Great stay, but they were doing work to update the condos, and started a little early in the AM, so a bit loud. Aside from that, it was very nice with great weather.

Lovely view! Close to the beach, Sanctuary Hotel, and Fresh Fields. Everything was explained thoroughly. Kitchen was equipped with all the basics. Bed was super comfortable. Communication with property was fast and polite. What else can you ask for?

Caroline sent an email 4 hours before check-in advising construction was taking place at the condo. She said it would be a "minimal intrusion". Upon pulling into the parking lot our hearts sank. 3 sides of the building were covered in ground-to-roof scaffolding, plastic sheeting, and a long makeshift plywood hallway greeted us at the entrance. Disappointment turned to dismay as we saw scaffolding and hanging plastic encroaching upon the master balcony. Below the unit was the crew's working area consisting of industrial-sized garbage bins, multiple sawhorses, supplies, and debris. We messaged Caroline with our concerns about the construction directly next door. She advised the ‘intrusion should be minimal” and apologized for the “inconvenience” stating the work started earlier than expected. It doesn’t take an expert to see the work had to be going on for a minimum of weeks. The "inconvenience” consisted of LOUD drilling and banging echoing in the condo. Friday we were awoken at 7:20 to crews working directly next door, hammering, banging, and tossing boards from the balcony. The noise was intolerable, and we were heartbroken. It took 5 attempts BEGGING Caroline for FAIR discount from the rate we paid. We sent videos to support our case and after two insulting offers off of the total, we received a partial refund. The situation was unfortunate but why the guests had to fight so hard to not get the raw end of the deal is baffling. A Relaxing vacation was stolen from us.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this nice condo right on the beach; one can not beat those Ocean views! Caroline was great, and very communicative, even contacted me immediately when some valuables we left by mistake were found.

This is a wonderful Vrbo, just as pictured, amazing views, and very quiet! My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and absolutely loved it! The property manager was responsive and was able to be contacted quickly/easily.

This condo was perfect for what we were looking for. Easy to get to, perfect amount of space and beautiful views. The condo had some beach gear that we were able to use, you could also very easily rent chairs and an umbrella at the beach. The Harris Teeter grocery store was on the way to the beach and had everything we wanted for our stay. We loved walking in and seeing the great views- we had a blast. (Family included two parents and three teens)

Our stay was amazing. The property was clean and offered everything we needed. The view from all 3 balconies was amazing. The beach was easy to access. The location was great as it was easy to locate and travel to wherever we needed to get to, whether it was quick trip to shops/grocery or a day trip into Charleston. Recommend this property for anyone as it can serve as a romantic/relaxing trip for 2 or a family fun getaway.

This place is remarkable!!. The best place we stayed at in Kiawah by far. The miles of ocean views are incredible. As well constant sound of waves crashing on the beach. The condo is very cozy and perfect for your Kiawah stay. Very quiet and respectful neighbors. The walk to the beach is very quick. So if you forget something at the beach you can relax cause it is steps away. Tbe walk is private for guests only is a nice touch.

The drive to the island is great, oaks and moss make an amazing canopy for miles. The view from the condo is amazing, ocean as far as you can see. The pictures don't do it justice, the ocean is much closer than it appears. The outdoor furniture is comfortable and you can sit on it for hours and just watch the waves. The waves crashing into the beach lull you to sleep at night. We saw several deer running around in the brush while we enjoyed the porch. The condo was clean and has all the amenities you need to to cook if you wanted to cook. The owner was responsive to any questions that I had. Freshfields village is a short drive away and has various cuisines of restuaraunts and a nice grocery store. Charleston is a 40 minute drive away if you want to go for a visit. It was great to get away and relax.

We loved this oceanfront property. It was clean, well maintained and well stocked. Although we didn't cook, it would have been easy. Most importantly, the views were amazing from the 4th floor, in part because it is above the trees. Check in/out process was also smooth

We thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay at this condo. As most of the other reviews mention, the views of the ocean are fantastic from every room. Owner was very responsive to a couple of small issues (smoke alarm beeping, short internet outage). It was our first visit to Kiawah but not our last for sure!
