Расположение в самом центре - 3 минуты до метро Толедо, 7 минут до площади Плебисцито. Есть рядом магазины. Студия с ремонтом, все чистое и аккуратное. Есть кондиционер, разрешили оставить багаж - это очень удобно. Есть постоянная связь по whatsapp - отвечают очень быстро

Катастрофа как шумно. Хоррор с 20 до 2-4 ночи. Под окнами открытый бар караоке со стереосистемой и колонками, установленными на улице, там же сабвуфер. От басов вибрируют стены. Окна имеют ноль шумоизоляции. Как будто в диско баре пытаешься спать. Беруши не помогут. Спать не получится. Эти апартаменты не для сна ночью. Остальное на этом фоне ерунда - очень-очень узкий лифт, входная дверь в 1 этажа и душевая кабинка (для худеньких).

Good appartment but much too expensive for what it is

It's very very central , the owner is very nice and very very helpful , beds are comfortable aircon in rooms , has all amenities except a microwave

Shower is poor , both in terms of heat control and we couldn't switch from low shower head to above shower head and the shower doors are terrible and shower area could use better cleaning Elevator is very annoying , and the stairs are terribly lite and uneven While not a appartment issue it describes the area in which it's in "tourists go home" is written on the wall just outside

House was clean and beautiful and in great location. Host was super helpful and kind.

House was very clean. It felt nice and homely. I really enjoyed my stay here and loved the washing machine. Great WiFi connection. Apartment is located near a popular shopping strip (Via Toledo). Lots of great restaurants nearby. Metro, taxi rank, and buses all close by. Perfect for a short and long term stay. Great atmosphere. Comfy bed

This place is full of roaches, and not very clean.

There where roaches all over the kitchen, bathrooms and hallways. we are not talking one or two we are talking too many to count. They come out when the place is dark, we were so disgusted we did not use the kitchen at all. The place is a lot older than the pictures show and definitely not as clean either. There is also a bar bellow and at night it gets VERY loud, even with the windows closed the music is still really loud. We were very disappointed with this place.

Had a fantastic stay. I love Naples and enjoyed staying in Quartieri Spagnoli.

The location was amazing! It was vibrant and full of life and partying. Not sure if it was due to Napoli winning soccer but the bars nearby were still partying till 3am. This place is better suited to those who like to stay up late or are heavy sleepers.

A bit too close to bars which were open quite late with loud music and people till 3 am.

Spacious and Convenient Stay in Naples (with a great host)

The host was amazing and so helpful, informative and quick to respond, help us with a taxi, etc. The property is in a great location and the apartment was beautiful and spacious.

Not a problem at all for us but be aware that you are in the centre of town so can be a bit noisy at night.

An agreeable stay in the heart of an interesting city

The location at the heart of Napoli was very good.Our host was helpful and solved some difficulties.

The entrance logistics were quite complicated.The room was relatively small , especially the bedroom area upstairs.

I really liked that the apartment as it was in the heart of Naples so one can explore the center very easily and also it's very near a 5 min walk to famous piazza pelbisito. The apartment was very clean and up to standard ,the owner Enzo was really helpful also. I really recommend these Restorants for there magnificent pizza : 1) Pizze d autore maestro pizziaiolo Gigi sorbillo 2) 50 kalo 3) Trattoria Medina

Naples at night can be quite nosy as there alot of partying going on so if your traveling with kids one maybe will consider to search a place that it's in the outskirts of Naples , This is how Naples is one needs to accept it it's part of there culture.

Very good service provided by Enzo, who was very friendly and let us check-in earlier than expected. Located in a very lively center of Spanish quarter with opportunities for dining and having fun.

Located in a lively location, the area became suitable for sleeping long after midnight.

Naples base

Great location, totally walkable. Comfortable bed. Friendly & reliable communication. I would recommend this apartment overall.

