Loved this place. Super spacious and comfy
8.0
Clean, bright, VERY comfy bed. Good location
The only thing to be mindful of is the noise from the bar downstairs (open until 4am Thurs-Sat, 3am rest of week). Weber provided foam earplugs which was definitely helpful
9.0
Very clean, the room has an iron, kettle and coffee machine. There are also glasses. Very good location, bus stop from the airport within walking distance
I had a room on the 4th floor, the stairs are rather steep. There is a bar downstairs, so it is very noisy until 2.00-3.00 AM.

The room was really nice, cleaning service was good, the receptionist was nice and helpful
The temperature was too hot in the hallway on the stairs and in the room as well.
That reception closes early -5.30 pm
I would make clear at the booking that the staff will help you bring the bags up and down . this needs to be offered and guests shouldn’t ask for this. (No one will want to bring the bags ourselves)
10.0
- really clean room and bathroom
- lots of extras (mini bottle of wine & wine glasses, mini stroopwaffels, sweets)
- comfy bed
- ceiling fan which was amaze when it was too hot
- not too expensive and close to the centre
- trams right outside the building
- good nightlife right outside
- self check-in which made it very easy as we arrived late in the evening
- had to walk up 4 huge steep flights of stairs which was awkward with suitcase but not properties fault
- no lift
- quite noisy but they do provide earplugs
- found out on the last night that our door actually didn’t close properly so could be opened without keycard which is scary 😳

the location is convenient
well firstly reception closes at 1800 then became 1700. I was not warned about 3 flight of classic Dutch town house stairs I had to carry my luggage plus hand carry on my own. I nearly fell down even without luggage. I wish it was mentioned in description of hotel. I was put on top floor. the explanation given the next day was this is just normal but I just landed Netherlands.

View, spacious, receptionist friendliness, well equipped/ furnished
Hot in bathroom

Everything is perfect except stairs
we climbed the stairs. There is no elevator and it is horrible.

Great location. Charming property. Very friendly e-mail communication prior to the stay.
The keypad code to access self-checkin wasn’t clearly communicated so I couldn’t get in right away.
Also, the property is spread out over two buildings on opposite sides of the road. It wasn’t fully clear where I needed to go.
My shower floor wasn’t perfectly clean.

it was all very nice. location was perfect. the room was very clean and comfortable. very happy in general!
bit too noisy, but there was earplugs in the room, so it wasn't a problem
8.0
Large room with great facilities. We had just a short stay but would have used the microwave/fridge etc had we stayed longer. Nice coffee supplied for the pod machine. Good shower
inbuilt exercise getting up and down the very steep stairs.
We knew about the bar on the ground floor but even so were a bit surprised by the way the noise travelled. We were on the top floor at the front.
My advice would be to use the earplugs thoughtfully supplied.

Location was great, everything was super close, the room was clean and tidy with everything to prepare a coffee.
The stairs are very steep, the shower was not a real shower so that you risk to wet everything around but the most annoying part is the loud noise until 4 am coming from the bar downstairs...we could not sleep despite the ear bugs provided.

Great location, lovely wine bottle in our room at arrival, large room with small balcony
Very steep stairs to the room (impossible with a suitcase), Mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the back pain the next day wasn't great...
7.0
Good location, spacious room, nice view.
They could not provide a second blanket. In a cloudy day room didnt get to warm up naturally so we were cold a bit.

very clean! lovely interior and very comfortable.

We had a lovely large room. The staff were very pleasant and most helpful. We were on the top (4th) floor which was good from the perspective that it was quieter but the climb up the steep stairs was a bit of a challenge with the suitcases. The reception staff did offer to take them up for us.

Great location and nice rooms (very big for amsterdam).
Also the staff was really nice. Easy self check in process that I liked.
nothing - it was great

Loved everything about the property. It was clean, the room design was functional but also classy. All the amenities we thought we would need were provided. Check-In and Check-Out was a breeze.
The location is great as well!
No complaints!
8.0
Easy to locate and great location close to tram stops and amenities. Room was very spacious with all of the necessary items provided (hairdryer, coffee machine, kitchenette, etc.)
There was some noise from the bars/pubs but it was mainly the traffic that you could hear. Trams went past every few minutes and they were very loud. You could also hear vehicles going past. Our room did have a couple of disposable foam earplugs, which I would assume is because of this.

Beautifully contemporary decorated room in a great location and (at least at the back of the building) remarkably quiet for the are.
the only downside would have to be the lack of water pressure in the shower.

it was great property and clean
mattress was not comfortable and had a dip
10.0
the location, design and how the room was set up ( practical and cosy )
nothing, I read about the noisy street and bar, but was lucky to sleep at the top floor. Sure, you could hear it, but the ear plugs did the trick and I was prepared for it by choosing to stay in a lively area where a club, bars and theaters are located.
also keep in mind to pack light…the stairs are a very descent work out and there is no elevator.
