the place is okay bit the staff is quite stressful. while you are on a tour, she would text you like did you take this or that. something very unusual

Overall a fantastic choice if you can find it available! Located in the Santo Spirito area, so lots of dining and drinking options around.

Great decor, design and apartment size

the apartment was very beautiful, antique with beautiful furniture.
although we stayed here in December and the apartment is very big, it was very warm and comfortable.
Eleonora helped us with everything we needed and was very available and responded to any question we had quickly.
I absolutely recommend this property.

This place is straight out of the story books. A 500 year old building built in medieval times, absolutely gorgeous interiors and very well maintained. The upholstery, tapestry etc is grand. Gave a complete feeling of staying in old times.
The host was very helpful as well.
The last of sufficient washrooms and bathrooms. For a group of 3 families, we had only 1 large bathroom and another makeshift small washroom. This aspect should have mentioned upfront

Eleonora was a wonderful host. Very helpful. The apartment was huge even for a family of five. Price was reasonable.

Location was very good. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom/Kitchen room was clean.
Our expectation was high because the very good pictures on the site, however the rooms were not as bright and light as expected. There was a few areas of repair required that did not impact on the room but were noticeable.

The entrance into the palazzo is breathtaking! We couldn't believe how beautiful it was. There was lots of information about the Palace itself, and Eleonora was incredibly helpful in checking us in and showing us where to go in the area.
The room is very spacious and the bed is quite comfortable. We also enjoyed having the kitchen and laundry too!
Quite a few stairs to bring luggage up, so just be mindful if you're bringing any. Also, we had a mosquito join us for our stay, so you might want to grab the repellent suggested in their guest book.
Overall, a really great experience!

The very best part about renting the smaller of the two apartments was Eleonora the host. She was so helpful, friendly and attentive, she takes the time to give you great recommendations for everything you want to do or need.
The location is great and the apartment was very clean. Super high ceilings with beams that were beautiful.
Good internet
I think that the host, location and the savings make for a great stay.
The superior apartment is set more as a studio being that the main bed is next to kitchenette and dining table, the second bedroom past this main one is a sofa bed (could do with a thicker pad/mattress)and a comfy twin. The foyer which seems in pictures as the living room is not really part of the apartment, and it is beautiful but because it's the foyer for both apartments you truly don't use it as a seating room which, if you are 5 people you might miss because there isn't one when you use both rooms. All and all, we enjoyed our saty and thank Eleonora for doing everything for us to have a great stay.

Great location, nearby a nice square with good restaurants and cafes, Very nice and spacious apartment, decorated like a palace.
Very hard to find a legal parking spot. You need to know the ZTL rules. Leonora helped us a lot with this issue!

Living in the Palazzo was like living in a little museum. It was so perfect one lived in another time . Eleonora the caretaker was such a lovely and lively person, who is always a text away .
This Palazzo in central placed the the Santo sprito district which is the most happing place amongst the florentines . You have an access to wonderful restaurants .
I am a history bug and this was my personal heaven . Try out the wine from the vineyards of the owner I found it delicious . Do check it out :)

Charming historic Florentine palazzo with impressive wall frescoes and mostly antique furniture, some a bit worn but we cherish the historic style. Modern comfort, clean, central location close to Palazzo Pitti, apartment facing the garden side and very quiet. Very friendly and helpful host.

If you want to stay in a wonderful original palazzo this is for you. Beautiful rooms, fabulous ceilings and good little kitchen. Nice outdoor space for coffee and Santa Spirito church bells. It has a neighbourly feel and there is a butcher and baker nearly next door and the square has a daily market. Lots of brilliant advice from delightful hostess. Couldn’t not have been better.
Beware there is no lift so if you have a lot of luggage, are elderly or disabled it isn’t for you unless you ask a taxi driver or someone to take up the stairs.

Excellent location in the very heart of the old city. Spacious, good renewed apartement in an old palazzo, decorated with great taste. Comfortable bed. Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, everything clean and works well. The owner and the manager very friendly and helpful.
Old, scratched cooking utensils, not for use. No proper lighting for reading. Could be very noisy (depends on the guests in the other apartement)

Superb location! Lovely bars and tavernas. Florentine daily life to experience. 2mins to Sta Maria del Carmine, Sto Spirito and Palazzo Pitti. 10 mins to Ufficie. Huge space, wonderful historic decoration. Warm welcome by venue mamager.
