Liked the Thursday nights get togethers. Was great to get to know fellow renters. The one thing that I could complain about was that the Kitchen needed more silverware. Enjoyed our stay.

Overall, the suite is accurately described in the listing. It is a good option for a single or couple to use as a base of operation while exploring PV. The checkin and checkout process was very smooth and the unit was spotlessly clean on checkin . The unit is well equiped with everything you could need, plenty of high pressure hot water. The bed is softer than I prefer but that is a personal preference. The building is fantastic, specially the pool deck. Over all, I highly recommend this condo.

Great location for enjoying the nightlife, but far enough removed as to not hear the very late music! Close to great restaurants and very close to the beach, markets and shopping! The condo was as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need for an extended stay. The bldg. was very nice and maintained well. The concierge was friendly. The rooftop pool and deck were perfect for sunsets and relaxation.

It was very clean, had a well equipped kitchen (even thought we didn’t cook there) and laundry room and the location is fabulous. It is close to everything we needed - fabulous restaurants, shopping, activities, walking/hiking trails. The rooftop area was beautiful and the perfect place to relax at the end of the day and watch the sunsets. It was quiet in our room. We were never disturbed or woken up by anyone during our stay. The security was reassuring and the people manning the front doors were friendly. The only thing we would’ve liked was more privacy in the actual bathroom as it has an opaque glass door and situated close to rest of the room. If that’s not an issue for you, this is the place for you to stay. The sink, shower and toilet are each in their own areas though so more than one person can use them at once so they was nice. Roger and Jesús were wonderful to meet and communicate with. It is an affordable place to stay and had everything y we needed.

The pictures online do not do this property justice. Everything was immaculate; from the kitchen supplies, to the cleaning supplies, paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, beautiful tile floors, the shower, the rain drop shower head, concierge service, the rooftop pool, the hot tub, staff of the building, and location location location. We visit Puerto Vallarta every year, and this is definitely where we will be staying from now on until we retire there. It is definitely my favorite spot so far. The space is so much nicer and so much larger than it looks online. Again, the pictures do not do the place justice. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and wish that there was a spot for more than five stars. Don’t look this place over. It’s perfect for you and your spouse/partner.

This condo was as advertised in the description. It had all that you needed. We didnt cook any food but it had all the cookware necessary. The water pressure was fine after we turned up the knob under the bathroom sink faucet. The A/C worked just fine and wasn’t as noisy as some hotels we’ve stayed at so it didnt disturb our sleep. Lupita, the property manager met us when we arrived and left and was always available by text to help out with questions and even brought us batteries for the remote when it went out. The doormen were helpful too. The only thing i would wish for were pillows that were smaller and less dense. My neck did not like any of the pillows so I couldn’t sleep very well. Pool was not heated but the outside air was hot. I would recommend the place to friends.

Perfect location that is close to everything anyone could want! Nice quiet unit that is very comfortable and convenient to quickly to the rooftop pool or the lobby to go out locally…highly recommended condo!

The unit is small and quaint. Great location! There is virtually no natural light in the unit but that does keep it cool.

Very well maintained property. The condo I stayed in was a studio, perfect for one person, and could work for two. Although there is not a deck on the unit, one can utilize the 7th floor pool and bar a for relaxation and splendid views of the city.

Perfect location to walk to stores, restaurants and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely return.

This is one of the best newer amenity rich buildings with no stairs old town! The studio apartment has everything and is beautifully decorated! The roof top pool is gorgeous. Plus there is underground parking. The vacation rental management team is amazing. Great Value! Oh yeah and the Kings sized bed is so comfortable!

This property is well located in the zone. Very nice community of residents and quiet place to relax. Restaurants and bars are a block away from the condo.

Property centrally located. Lots of restaurants and great shopping. People are very pleasant. This property has a lot of amenities. It is quiet and clean, great air conditioning ( a must ). Proper security for entrance into the building. I would recommend this property. Easy to book. Owner very gracious and helpful with all questions.

My husband and I loved the condo. It was cozy and comfy! We loved the location. The staff was excellent. The interior of the building was very nice and we loved the pool area. This was just what we needed; a clean, modern efficiency while we looked for a place to rent for the season. Michael, the owner, was easy to deal with. His manager was right there when we arrived with keys and all the info we needed. The room is a studio but had everything we needed except windows. But the pool and deck on the rooftop more than made up for it. The building staff was very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this place. Honestly, aside from sleeping, you’re not inside much anyway!

Condo was clean, nice building, close to buses, taxis, Uber, beach, restaurants, etc. Overall a very good property and location.

We had a good experience. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get to the apartment until midnight. Roger accommodated us without issues. The motor on the washing machine gave out and Roger had it taken care of within 24 hrs.

This is probably my 6th or 8th stay in Michael's wonderful studio and enjoyed it as always!

This studio apartment was perfect for my husband and I. We initially were concerned due to its location just off the restaurant row of Old Town, Basilio Badillo, and the amount of noise and traffic. However the unit is extremely quiet. Large, luxurious shower and comfortable bed. Also, the building has filtered water so you can actually drink the water out of the sink and be fine. Beautiful rooftop oasis with pool and jacuzzi where we watched a full moon rise over the Sierra Madre at night. My only critique is that the window shade is not black out which means you should bring a sleep mask if you are sensitive to light. There is one in the unit in the bottom left drawer under the sink but we did not discover this until we were packing up to leave. Also, there are too many light switches...it would be easier if there was one for the living room/entrance and one for the bathroom. No fault of owner, just poor design. We hope to come back soon and stay here again.

I stayed here for 7 nights. I was welcomed promptly upon my arrival and the studio was very tidy and clean with all needed amenities. The rooftop area, including the pool, is gorgeous and with fantastic views. This condo is located in a great, very safe part of PV with excellent security and I would never hesitate to stay here again.
