NO LIFEGUARDS on the beach! - Swim, kayak, paddle, boogie board and all other water activities AT YOUR OWN RISK! Be aware and watch for rip currents and tides at all times. This is a special beach and changes frequently due to tides (high / low). Look Malibu tide hours in web. Beach might not accessible and dangerous when high tide arrives. We recommend that you enjoy each other's accompany and pictures setting. During high tide, it might be dangerous to be in the beach. (Be in beach AT YOUR OWN RISK!) The home is directly on the beach so surface rust, sand, and water stains are to be expected even though we give our best effort to prevent. It is mother nature's way of communicating to oceanfront living. No Pets are allowed. Penalty of $300 per pet applies.
