The bed was ok. Also the location, well connected.

When I arrived, 11 in the evening, no heating was on, in the loft it was freezing. There was an air con unit to be used as a heater, but the loft was very badly insulated and it took several hours to heat the room. In the morning I asked for additional blankets, because I couldn't sleep for 4 hours because of the cold, but they were never delivered. Luckily leaving the air con constantly on, (even when going out) eventually the room becomes warmer. But still, warm where the bed is, but not on the ground floor, where it somehow stays very cold. Also, breakfast 12 euro is a theft for what it is offered.

The reception staff is really nice and welcoming, we received some advice about public transport in Amsterdam. We got upgraded to a better room. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to travel by metro or take a ferry. The area looks nice and safe. The room was modern and clean, even there was a hairdryer that we could use.

There are not so many shops nearby so it's better to plan ahead for your groceries.

Very clean, quiet, comfortable, relatively near to city center, satisfactory breakfast, near to metro station (500mt). Friendly crew. Nice breakfast room and facility to sit outside in front of the hotel on good weather for breakfast or coffee.

Our window didn't have a window. It was impossible to see outside and get some fresh air into the room.

I got what I paid for. It was ok for the money I spent. Location was good. Would go there probably again.

Better lighting in the washroom over the mirror would be very helpful. Other than that it was ok.

The bed & spaciousness of the room.

The cleaners threw all my clothes away. They later found them and agreed to send them back to me after I had left but still pretty annoying. Hopefully they're clean when they arrive. Also didn't like the fact that an apartment room didn't come with a kettle and tea making facilities, pretty standard even for a basic hotel room nowadays let alone a whole apartment.

Location, people.

I had terrible experience, in the evening I found some bags in my bed. I was really scared, and they had no other rooms, so I was forced to move to another hotel. It looks nice on the photo, but experience is not the same. Towels were really old and even had holes .

My stay there was nice, the staff are very helpful specially Waleed. however the room was small but suited me perfectly because I was alone :)
