This studio located on a quiet dead-end street in the highly desirable alphabet district has a cozy living space with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, private bathroom, and a cozy living room area with queen size bed and sleeper sofa. Located in Nob Hill, Alphabet District, Walk score 97 This quaint studio has an open floor plan featuring a kitchen that is fully stocked with a stainless range for cooking, granite counters, and newer appliances including microwave and dishwasher. The cozy living room space includes a queen bed with white linen, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with Roku, fireplace, and air conditioning for warmer days. There's a relaxing dining area with a table and chairs plus a separate dining nook with stools. The unit provides a private fully furnished bathroom with shower plus a washer and dryer for convenience! This studio has its own private entrance with keyless entry located to the side of the Victorian house down a short, well lit path. You'll be greeted with a a small outdoor patio with table and chairs situated just outside your door. This unit is located in a prime, highly desirable location close to it all! We're just a few blocks from NW 23rd Avenue (near Thurman) featuring retail boutiques, home design shops both local and well-known, restaurants, bakeries, breweries, coffee shops, antiques, galleries, parks and hiking trails (just blocks from Forest Park). It is very close to the street car for quick access to the Pearl District (also within walking distance), Willamette River and Downtown. The unit is located on a quiet dead-end street with lots of street parking plus a path at end of street for direct access to Thurman where the coffee shops, eateries and boutiques begin. We stayed a week in the studio apartment in NW Portland. Communication with the owner before and during our stay was excellent. The studio is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. The bathroom has lots of towels, toiletries and there’s two comfy robes provided. There are coffee shops, restaurants, an excellent French bakery and a food cart courtyard minutes away. New Seasons, a great grocery store is a 10 minute walk from the studio. Thanks Becky for providing a wonderful space to stay in while visiting Portland.

My 2nd time staying with Becky but 1st time in this unit. Very compact but had everything we needed. We didn’t pull out the couch bed, one person slept on the sofa and was very comfy. I love this neighborhood! We didn’t rent a car this trip, and had no problem using the Tri-met, the stop to go practically anywhere is right at the end of the street. I will definitely stay with Becky again!!

Good place to stay for us. Close to the people we were visiting. Only issue is that the people above us were heavy footed and we could hear them walking around. Fortunately we kept similar hours.
It was nice that there was lots of coffee and filters supplied.
We would stay in these properties again.

With how the house is set up you hear every single step that the people above make. This meant regularly hearing pretty loud steps well past midnight and early in the morning which made sleeping a hassle. I also had the cleaners mistakenly try to enter while I was home one time which was awkward. Location is good, the space is great, and everything else was nice

This is a lovely place to stay. Felt like home. Only thing I would change is the blemishes and holes in the walls. First thing we did when we arrived was too fix the fridge. My husband got down on his hands and knees and propped it up to balance it. It was rocking like a teeter totter. Washer and dryer were fabulous. There was a family with 4 kids staying above and they were really noisy but to be expected with that many child. Lovely time over all. Jade and Shona

This property was amazing, fully stocked with everything you would need. We didn't plan to cook as we wanted to go out and enjoy the local food. Erin was amazing in communicating with us and answering our questions. There were a lot of eating places on the next block over, so we decided to explore, and we were not disappointed. Highly recommend this place, looking forward to staying again.

This was a wonderfully cute, comfortable place to stay that kept a kitchen stocked with enough cooking essentials for us to also be able to have a nice night in. The location is awesome, very accessible grocers, cafes and restaurants, and public transit. It could have been a little cleaner--we found some pieces of furniture were pretty dusty and had to wipe them down ourselves--but otherwise we were very happy with our stay. This property's location was extemely convenient to NW 23rd, and Washington Park. Nearby small market and plenty of eating options. Nice neighborbood and cozy studio unit. Studio was very clean, and directions for features in the rental were very clear and easy to find. Host was easy to contact and clear with check in/check out and parking directions.
I have stayed at many rentals, and this was one of my favorite stays.

