Excellent location

The location was to-die-for. Located in the old town, a stone's throw from the main railway station (hbf) and 2 metro (U-bahn) stations, surrounded by eateries, take-away stalls and supermarkets. There's even a Hans im Glück right next door! Parking in the basement was extremely convenient while the friendly and helpful service from all the staff was out-of-this-world! Help yourselves to ground coffee, hot chocolate, etc. from the reception desk.

It was tiny. The first impression we got when we opened the door was that it was way too small for 5. With the sofa bed extended, there was barely enough room to walk around the apartment. That the windows overlooked the quadrangle, and therefore required the blackout blinds to be pulled down for privacy, didn't help alleviate the claustrophobic feeling. But really, that was the only downside to an otherwise perfect place!

Tolles Appartement, zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten. Verdunklung dreifach, das ist toll. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt hat.

The staff were exceptionally accommodating, warm and friendly.

The first room was dark and narrow. After the first night I was kindly moved to another room.

Excellent apartment near Hamburg train station.

Lovely apartments close to the train station. Very helpful staff and provided cot and highchair for our baby. Good facilities in the apartment including washing machine.

The bedroom was separated by a sliding door which meant it was not very soundproof.

Friendly, attentive reception personnel and pristine facilities and accommodation. Fabian in particular was a delight! Thank you for your friendly assistance!

It would be good if a small table / bench be places outside to accommodate smokers…

Bed weren't very comfortable. The mattresses were a bit hard.

Location was perfect, staff very attentive and room was comfortable. We had a great time. Breakfast was provided in the form of many little plastic packages, as there was no real breakfast facility on site. I wonder whether a more ecologically sound solution can be found? May a voucher for a nearby bakery?

Best accommodation we have stayed at in a city, would definitely recommend

The accommodation is perfect, if you like sleek, modern well thought out rooms then these are for you. Also liked the lockers and toilet for use on your last day, very close to the main train station and underground line.

A description of what can go in the recycle bin and what cannot would have been helpful.

luxury in the city!

I travelled with a friend and it’s important for me to have my own space when not out and about exploring the city I’m visiting. the apartment was just that, we had our own rooms and separate bathrooms. The open plant living room and kitchen was great because it kept it a nice clean space for a little down time between day time and evening activities around Hamburg. Eric who checked us in was wonderful, he went out of his way to recommend hotspots for the Hamburg experience and showed us to our room and explained how to use certain facilities within it. I will definitely be recommending these apartments as the location was perfect!

Very nice, clean and good location close to Hauptbahnhof. Excellent bathrooms and kitchen area

No comfortable chair to sit in when sofa is needed as a bed. Would have liked more seating options in the living room for a traveling family

I’m an Erik Vokel fan I have stayed at his other properties and love them.

The rooms were spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. It was awesome to be able to go to reception and grab coffee, laundry pods, dishwasher tablets.

The bedroom door to the main bedroom in the the 2 bedroom apartment could have actually been a door not a paper type wall.

Very nice place. Excellent location if you travel by train. Friendly staff (although I think most people handle the check-in and -out in the machine without the staff). Lots of space and very clean.

Easy to reach by train, good location to walk and public transport from, Christmas markets nearby. Automated check-in was easy, room was clean, in-room washer-dryer is a godsend on holiday (just ask reception for detergent pods.)

We didn't have any problems and it felt safe enough for us, but the nearby train station is a bit gnarly at night. It isn't close enough to be a noise problem or for this hotel's streets to feel unsafe, but I wouldn't ask e.g. my grandma to travel to it by train late at night.
