Reasonably priced townhouse on 116th street bayside with a view of the canal (great for crabbing or fishing)! This 3-bedroom townhome is a great spot for your next vacation stay! It has the best location in town near two shopping malls and restaurants. Greene Turtle Sports Pub and Bourbon Street on the beach are just a short walking distance away! Easy 9 min walk to the beach. Northside park is just 8 blocks away with playground for kids, outdoor gym area for adults and music with fireworks on Sundays. We really enjoyed our stay at this property while attending Oceans Calling Festival. For an older rental, it’s very clean and neat. We appreciated William’s quick response to our questions and how accommodating he was with check in and out times, etc. We would definitely stay again.

Our family of five had a great time during our stay. The house and location were perfect! The house was clean and walkable to lots of things including the beach. Checking in and out was easy and Bill was a great host! Very responsive to any questions we had about the area! Thank you for a great vacation!

Really appreciated William's prompt responses to any inquiries I had. The property itself was well kept. It is a quick 2 minute drive to the beach (we had too much stuff for kids to make the walk). Great location, with tons of food options and a grocery store near by!

Bill was awesome. Quick and responsive. The house is on the bay with a great view and the house has everything you needed for a longer stay. Will definitely stay again when we come back.

Weekend getaway
This was a perfect place for us. My wife and 3 young adults in their early 20's loved the place. Kitchen was a little small but had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinners every day. Downstairs was very comfortable and all beds were upstairs which was great for those who wanted to sleep in late. Loved the location, right on the water (wish I had a boat) and an easy walk to the beach. We will be staying here again.

Such a great spot for the family
My family and I were very pleased with our stay here! The property manager is very kind and responsive with any questions you may have. The back deck was my favorite spot and my kids enjoyed the fishing and crabbing. We didnt want to leave and wouldnt hesitate to book here again.

Peaceful Bayside community
Perfect location. Close to everything. Short drive to the boardwalk. Peaceful location on the Bayside. You have your own dock and your own deck. Plenty of room in the 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath unit. Would rent this home again.

Absolutely a great place, extremely clean, definitely enough room for 4 to 6 people. Great neighborhood!! Communication with owner was excellent always got back to me fast.. Highly recommended you won't be disappointed!!

The unit is well maintained with lots of activities for our children. Plus the kids caught small crabs along the walkway and pier. The cost overall was more than reasonable, with the cost of renting the house and all the activities was well within my budget. We had a great week, one minor problem and the owner came out and fixed it.

Clean, great view, quiet and peaceful area
Great place to call "home" while on vacation. Comfortable for up to 8 people, not cramped at all. Clean! Provided all necessary items to cook and keep clean for a long weekend. Exactly 9 minutes from the beach. Nice neighbors, quiet neighborhood. Great memories were made! Thank you!

Great stay perfect home
House was clean, well equipped, quiet neighborhood and very close to beach. Only drawback was the owner has the thermostat locked so you cannot adjust it yourself. I spoke with him upon arrival and he lowered it for us just found it odd. His communication was prompt and he was kind.

The owner, Bill, was fabulous! Very responsive to all my questions. Place was nice, master bath small, but all home amenities we needed were available.

Summer 2020 get away
We decided renting a home was the safest way possible to "get away" and control our exposure during this global pandemic. The property was clean. It ha everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was great. Not too crowded on the beach side. Extremely private on the bay side. We enjoyed our stay

Very clean rental with everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable beds and beautiful deck next to the bay. Can’t beat the price for the size of the place!

Great Week At The Beach- During A Pandemic!
A reasonably priced townhouse with room for four of us (2 adults, 18 year old and 15 year old sons and for two nights another couple. The location was prime and with in walking distance (10-15 min walk to the main drag and beach). Out of the way from the southern part of OC, MD which was good because wasn't quite as busy! Lots of good and great restaurants in the area, most of which were managing the pandemic very responsibly. William the owner was very responsive with any questions we had!

Fantastic Home!
Amazing home and host! Cleanest rental we've ever walked in to! This house has everything you need with a great view from the deck on the canal. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Getaway for the Price
Went with a group of friends and had a great time. Nice location for parking, bars, groceries and beach. Only suggestion is to let guests control thermostat, nights were a bit hot for sleeping.
