The cleanliness, the size of our room, the free minibar, the location.

There were only Italian channels in the tv. A couple of international (English speaking channels) would have been nice).

Lovely quiet room, comfortable bed, close to train station. Nice staff. Within easy walk to restaurants and sights.

Some people might struggle with stairs to accommodation.

Excellent location, just a short walk to most of the venues in the centre of Florence

The toilet stopped flushing after two nights.

while indeed all the tourist attractions are close by, the neighborhood itself --because of its proximity to the train stations (the good news and the bad news) -- is rather sketchy. a lot of homeless people etc. coming back late in the evening did not feel safe at all. and while the staff were extremely nice and helpful when they were there, there was no one around after 5pm or early in the mroning

It was perfect.

The room was beautiful; very clean and super comfortable. The location was also wonderful…we could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go! It was also just a short walk to the train station.

The room was very spacious and clean, and Maria at the front desk was super helpful and a sweetheart. Our room was at the back of the building, absolutely no street noise. There were surprise goodies in our fridge. Advertising pictures dont do it justice.

Decent sized rooms for Europe. Maria at the front desk was very helpful and put me on the quiet side of the building per request and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Centrally located, but with a non street side of the building.

The walls were a little thin and you could hear the neighbors during a major Italian holiday period. This seems to be common in buildings in this area though.

The location, the staff and the bathroom.

The breakfast wasn’t at the hotel. However, it was at the bar in front of it and you could get only one croissant, a coffee and one juice. The air conditioning was old and wasn’t functioning properly. in addition, there was no elevator and the stairs were uncomfortable. The TV was so small like a computer screen

the location is a bit loud at night but it’s understandable, and the disposable earplugs are provided in the room.

Room is big and well-equipped. Very quiet at night and in the morning. Complementary bottled water provided every day of stay.
