Located in Naples, this charming condo for £122 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS! + ONE MILE FROM THE BEACH. This unit is found in the beautiful and famed Park Shore Resort in Naples. The location could not be any better or more convenient. We are two blocks form Restaurants, grocery stores pharmacy, and almost anything else you may wish. We are one mile from the famed Gulf beaches, Venetian Village, Pelican Bay area. A very short drive to Tin City, the famed 5th Ave South and the most cherished 3rd Street South. About the apartment: Have I mentioned the incredible apartment views from the wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows? The photos you see were taken by an amateur (me) with only an iPhone-2 in hand and do not justly convey the picturesque grounds, which are frequented by amateur as well as renown artists who come here to paint the landscape. The 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, Living room and spacious lanai. The apartment has lively contemporary furniture. It has two large Flat panel TV’s; A 55" TV in the master bedroom and a 65" TV in the living room. We have a telephone, Wi-Fi, complete kitchen with utensils. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment.. This unit is two flights up (Has an elevator). The resort's amenities: Heated pool, Tennis, Pickleball, Basketball hoops, Racquetball, Cornhole (bean bag toss), Gym, Shuffleboard and parking are all included. Kids will enjoy the Fish, Turtles, Muscovy Ducks, Walking path around central lake and Cupcake the Affectionate Kitten that roams our grounds. *** Kindly INQUIRE, prior to requesting a BOOKING. ***

The condo was dated but clean, the host was very responsive and the location is perfect! HOWEVER - I would NOT consider staying during the week UNTIL the renovations are done. They begin reno's at 7 AM with a jack hammer, pounding and crew screaming to each other over the noise. This continues ALL day long so you CAN'T stay in the room - you must leave. I did message Elliot about the noise, is response was "my note fell short in anticipating all possibilities". Fell short was an understatement! He did remind me that he gave a discount, however the small discount doesn't make up for the fact we literally could not return to the room until the end of the day. Thankfully we only had 1.5 week days. There was not work being done on Saturday. Once the renovations are done I highly recommend this unit. The resort grounds are lovely, pool is fabulous and the location can't be beat.

Perfect location. Just minutes to the beach. The house even came equipped with beach supplies, chairs, umbrella and toys. The pool was beautiful and the restaurant connected to it was top notch. Very fast communication with the host.

This is our second stay at the Park Shore Resort. It fits our needs perfectly. Quiet, nice grounds with great amenities (large swimming pool, tennis/pickleball, friendly staff), walking distance to grocery stores and coffee shops. We even walked to the beach, which is a longer walk but a nice one. The units was clean and had comfortable furnishing. Clear and timely communication with Elliot. We'll be back

We had a great stay at Park Shores Resort! Perfect location 5 minutes from the beach! Pool was lovely and Elliot communicated with us all the while. There was some construction on-going, but really only heard it from the Lanai. Nice having a restaurant on-site as well!

This was really nice. Great unit, great location. Elliot was especially caring as we arrived quite late, and he looked out for us and ensured we'd have an easy check in even at 11PM!.

During our vacation to Naples, we stayed at the Park Shore Resort. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. Our girls loved their room and enjoyed having a view of the property right out their window. The kitchen had all of the tools and gadgets we needed, plus several more. We also found that plenty of supplies were provided like soap, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Again, more than we needed. The resort was beautiful and everyone we met was very friendly and helpful, whether they were residents or other visitors like us. The apartment and the facilities seem to be well maintained. Even though there was construction taking place on the lanais of a neighboring building, it was not very loud and we didn’t find it to be disruptive to us at all. The resort is located close to major thoroughfares and shopping centers, which made it easy to find a place to eat or grab anything we wanted or needed. The location also made it easy to get to excursions in the region. Last but not least, Elliot was a very responsive host, answering all of our questions within a few hours. He even checked on us a couple of times while we were there just to make sure we were able to find what we needed. Thanks, Elliot!!

Park Shore is an ideal location in Naples for a getaway. You are close enough to the downtown without all the congestion. The resort’s pool, workout room and common areas at this facility are kept clean and well maintained. All the staff from maintenance to the desk help are so friendly and respectful. And having the Hogfish Harry’s restaurant on sight is a real plus. Enjoy your stay as we have done for the past two January’s.

Property is in a great location with lovely grounds. The Host is extremely responsive. Internet was down over the holidays at the entire complex (not owners fault) we did mention it to him and he offered to buy/split a US SIM card so we could keep in touch at home with family and with work.. it’s the little things that owners do that set them apart. A few days later the internet was restored and he actually called back to check in! The condo itself has comfortable beds, and everything you would need to feel at home.

Good place, located not far from downtown Naples and the beach. We liked our stay at this apartment. My kids spent quite a lot of time at the pool . Communication with Elliot was easy , he answers right away . All in all I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

The condo was everything I was looking for. I found everything as described. Condo was spacious and very clean. The big balcony overlooked the pond and the pathways. The pool area was spacious and I found the amenities ( gym, etc), well equipped. Overall it was a great great experience. I definitely would go back next time I visit Naples. Thank you Elliot.

Working with the owner was very professional. He answered every question and was readily available. The unit left a lot to be desired. I blame myself for not looking closer to ALL the images. Overall if you're on a budget the location is great due to you being less than 5 minutes from stores and the beach.

We come to Naples regularly to visit grandchildren (not the other way around). This is the first time we rented directly from owner instead of through the resort. The resort rental is consistent, and offers daily rates. We thought Elliot's property was comfortable and well maintained. Elliot provided great communications. Will rent from Elliot again!

A wonderful hidden resort in the middle of busy Naples. Very conveniently located and the resort itself is wonderful. The pool gets a little busy (maybe bring your own chairs!) but this unit is very close to both the pool and restaurant. We loved our stay and would return.

Wonderful break!

We stayed for one week and are looking forward to when we can go back. Elliot's condo is just perfect. It is very clean and has lots of amenities to include all the bedding/towels, dish/dishwasher detergent and even pool floats/noodles that our children enjoyed. The gazebo is great to use for lunch or you could bike/drive to the beach. The grocery store is just down the road so anything that is needed is available.
