Located in serene Tyrolian Village near Diamond Peak Ski Resort and National Forest hiking and biking trails. Half of a freestanding duplex in a private location that backs to a forested greenbelt, with fabulous ski and mountain views. As you walk into the home, you will be immediately drawn to the large windows and sliding glass doors that lead to the back deck with enchanting views of Diamond Peak Ski Resort and the Tahoe National Forest. Enjoy your morning coffee as you take it all in and escape from your everyday life. The living room includes comfortable seating for 5, a large flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. The dining area includes a window bench seating around the dining room table and sit next to the large windows to continue to enjoy the amazing views this home has to offer. Adjacent to the dining room you will find the kitchen that is fully stocked with brand-new stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and ready for the chef in the group! Downstairs, along with the bedrooms, you will find the brand new, top-of-the-line hot tub to be enjoyed with more views of the Sierra Mountain range! Endless amounts of hiking and biking trails surround the area!

Overall, I think the experience was great. My only complaint is that the check in process was difficult because the email and attachment had two different sets of instructions. Also there were a lot of items in the cabin with no battery’s. Other than that, I admired the thought the owner put into to the rental. I would recommend.

A great family get together after being apart for over 5 years. We loved sitting outside in the evening looking at the beautiful mountain and sipping wine. Can imagine how breathtaking it must be in the winter.

Great Family Stay
Awesome location. Next to many incredible hiking trails. Plenty of room. Sauna and hot tub were great. Owner, Iryna was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Adult Family Getaway
We had a fabulous time! The cabin is beautifully laid out with 2 of the bedrooms having a gorgeous view of the forest Each bedroom either has its own bathroom or easy access to a bathroom. We spent one day at the beach, which is within easy driving distance and one rainy day curled up playing games inside the spacious great room. We ate every meal at the cabin and had no shortage of kitchen utensils, etc. for our extended family. Check out was forthright and easy, and the hostesses are super responsive and friendly. We plan to come back frequently!

The owner canceled our reservation the day of arrival as half our party was already hours into their drive and others were already in the air. To the loss of travel expenses and vacation days. Poorly communicated excuse was a failed water heater which can be replaced within hours, as I just did the same for my rental. Sad VRBO does not protect renters from this. I will not be using VRBO again.

Decent property with great views and location
Super easy check in and access to property manager. Older property with lack of modern conveniences typical of the area but with a lot of Tahoe charm. Unfortunately, the fire pit ran out of propane, the hot tub didn't work well, no coffee maker, and uncomfortable furniture gave this rental only an "ok" 3 star rating. Great location for a large family looking for an easy rental without lots of extras.

Perfect family house with hot tub, Sauna and caring host. New large smart tv and you can almost walk to the ski slopes!

This cabin is in a great area of Tahoe. Incline village is quaint and close to the lake, skiing and many local trails. The weather did not cooperate for skiing but it allowed us to do some fabulous winter hiking in the Mt Rose recreation area. My daughter made it all the way to a frozen waterfall!
After our excursions we had such a cozy great time cooking together, playing games and enjoying the entertainment system in the house. Ingrid was so nice to check in with us and the house really felt like home. The cabin is situated in a great neighborhood with a short local trail and great views. We were so happy with our stay and hope to return again. Thank you Irina!

Perfect Holiday Getaway
This cabin is in a great area of Tahoe. Incline village is quaint and close to the lake, skiing and many local trails. The weather did not cooperate for skiing but it allowed us to do some fabulous winter hiking in the Mt Rose recreation area. My daughter made it all the way to a frozen waterfall!

Wife and I had a wonderful time here. It was snowing like crazy, but we we safe and warm. We had family visit from Reno. First time we have gotten together since Covid outbreak. This stay will stay in our memories forever! We hope we will be able to come back soon.

We stayed a few days for a friends wedding. The home was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the hot tub and deck multiple evenings and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and grill as well. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

I am sorry we had to cut our vacation short, however thetime wes pent there was great, we love the cabin Powell equipped. hot tub, sauna was fabulous. We are looking forward to going back some day.

The furniture is worn down, beds, chairs, couch. My daughter sunk into the middle of one of the mattresses. The home was not a place I felt like I could walk around bare foot. The hot tub was clean. The kitchen items are also worn and several dirty items. The home is right by the ski area and close to the lake. Close to restaurants/stores. We most likely would choose a different property when we go up next time. The cleaning fee was really high considering what we walked into.

Great location! Loved the spa & comfy beds/bedding!
A family getaway for Mother’s Day and we had a great time. The home fit the 6 of us nicely, the twin bed in one of the bedrooms worked out perfectly for our 5 yr old granddaughter. It’s hard to find places that accommodate our grand dog, so we are thank ful for this home.

Family Ski Weekend
Perfect place with 3 minute drive to Diamond Peak for snow skiing. Loved the sauna and hot tub after skiing layout of the house was perfect for two couples and two children - including an infant! Great advice from Irina for a lovely dinner out for the grandparents! Thanks for a great stay?

Tyrolean Winter Escape
We had a great visit to the Diamond Peak ski area and enjoyed the home very much. It was warm and cozy and the family enjoyed fun, food and games between trips to the slopes. The home has a good location to base from in the Incline Village area.
