We had to leave our house for a week while some updating was being done. This was a nice little break for us and our dog. Close to the beach and Russian River winery's.

This was a very nice cabin. The temperature outside was in the 90s but the cabin was cool and comfortable all the time. It felt like air conditioning without having any. Everything we needed was provided. Would definitely stay again.

This place is perfect little get away to relax and unwind in the coastal redwoods! The yard is fully fenced for privacy & perfect for my dog! Cute neighborhood with flat roads (hard to find in the Guerneville area) that make for great walks. The Redwood Reserve is only an 8 min drive!

I was at the property for 2 nights as I attended a wedding on Saturday. The wedding venue was 7 minutes away. The property is clean and has everything that is needed. Guerneville is close by with a Safeway. It also has galaries and a number of places to eat.

The cabin was immaculate and kitchen well stocked. Being under the redwoods was a real treat. Also, Dave helped me out immediately when i reached out to him for help; I had questions because this was my first time using VRBO/EVOLVE. I was very happy and would love to go back sometime. Lovely place!

A wonderful trip to the River. We loved the ease and location of the property. The yard is very safe and high fencing. Inside all the comforts you need. But shhhh don’t tell to many people. We will definitely be back again and again.

Very private even though there are numerous cabins in the vicinity. We appreciated the comfort because of surrounding trees. There was definitely a challenge in getting the futon bed to extend completely. Everything was clean, which was important to us considering Covid.

2. Navigation app did not accurately send us to the right address. We had to go around the neighborhood to locate it.
3. House was perfect for me and my wife. Bonus was, we were able to bring our small dog with us. BBQ grill was fantastic except we cannot find steak knives. Everything else you need appears to be in there.
4. Bathroom towel provided had bleach stain. Toilet bowl was loose.

The Rio Nido neighborhood is quite unique with its old growth redwoods and old summer cabins. Very quiet. We enjoyed live music at the Rio Nido Roadhouse Saturday-a real down home place that was quite the contrast to the wine country crowd!

This was a great cottage for my wife and I. Quite area, in the central area for Wine Tasting, trip to the ocean, hiking in area. Perfect size for us. Loved the BBQ for outdoor grilling and relaxing. Loved the wood stove to warm us up in the evening.
It is on our list of where to stay the next time we visit the area.

The yard is amazing, perfect for having any meal or a cup of tea. The redwood trees in the back made this an absolute delight.
The space is cozy and had everything one would need. Fully stocked kitchen to cook. An excellent gas grill to make some lunch. A toasty fire place. And thoughtful touches for the pups (an extra bowl and bags).
Dave was amazing and quick to respond to the very few questions we had.

I stayed here almost a month while in between moves with my two dogs. It was so cozy and sweet. Dave was amazing and got back to me immediately with any questions. Great host! Great retreat for anyone wanting to get away from it all and enjoy the beauty of the redwoods. Close to anything town offers at the same time. Great stay! Thanks!
