Es una ciudad y un hotel a donde sin dudas volveré

No utilicé el servicio de desayuno pero se veia super bien. El sector de spa que tiene costo aparte es hermoso, lo contraté y usé todos los dias. Los espacios comunes del hotel son muy confortables y llenos de detalles encantadores. La habitacion tiene el tamaño justo, equipada con pava electrica y un pequeño balcón.

No tengo nada que no me haya gustado. Todo resulto mejor de lo planeado.

Perfekt

Super schöne Unterkunft. Viel mit Holz und es riecht so gut dort. Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am Hauptbahnhof und am Tivoli. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe.

Charming Eco-Friendly Hotel: A Homely Stay with Friendly Staff

This hotel is all about being eco-friendly, so it's packed with renewable stuff and energy-saving tricks. But you know what really made it special? The staff—they were absolutely brilliant! From the cleaners to the people at the front desk and even the bar staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is just lovely—it's got a cosy, homely vibe that's hard to beat. Now, I'll be honest, it's not the most luxurious or spacious place. The room was a bit on the small side, and the bathroom felt a bit cramped. But overall, I really liked it. Thumbs up from me!

Très belle décoration des partie commune et chambre Infrastructures SPA avec Jacuzzi, Sauna, Hammam Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix

Superb

The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. We loved the eco vibe and the toiletries were a lovely touch. We had everything we needed! The staff were helpful and friendly

I think the pillows were a bit flat but then a bit much with two together but that's a bit of a personal thing

Good location but not a good quality sleep.

Location was excellent.

My room was in a separate building to the rear of the main part of the hotel. The room, on the fifth floor, was located immediate to the elevator well and the lifting mechanism which was incredibly noisy all night. There was no fridge in the room.

almost a holiday in itself staying at Axel Guldsmeden

The courtyard & the pillows! These were the mist fantastic pillows I have ever had in a hotel! Very pretty rooms, it feels as if in Bali.

Great location and although the room was cosy the balcony and bathtub made it memorable.

Location was excellent. Bathtub was very good and balcony was great. Bed was very comfortable.

Room was good but a little small and bathroom drainage not great with floor covered in water even after a quick shower.

The hotel is located close to the central railway station/Tivoli. The interior and the rooms are cozy and well decorated. Staff is friendly. A very good spot to discover central Copenhagen!

Great stay in Copenhagen

Excellent location near main train station and could walk everywhere. The breakfast was very good and the staff helpful and friendly

Outside the room, there was noise from the hallway could do with a thicker carpet on the stairs and landings.

Close to the railway station.

The accommodation has deteriorated a lot in 5 years. Arrogant staff at reception. A much worse breakfast. Worn out and too soft bed mattresses. Bad lift for 2 days. It's a shame, it was a good hotel in the past.

great aesthetic and very convenient location. room was really nice and the balcony was a nice touch too.

only a small recommendation but the bathroom sink is tiny which means you actually end up getting water everywhere if you try to wash your face

The hotel had a great vibe, very cool decor. In a fantastic location near transit and the meat packing district neighborhood for food and drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

No air conditioning but a fan was provided. The shower drained into a bathroom a bit making the floor quite wet.

the lift broke down when we were in it so walked up 4 flights for the next two days not a pleasant lift experience . would be nice to have open bar in evening

Quirky but comfortable hotel in central location for a visit to Copenhagen.

I loved this quirky hotel and would love to return. The staff were efficient and friendly. A special mention of the lovely lady in the bar who was prepared to make her ‘first mocha’ at 10.30pm as a special request. Decor is comfortable with richer, more earthy tones than one usually finds in a hotel. Generally good attention to ethical products. Making the bed into a four poster is a clever way to counter the rather small room size. Very comfortable bed.

Breakfast was excellent but rather pricy. However, after all the focus on sustainability - why use horrible, plastic tea bags?

I have recommended the Axel Guldsmeden hotels to my friends

breakfast smelled delicious, but the price was expensive compared to a near by cafe. love the recycled materials for the bedding and towels, loved the eco friendly toiletries available...I used the ones in the shower but not the others, because I brought my own. if the website was more specific about all the toiletries that were available, I might not have packed my own.

No heat control in the room, so the mornings were very very cold.

Disappointing

Big, clean room with a comfortable bed and good amenities.

The leg of the bathroom shelf was a trip hazard as you entered the bathroom. We Haa an inner courtyard room and at 5.03am some idiot was using a trolley for loading or unloading in the courtyard. It sounded like a thunderstorm and went on for a long time. It ruined the trip.

Nouveau Boho Chic Hotel We LOVED

We had initially booked a base category room, which was too small and crammed but cutely decorated. Next morning we paid for an upgrade and that room was Superior Double Room and it was absolutely brilliant. The room was huge with a HUGEEE bathroom and stone bathtub. The soft furnishings, robes and the toiletries provided are high end luxury. Along with common toiletries such as shampoo and bath gel, they also provide body mists, body oil and high end body lotion. The garden spaces are Nouveau Boho and very chic. The coffee and tabrikes (Danish pastry) were sumptuous. The location is brilliant as it is right behind the main central station and one can reach any of the touristic places within 10 minutes from there via bus or metro, but after sunset the areas gets a bit dodgy as there are some erotic shops on that road, we avoided getting out on that road after 10 pm and felt very safe. The staff is professional and adept at their job. The hotel follows the sustainability route and the quality of the eco-friendly experience was top notch.

Nothing that I didn't like as such but if I have to nitpick then it would be that the housekeeping staff forgot to keep fresh towels in our room on second night. The base category double room is very small. I would suggest everyone to pay a lil extra for a superior double room.

Underwhelming stay at what we thought would be a really exciting hotel from the pictures.

The location

Basic bedroom. TV was not working. Had to request a hairdryer. Very loud on the streets at night and in the morning. Thought the hotel and room would be better for star and hotel class.

Very good

Very nice hotel, good location close to the central station and nice restaurants in Kødbyen. Very charming backyard, and staff were helpful. Nice spa facilities. We did not try the breakfast because it was a bit expensive (mostly due to the currency rate at the moment)

Room wasnt entirely clean. No fride in rooms or common space.
