Located in Kiawah Island, this attractive villa for £397 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Local resident owned. We love the SC low country and everything it offers. From biking, fishing, boating, and beach to the stunning golf and tennis Kiawah offers more to do than any other beach community. We have owned the condo since 1995 and recently spent over 100k in renovating it and making it what we feel is one of the nicest villas in Kiawah. No expenses were spared from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Large screen TV and Bose stereo make the living room come to life. The bedrooms are configured with a Queen in the Master and twin beds in the front bedroom. Also there are two pull out sofas in the living area. There are two leather recliners to relax on. The location is a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Great restaurants and bars are within walking distance or a short car ride to Freshfields Village or Bohicket Marina. Quiet, clean, easy access to Roy Barth Tennis Center. Perfect place for a family with USTA tennis tournament players. Lovely view of pond from kitchen. Comfortable sitting area with large leather recliners. We loved that we could bring our pup. Great communication with Tom. Very reasonable price for quality and convenience. A+

The owner, Tom was amazing and very responsive. The unit was clean and appeared as the pics showed. It’s in a great location very close to the Sanctuary, tennis, and the beach. I’m t was easy to navigate around the island on the many bike trails. The only negative I could think of is the TV’s are a bit dated and don’t allow for streaming Netflix, etc It may have been nice to have the steaming capability during the times it rained but that is the only negative I could come up with. Overall great stay and we’d come back again and stay in the same unit.

Decided to take a quick 3-day trip to Kiawah at the last minute and was fortunate to find this little place with great reviews. It was very clean and close to the Sanctuary Hotel, Turtle Cove golf course and Night Hebron Park. Place was clean and stocked with the basics. Only wish it had a porch so you could sit outside. And a toaster. There also wasn’t any beach gear, but we called The Sanctuary Hotel and they set up beach chairs and an umbrella (and towels) for $40/day, so that was nice. We had a lovely time.

We love coming to Kiawah, and being able to bring our dog makes it so much more special. Tom was great to work with, and we had a great family Thanksgiving. The unit is convenient to the beach, and the view onto the pond was fantastic for birding. Having a full kitchen made cooking for the holiday easy. There was plenty of room for us, and we’d happily come back!

I recommend this property as a place that easily accommodates 4 and can accommodate 6. Very well-suited for a pet-friendly option. Don't rent this if you want an outside screen porch. On the other hand, with the porch enclosed the unit provides much more elbow room than a typical 2 bedroom option, and the extra indoor space was a plus for our family. Different people have different standards for proximity to the beach, but ideally I'd prefer a shorter walk. It took us about 10 minutes. The unit was very well cleaned and the owner very responsive and friendly when a couple of small issues arose during our 17-day stay.

We picked this property because we wanted to bring our Golden Retriever puppy (8 months old) to Kiawah. We were impressed by the pictures and we were NOT disappointed! The condo was beautifully renovated and Tom was great to deal with both before and during our stay! We had an issue with the cable on the day we checked in and he came right over and fixed it. The only drawback is that this property is quite a hike to the beach, but it is in a great location near Night Heron Park and the Sanctuary and central to all of the golf courses. We would highly recommend staying here, especially if you have a dog

I drove with my daughter from NJ and we thoroughly enjoyed the condo; unfortunately we locked ourselves out one night and Tom was very nice and quickly came by to let us in at 11pm. Would recommend this condo to others.

We had an amazing few days in Kiawah. Our villa was beyond perfect...beautiful, clean, spacious (larger than it appears it pics), and excellent location. 7 min walk to beach. My family (boys 15, 17), husband and chocolate lab could not have asked for a better first time experience in Kiawah. We were lucky to have beautiful weather. Boys golfed both Ocean and Turtle Point. And renting bikes for our beach ride was the highlight of our trip. If you plan take out food from restaurants in Freshfields, plan ahead....but food was all very good.