Though no fault of the accommodation itself, the restaurant and bar below are very noisy, and unfortunately one of the windows doesn't close properly. BUT, if you take earplugs, you'll still get a good night's sleep. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

absolutely book this place

Very easy to reach the location of the flat The flat is in a super good location, surrounded with restaurants and everything to visit in Naples it is a walking distance from the flat. Super good on cleanliness, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, sheets and shower towels are super clean too.

Nice apartment but noisy street

The apartment corresponds to the apartment on the site, everything inside is clean and comfortable.

Аt the bottom of the floor there is a very noisy cafe that is open until 3-4 in the morning it was hard to sleep under the constant noise

Very central location, art museum just across the road, just off main shopping street via Toledo

The apartment I stayed in was a studio room with mezzanine bed, there was a sofa and table and chairs in the lounge area and it was perfect for one or 2 people. I loved that there were original shutters on the high windows, which could be pulled over to block out sound/light/noise, I used these in the evening as there is a reasonable amount of street noise from the singing pub just down the street. I didnt have any problem sleeping as noise stopped around midnight. There were fantastic old-time stairs up to the apartment, I liked to use these when leaving (but a lift to get up to 4th floor). Neighbours offered help and showed me how to use the lift, I found the people I encountered 100% helpful and pleasant.

I was a little cautious about the entry to the apartments, the studio apartment is a sub- of a larger apartment on the 4th floor. Entry is via a large wooden gate to a small courtyard then lift up to the apartment, entry in through a communal hallway and then a steel door with a 5-lever lock to the studio apartment. The key to get in from street level wasnt brilliant and took up to several minutes of trying before it engaged. As its a busy narrow cobbled street with foot passage and occaisonal mopeds whizzing by I felt a bit exposed (and that it looked like I was trying to break in) when trying to get in from the street to courtyard.

A fantastic location for a goo price great for a group of people visiting the area.

Met the owner at the location for the keys he was very helpful with any issues we had and was very quick to respond to any questions. The location was ideal for traveling around and has many places to eat out and spend your time.

wifi was a bit slow at times.

we loved it we had a great stay here :)

The apartment is beautiful and cozy, the building has an elevator, and the A/C worked great! and the location is in young area of the city (the Spanish area) lots of good restaurants and bars near by.

the shower water alternat between very cold to very hot without you touching the tap… could use a new dish songe in the kitchen :)

Fantastic room, and location (good for young couples)

Its very central, lots of shops and restaurants around. Close to train station and bus which makes it easy to move around. The washing machine we really liked and the bed was very comfortable. Also Enzo was great at getting back to you if you have any questions.

Pleasant

Location was good and bed were comfortable. Living room and kitchen are big enough for a group of 5 friends.

Towels were dirty but they changed them quickly. No microwave.

terrible, I will not be using Booking.com again and will be telling my friends what terrible property’s they have on the

I messaged the host that I probably not be in Naples until 1800 hrs. I arrived at 1630 and spent the next couple of hours walking up and down the short street trying to find the Naples Flats. The locals were tremendously kind in trying to help me, I made at least 6 telephone calls on my telephone and a couple of locals tried to call the number on their phones. At 1845 I decided to just find a hotel and get some sleep. I had not been to bed in over 40 hours and I just wanted a shower and a bed. Next morning at 0830 I received a telephone call from the “Host” and he tells me to meet him at the property in 1 hour (0930) I quickly packed my bag and checked out of the hotel and got to the property at 0925. at 0940 I texted the “Host” and he replied that he was 10 minutes away. He arrived 20 minutes later . He said he had sent me a message the previous day on What’s Ap , I didn’t even have What’s Ap on my phone. The host blamed me for the lack of communication because I didn’t have what’s Ap. The apartment was clean but the shower did not work properly. There was no hand soap or complementary instant coffee,tea or milk. there was no utensils for boiling water except for a 5 litre pot that had not been cleaned properly. there was no knives, forks or spoons or things like a can opener or cork screw. the bed was on a mezzanine floor up a very steep set of stairs which were hard to climb.

Exceptional

Perfect for a mid trip stay. Laundry and kitchen made it easier to clean up and make a home cooked meal. Air conditioning was amazing!
