Situated in Madeira Beach, this lovely condo for £104 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Summary: Nice and Nautical! One bedroom with new flooring and brand new King size bed with sleeper sofa located on the first floor, poolside. Beautiful new tile shower in the bath. All the comforts to make your vacation complete. This condo is steps from the pool and right across the street from the Public beach access and is within walking distance to a variety of local restaurants and shops. There is a large heated pool, secluded from the street by privacy fencing. There are lounge chairs for tanning and a tiki hut for relaxing in the shade. A BBQ Grill and Shuffleboard are provided for your use, and there is a coin-operated laundry on-site. ***Please note: Parking for this unit is limited to one vehicle. Guest Access: Entire Condo, Pool, Beach, Common Areas The Neighborhood: Across the Street from Beach - Madeira Beach is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to settle the Madeira Beach area. It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal named John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. John's Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop till your hearts content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sport activity but you can also rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Overall a great place. Room above us was a little noisy late at night but I just used ear plugs. One day we was getting ready to leave for a massage appointment and the door lock stopped functioning. It seemed like there was no power or batteries dead. Called for help. They brought the wrong key after waiting a little bit then had to wait for maintenance he also said it needed replaced. In the end it took a little over a hour and we missed our appointments. I was bummed about losing our deposit and appointments but things happen. It could have been worse I imagine

People in adjoining rooms were very friendly. The location was close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Very walkable.

We had such a pleasant stay at Tropic Breezes. The condo was super clean, very homey and just beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. It truly felt like home away from home. The pool area is so relaxing. We definitely would recommend this place to anyone. We cannot wait to come back ourselves.

Cute lil spot but furniture and decor could use an upgrade. Our TVs was TINY in both rooms! I could feel every spring in the sofa when I sat on it! Blanket on the bed was stained in several spots. We found a dead cockroach but thankfully no live bugs during our stay. Our room was right in front of the pool which was great! We were there during red tide so the pool ended up being the highlight of our stay. Kitchen was stocked with many thoughtful items. We had family in a unit upstairs so we were able to see the huge difference in rooms. All in all a good stay and I would return. Great location, beach across the street, gas station next door and some awesome restaurants in walking distance. Thanks!

Great location
My husband and I spent four nights in this unit and had a great time! The pool was clean and never overcrowded. The property management were quick to respond and attend to our needs. The location is great (near plenty of dining/shopping areas) and has easy access to the beach. The only issue we had was our shower liner was moldy but once we brought it to their attention, it was promptly replaced. Overall, we’d be happy to visit Madeira Beach again and stay in this cozy unit!

Location was great. Walking distance to the beach. The only thing we didnt like were the beds. Sofa bed was terrible, you can feel the wires when you lay down. We didn't use it. My daughter slept on the sofa and we added some blankets for confort
And the bedroom mattress is old. Very uncomfortable. It definitely needs replacement.

Great place. Perfect location.
This was our first airbnb. We couldn't have chosen better. The owners were really good at communicating and responsive. The pictures are accurate. It was 1 block from the crosswalk directly to the beach. Off street parking was nice. There is a convenience store across the street. Really handy. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was good but as Seniors I would add a bar in the shower. We are not as steady as we once were. The coffee pot was not working. I tried to clean it out but failed. We phoned the office and a new one was brought promptly. I was very happy so I didn't have to walk over to the Speedway. The bedroom was great and the bed very comfortable. The location in Madeira Beach was wonderful. We had dinner at the Conch Republic per recommendation from one of your employees. This was excellent. When we arrive the vondo was not clean and when we were to check out they kind of rush us out.because the cleaning lady was there chek out time was 11 am. We were out at 9:30 am

Birthday Getaway
Our family of 4 came to celebrate my husband's birthday weekend. The location was great (just a short walk to the beach) and close to many shops /restaurants. The condo was very clean, and we had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We would definitely come again .

Had a great time!
This condo was perfect for my two daughters and I during our "girl-cation". The room was literally in front of the pool! The pool was pristine and well kept with instructions and appropriate tools to wipe down your area for the next guest. There was also welcomed shade on the pool deck. The beach is a small walk right across the street too. The air conditioner worked wonderfully! The kitchen was pretty well stocked with a full size refrigerator. There is a Speedway right next door so anytime we needed something like more waters, ice cream, chips, etc. we didn't even need to hop in the car and go anywhere! Excellent dining choices within a few miles and great proximity to John's Pass for shopping and dining. The room came with 2 low sitting beach chairs which we thoroughly enjoyed, as well as a bogey board! Thanks for that!

The perfect place!!
What can I say, I was right across the street from the beach and the pool steps away from my door! I couldn't have picked a better location. The condo is nice and cozy with all the essentials you could need for your home away from home. So many extra blankets which helped my son sleep on the sofa bed and the bedroom is oh so comfortable!! I really enjoyed my stay and we would definitely come back again!!! Thank you so much for everything!!

Our stay was amazing! Beautiful room ( unit 5), very clean, fully stocked with all necessary amenities, and the owners were very accommodating. The heated pool was a plus and also being right across from Madeira beach and down the road from John's Pass! We will be back!

Great place to stay!!!
This property exceeded my expectations. Very clean and well appointed. Cozy but large enough if you decided to cook with updated pots, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. My only caution - we stayed in 205, and there is a king sized bed. However, my husband said his side was listing and he was afraid he would fall out of bed. Maybe check the mattress. I would this property for a couple or a couple with a child.

Second time staying at this location and ready to book our next visit with the same location. With the few issues we had, it was easy to contact the appropriate people with our concerns and our concerns were addressed and taken care of quickly.

No complaints
Perfect little condo for two. Has really all the essentials you need for a beach get away —- > across from a beach access and close to several different things to do in the area. My fiancé and I were able to go for a walk on the beach with our coffee , venture around the area and hop in the pool at the end of the day. And we found great restaurants... we did drive to them but there were several places with in walking distance. Johns pass is only a 1.3 mile walk (if you really wanted to walk and not pay for parking). We will definitely consider staying here again in the future .

Very nicely equipped property, up to date.
The Tropic Breeze was situated in a convenient area...close walking distance to the beach. The pool was especially nice to have right outside my door. Most importantly, the other renters were SO welcoming and friendly!
The only downside at all is the road noise from Gulf Blvd.
