communication excellent with extremely easy check in and check out. First floor location excellent for keeping bikes secure overnight in unit entrance. However if you want to keep windows open or have more privacy first floor is a drawback. Unit was well equipped and had air conditioning which is rare in mountains but needed as summers get hotter

Summer Retreat
Cozy, clean and convenient condo in Snowmass Village. Check in could have gone smoother; however, checkout was flawless! We will definitely consider staying here again!

Turned out Fantastic
At first I was upset. If you are looking for a hideaway in the forest this isn’t it. I opened our door and our patio where we like to enjoy morning coffee was right on the thoroughfare through the Snowmass village. Privacy and birdsong we would not have. I did complain. People can look in at night so blinds must be put down, however we did take our coffee out at 7:30 in the morning and enjoyed conversations with those walking dogs. We adored ALL the dogs and folks were nice too. We could walk to the tram and while I don’t recommend the ice cream store within spitting distance, we did love the crepes up around the corner. We were supplied with everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Checking in with Perry a new consierge was a bit difficult as the parking pass was missing. Not his fault bHe was a sweet and helpful young man. All in all we had a wonderful time and very much appreciated the fine bottle of Champagne to celebrate our 25th anniversary.

This condo has it all and wow conveniently located. It is literally steps away from everything. Having the hot tub steps away, what an added bonus. Well equipped, comfortable, quiet, and just perfect. We will be back!

Prime Location . Close to restaurants. Amenities. Gondola rides to different points . 15 minutes away from Aspen downtown. The only drawback about my unit is located on the ground floor. Very dark . No views of the mountains from inside the unit.

Great stay - highly recommend Doug our host and this property!
Amazing property right at the base of Snowmass (75 yds from the front door to lift!) Newly renovated and just as the listing explains - even better than expected! Doug was a PHENOMENAL host and walked us through everything the property offered and even toured us around the village to point out ski/snowboard rentals, favorite dinner and apres places, and nearby convenience stores. Can't recommend any of his properties enough. Thank you Doug!!!

Booked the unit as soon as we found out Mardi Gras was canceled. We were excited to take our kiddos skiing for the first time and unit could not have worked out any better. The convenience to the village being on the first floor and right across from the ski locker made ski days even more enjoyable. We look forward to coming back in the future and would definitely try to stay in the same unit.

Perfect for our family of three
We had a great time. Condo was in a perfect location for family with restaurants, ice skating, ski lockers and hot tubs all within a few steps. Lifts and Gondolas are not much farther. Great location for mountain and road biking, with live music floating through the air every night! The condo was exactly as shown, but full of nice surprises like a fully-stocked spice cabinet. Very much appreciated the warm welcome and would stay again.

Perfect Location.
Smartly decorated LARGE one-bedroom unit within walking distance to ALL the amenities in Snowmass Village. Literally just steps to the ski Gondola, a variety of restaurants and shops. There was a hot tub and large community room located just outside the condo. The condo was furnished nicely and equipped with everything we needed. Doug met us for check in, answering all our questions and orienting us to the building and community. He even helped with arranging activities for us. We loved everything about it.

I thought this place was ski in and out, but that wasn't the case.
It is close to gondola but you can never ski in or out because pavement is heated. : (
