Muy buena ubicación pero apartamento con muchas carencias.

La ubicación excelente. Tiene una azotea en la planta superior con tumbonas muy agradables. El sistema de acceso con códigos funciona bien y rapido. El contacto con el personal para comunicar incidencias es también rápido.

Apartamento demasiado pequeño, en una planta baja. No se podían abrir las ventanas y no entraba luz natural. Había un olor desagradable a tuberías. Se oía muchísimo el ruido de la calle. Supongo que los apartamentos de las plantas superiores sean más agradables. El agua caliente se acababa enseguida. No merece la pena encargar el desayuno. No era muy bueno

One of the best aparthotels I have stayed in

Central location, efficient flawless self-checkin, well-equipped facilities, strong A/C and excellent customer service with prompt replies and follow-ups.

Très déçu.

C’est moderne et propre.

Je n’ai pas eu la chambre figurant sur l’annonce. Il N’Y AVAIT PAS DE CHAUFFAGE. Il m’a été dit que j’étais frileux. DÉGOUTÉ. C’était FAUX. Joyeux Noël. Heureusement comme geste commercial j’ai eu trois chocolats. Je n’irais plus chez Numa. J’y allais souvent. Victime de leur succès ? Dommage.

If I ever come to Sevilla again, I will stay at CasA Quintero again

Wonderful location! I wish I had time to enjoyed the flamenco show across the apartment. Great restaurants walking distance, just wonderful, is located in a quiet area but at the same time so close to everything. Even though I have the instructions on how to find the key, there was Miss Patricia who personally show me everything.I traveled with my elderly mother and we used a wheelchair for convenience and it work really well

I like EVERYTHING. Nothing not to like. I highly recommend Casa Quintero.

Odlična lokacija, lepo opremljen apartma

Lokacija je perfektna. Apartma je prijetno opremljen. Kopalnica ima zelo dobre produkte za nego telesa. Možnost podaljšanja odhoda za doplačilo se mi zdi tudi zelo uporabna. Skupna terasa na strehi se mi zdi super za popit kavo in se odpočiti med raziskovanjem mesta.

Soba je bila v drugem nadstropju, stopnice pa zelo strme. V objektu je dvigalo, ki pa žal ni delovalo. Dnevne svetlobe v apartmaju praktično ni. Če imaš odprto okno, ki gleda na notranji atrij, nekaj svetlobe sicer pride v stanovanje, pa zraka tudi. Hkrati pa pride tudi hrup iz sosednjih apartmajev in iz ulice (ko, kdo vstopi in izstopi iz objekta).

Brilliant location, great apartments, great host. Would stay again.

Really well organised host, good contact over whatsapp/booking.com messaging. Easy to get into the property, and the apartment was fantastic, great location, really nice interior, and rooftop terrace with view of the cathedral too.

Exceptional

Location is indeed great, 5 min walking distance from Seville Cathedral/Giralda Tower, very close to restaurants and shops. Host was very kind and offered valuable information regarding the heating system/ taxi .Easy to self-check in via door code and keys in a box

everything was great, I would recommend in the future to change the windows/doors with a more hermetical/sound proof system (during the evening you could hear noise on the street, although the street is not crowded or could hear when the other guests were opening/closing their doors)

Perfect weekend stay!

We absolutely loved the size and cleanliness! The locations couldn't have been better and very easy accessible.

Not a deal breaker for us but maybe for others, the cathedral bells are quite loud.

Highly recommend this place. Awesome location!

Service was great! Management was super responsive. I asked them how to call a taxi at night and thought I will call myself. They were not only super quick to respond, also called and reserved the taxi for us. There is a beautiful terrace on the top door for everyone to use. There are laundry machines there so we could do our laundry while enjoying the roof. We had to break our 4 nights stay in 2 separate bookings so we could take side trips and they let us keep our luggages in their storage. When we returned our luggages were already in the room. Everything was so seamlessly run and we were 110% taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this property👍👍

Could have provide lotion if I am being picky. I am super happy with this place.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location was excellent and there was a gorgeous view of the Cathedral from the terrace. The apartment and the whole building were so clean. I would book this apartment again!

Pleasant

The satisfying components, the cleaning staff was nice, the rooms were clean and the location close to the Seville Church, all other elements were mediocre.

The instructions for unlocking the unit were poor, outdated, at no time was there available staff, no information how to contact them efficiently. The unit was totally utilitaerien, dungeous, the bathroom too small. No small brochure about city and maps. Someone always needs some local guidance.

Very nice except for the ground floor location meaning no window views.

The apartment was very nice and the location in town was perfect. However please see below.

The description in booking.com says this room is distributed over the ground floor, first floor and second floor. However the entire apartment was all on the ground floor next to a busy walkway which meant we had to keep all the window shutters closed. The description in booking.com is misleading and I would recommend it is updated.

We liked the location in the historic centre. Comfortable beds and good shower. Also great laundry up on roof terrace.

The ground floor apartment was a bit noisy being on street level. Closing the shutters helped but also blocked any natural light.

Excellent stay in Sevilla's historical center

Excellent location. The laundry room facilities on the roof were excellent. The terrace is very nice. Smooth check-in process. Service was excellent and are quick to respond by WhatsApp. Kitchen was well-equipped.

The lighting can be a little dark at times with apartment buildings in Sevilla being close by. The key for the building door wasn't the correct one and we ended up using the code to enter every time.

Pristine property that is equally beautiful and perfectly located.

The building and the apartment were spotless! Probably one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed in. The entire property is nicely decorated, all the staff we encountered were friendly and the location was perfect for our trip. We had such an enjoyable, relaxing stay in Seville and spent more time than I anticipated hanging on the roof of CasaQuintero

There was a bit of noise in our bedroom because of the internal windows to the hallway however there are very few apartments so it was not often that other guests were walking around. Given the age of the building it was something we anticipated and it did not impact the quality of our stay overall.
