Calidad-precio. Cama cómoda. Atención amable.
Instalaciones un poco vieja (ducha con la alcachofa un poco esteopeada). Se echaba en falta una silla de escritorio.

The price was good for London.
Really tight basement room. Shower stand came off in my hands. Zero sound insulation.

location of the property is good.. has Access to the central London.
cleanliness and house keeping was really poor. Bed and bedsheets are not clean. Had very uncomfortable sleeps during my stay. Not worth for the money you spent.

If you dont plan to stay in the hotel or the area - cheap hotel for london-trips. You get what you pay for but if you just plan on sleeping there its ok.
Staff wasnt helpfull, wifi didnt work in my room, rooms were not the cleanest and the area isnt the greatest.

Good location and plenty of places around to enjoy.
Unfortunately, we were unaware of needing photo ID to check in, despite having non-photo ID and the confirmation of the booking, the staff member at check-in wasn't friendly and tried telling me I'd have to still pay but would be unable to stay!! Thankfully other guests told them this wasn't law binding and that I wasn't being treated fairly. My husband had photo ID and at first, they wouldn't accept it, but under pressure, we were allowed to stay! Very unpleasant start to our stay and we won't be coming back. Shame, as the location and other places around this hotel were perfect.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is close to the bus and train station.
1. I couldn’t sleep on my second night (which happened to be my last night there). The reason is because the walls are not sound proof at all💔💔.
It was so bad that I could hear the other guy from the next room turning on the shower or tap, his phone ringing etc.
When the receptionist came to knock on the next door to ask him to check out, I opened my door because I thought he was knocking on my door….
If you don’t mind feeling like you’re in the same room with the person next door then no problem. for me I had severe headache because I couldn’t sleep all night.
2. The location isn’t very safe at night especially as a single girl walking alone so you might want to be careful.
3. The room is VERY tiny.