Overall apartment was great-very convenient location as it is walkable to cute shops and eatery. Very impressed with responsiveness of the host.
Downside was that parking access was very difficult due to construction on the street...but nothing the host can do about that! Lots of noise from the family staying in the apartment above. We were unable to get the Roku working (wanted to watch the March Madness games). I would still stay at the place again as it provided what we wanted at a reasonable cost.

My daughter and I had multiple medical appointments which had the potential for a stressful experience -- we come from far Eastern Oregon. Becky's place was the perfect retreat, down a walkway reminiscent of Prague, into a clean, comfie, perfectly furnished sanctuary. Becky was accommodating, prompt and kind. We are saving this contact.

This place was exactly as advertised. It was perfect as i was coming and going for a racquetball tournament.
Parking was limited on the street out front due to construction, but plenty of room one block over.
Being in a basement, you can occasionally hear people upstairs at night, but I was awake anyway so it wasn't a problem for me.
Will stay here again if i return

This place was just perfect for our trip to Portland. Great location that was within walking distance to most of the places we wanted to go to during our stay. Our host, Becky, was extremely accommodating and let us check in early without even asking. She was also responded almost immediately to any questions that we had. Would definitely stay again for a future visit.

My husband and I were visiting our son in Portland for the weekend. This condo was everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The neighborhood is authentic Portland and has great restaurants and shops within walkable distance. We will absolutely not hesitate to book this unit again for future trips to visit our son!

Perfect for our quick getaway. It’s in a quiet/safe neighborhood. We walked to 23rd st and checked out the cute shops. We were there over thanksgiving week for the PKL basketball tournament. Very cute and quaint place. We would definitely stay there again. Becky was great with my questions/concerns.

Becky, the manager, was responsive and helpful all throughout the reservation process as well as through a minor communication snafu during check in. The space is small but comfortable. Some noise from unit upstairs, quite loud for short times, but the provided sound machine helped a lot. Lovely and accessible neighborhood. I can see booking it again the next time we are in town.

It was cozy intimate and quiet and had every convenience we could ask for, The only thing that could be changed up is the bed situation/configuration it was too soft and most difficult to get in and out of. Lovely courtyard.

I am very picky always searching for clean and comfortable and I was very happy with my selection. Very plush bedding and even pull out sofa bed was amazingly comfortable. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Only complaint is depending who is staying above you beware they have hardwood flooring and you can hear every footstep as it echoes into the unit!

You can't beat Becky's place! Phenomenal residential location with restaurants, shops, etc around the corner and bus stop a block away with access to all of Portland. Beautiful Forest park a few blocks away with miles and miles of trails. Becky's place is clean and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. I'd recommend this or her other units to any of my friends planning to visit Portland.

We enjoyed our stay in the Portland area. The home was stocked with lots of extra items as paper towels, towels, coffee creamer and detergent.
The only concerns was parking can be tough if you get home late.

Perfectly located near 23rd St near food co-op, wonderful bakery and Mexican restaurant with great salsa. Very walkable. Close to transportation routes. Studio was clean and had nice kitchen and also washer/dryer which came in handy. We were very happy with the place.

The apartment is very cute and well furnished with a surprisingly large kitchen area and full sized washer and dryer. The location is perfect with just a very short walk to trendy NW restaurants and shops. It’s on a quiet, dead end street and parking was easy. I had a few questions for Becky and she was very responsive. I recommend this place.

Perfect cozy hide a way in great location.
This property was a great location in a tucked away little neighborhood in Northwest Portland. Very easy access and walking distance to excellent food, coffee and shopping on NW. 23rd St., Also very close, easy freeway access. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with.
The ONLY thing I would warn about is, it is a basement unit so if anyone is staying in the main house above, it is very noisy. We realized it was the basement and pretended like we were sneaking away from our crazy family reunion.
I would highly recommend this VRBO. :)
