Greit hotell sentralt med trikk rett utfor og gåavstand til sentralbanestasjonen

Savnet oppskåret frukt ved frokosten. Vi ba om to enkeltsenger, men fikk dobbelseng og dobbeldyne ..

Wir waren einfach sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel besuchen

Die Lage des Hotels ist äußerst praktisch: zentral und mit einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle quasi vor der Haustüre Das Dreibettzimmer war für uns drei Damen wunderbar! Lediglich die Armatur am Spülkasten war etwas defekt, aber trotzdem sehr gut zu handhaben. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Zuvorkommenheit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Hotelmitarbeiter und die Toleranz gegenüber mitgebrachten Speisen und Getränken

mir fällt nichts ein... außer der Spülkastenarmatur. Und als kleiner Tipp für andere Reisenden; nach einer Spülbürste muss man einfach an der Rezeption fragen, dann erhält man sie.

Really impressed, would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Staff all very friendly. Nice breakfast options. Very clean and tidy. It was my wife’s birthday and when we got back from exploring there was a card and some balloons in our room from the hotel cleaner which was amazing.

Fantastic stay; staff was very helpful.

Location - was accessible to most of the places we wanted to see. The central terminal was a short 8-min walk. The breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We requested early check-in and since the room was available, was not charged for it.

I would recommend hotel.

Clean, lovely pillows and duvet, kind and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Central Amsterdam.

During 2 nights very loud guests returning to their rooms banging doors and shouting.

Schönes Hotel, schöne Zimmer, sauber und geflegt aber super unfreundliches Personal

Zimmerausstattung und Sauberkeit waren tadellos. Heizung hat funktioniert, Fenster kann geöffnet werden.

Super unfreundliches Personal. Wenig hilfsbereit und total schnippisch. Definitiv mein erster und letzter Besuch in diesem Hotel

Very small and cramped rooms combined with disappointing facilities

Location was pretty central for walking to different areas and central station

Our room size was described at c.19 square metres on Booking.com. The room was extremely small and so was that of another party of friends travelling with us. I don't go on city breaks to measure rooms but the saying "you couldn't swing a cat in it" fitted well. I finally measured the floor space and looked back on my booking, instead of 19 square metres our floor area (including bathroom and cupboard space) was less than 14 square metres, at least 26% less that what we had booked and paid for. On the floor plan there do appear to be larger rooms but not much larger so I would suspect they are about the size Booking.com advertise. European breakfast was just a prohibitive price at around €21, not for a family but more that suitable for the business traveller.

Reasonable priced hotel in the heart of Amsterdam

The hotel is close to the Mai station and walking distance from all attractions. Staff were helpful too. Due to some miscommunication my room was not cleaned on the first day. When I raised this the next day it was beautiful clean and the service manager followed up with me to see if I was happy with the service. This kind of follow up and customer care is excellent.

The airconditioning was a bit tricky which made the room a bit warm to sleep in. But the service desk sorted this out for me.

Hotel clean. Staff friendly. Brilliant location.

Close to everything including the station. Location is 10/10.

Bathrooms are a bit on the smaller side esp the toilet which is jammed between the sink and the shower. But it was fine for our stay! Room layout could be a lot better but again for what we need it was totally fine.

Sentralt, døgnåpent med kort og hyggelig personale.

Wonderful!

Very close to the central railway station and the city center with all famous places. Staff was very polite and friendly, would always help us if needed. Breakfasts were diverse and tasty. The rooms were clean, comfortable, cozy and warm with everyday cleaning service. We were staying here not for the first time, really recommend!

Location was perfect. It was walking distance to quite a bit of the city and it was right on the tram line.

The design of the room was very tight and ill-conceived. We had to overcome obstacles to maneuver through the room to do simple things.

Great location - 10 minutes walk from the Central Station and easy to get to and from Airport.

Staff could be more helpful. Room was not as shown in the pictures on Booking.com. The photos show window beside bed but it’s tuck around the corner so feel like your in a box. Do not stay in room 210. Even when the air con was off the room had air pumped in and it stunk of kitchen odours. Rooms not very soundproof so woken when neighbours came home in early hours.

Had a pleasant stay; the roadworks up front were annoying but beyond the hotel's controel's control.

Not a comfortable stay

The location was great - walking distance from Amsterdam Central Station, close to various museums, restaurants and other attractions.

The room was very small and uncomfortable. Beds were weirdly configured with headboards in the middle of the room and feet against the wall. Any person taller than 6 ft. wouldn’t be able to fit in this bed. The bathroom walls were made of glass. Even though part of them were frosted - you have absolutely no privacy while in the bathroom. The hotel shouldn’t place more than 1 person in this type of room.

Functional stay near Amsterdam Centraal

Location was great. Upgraded on arrival. Laura was fantastic. Room was a decent size, spacious bathroom, large sink. Lobby great to work for a while with good tables, outlets and a free coffee machine.

Room layout was odd. Bathroom was just a corner of the room bounded by frosted glass. Could have more light in the bathroom and room.
