Top et excellent rapport qualité/prix

La situation géographique, le bâtiment en question, le personnel à l'écoute, le séjour était très agréable, je reviendrais probablement !

Bien que peu dérangé par le bruit, le moindre bruit dans le couloir s'entend et l'on peu entendre les voisins également...., mais largement suffisant car confortable pour les courtes périodes.

Wonderful service. Would definitely stay again

The service was wonderful. From very early check in, to taking care of our bags, nothing was too much trouble. They staff were really friendly and very very helpful. The property was clean and comfortable. The block out blinds were great for helping kids get over jet lag.

Boa relação qualidade preço numa localização fantástica.

Localização ótima, numa zona calma e perto de 3 estações de metro. A 2 minutos a pé de Westbourne Grove com ótimos cafés, lojas e restaurantes. Também a uma curta distância a pé de Hyde Park (5/10 min) a 10 min de Portobelo Road e 20 min de Little Venice. Os quartos são pequenos mas conforáveisl, a decoração é moderna e recente, o colchão e as almofadas são ótimos.

A insonorização é má. Ouve-se as pessoas a falar nos quartos ao lado.

Fantastic!

One of the best places to stay in the centre of London. Not the first time I stayed at this place, always come back!

The doors in the halls make clapping sound when closing that you can hear in the room

Safe sleep

Location. Neighborhood. Friendly staff.

My room was cold and drafty even after adjusting the thermostat and informing staff. There were no small face size towels available only mid to large size. I had to purchase my own small towels at a local store.

Lovely property very modern clean rooms and very comfortable beds would recommend to stay here. Loads of cafes and bars near by and great transport via the tube just down the road to easily get around London.

3. Etage ohne Aufzug Fenster war nicht ganz zu öffnen (ist aber sicher nur dann ein Problem wenn man - so wie ich- immer gerne bei weit offenem Fenster schläft.

La habitación era amplia, acogedora y moderna, con servicio de té o café en la habitación que se agradecía después de una jornada de frío. La ubicación excepcional a 10 min aprox de Portobello. Ubicación excepcional cerca de metro. El personal amable y servicial.

Alles bestens, wir kommen wieder!

Sehr sauberes und süßes Hotel, was gerade renoviert wurde. Daher eher modern eingerichtet. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super gute Lage für London. Man hat eine sehr gute Anbindung an die Öffis und hat Fußläufig viele Möglichkeiten. Außerdem sind die Betten sehr bequem. (Kleine Betten, für große Personen könnte dies schwierig werden). Tolle Dusche und bester Föhn, den ich im Hotel jemals hatte. Wir können dieses Hotel jedem nur empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schön!

Sehr gute Lage, man kann alles sehr gut von dort aus erreichen. Ubahn 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Leider kein Aufzug. Stiegen im Haus sind extrem schmal und steil. Und man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen, aufgrund einer Sperre. Das finde ich persönlich geht gar nicht, zu warm in den Zimmern! Stickige Luft!

Nice location and great money for value

The hotel is very close to several tube stations, supermarkets and the Hyde Park. The room was freshly renovated and modern. They even got us a fridge for our room without extra costs. We arrived at 11 am and wanted to store our luggage there and they already had our room ready for check-in. They even helped us with our luggage because the elevator wasn't working.

You could sometimes hear the other guests but not too loud.

A cozy little hotel at an ideal location with wonderfully clean rooms.

The room was lovely, it was not big but that gave it a special British charm in my opinion. Since the hotel was undergoing some renovations while we were there it felt like it was an entirely new hotel, we felt like the first guests in our room, especially since it was so clean. The location is perfect.

The only thing that might be a problem for some people is the lack of an elevator, especially for the rooms on the fourth floor. But that didn't bother us so much, again it felt very British and part of the culture.

Lifts not working so we had to climb up and down a very steep and narrow stairs up to 4th or 5th floor.

I loved the location & staff were very helpful but the hotel is under renovation & without elevator

Good location, close to Bayswater Station & 8 minutes walk to Hyde Park.

Poor WiFi, No Elevator “Lift”, Under Renovation which annoys us while sleeping, VERY SMALL Room specially the single bed room, mine was 2 m long & 1.5 m width

Wasted our money and left.

It was close to two train stations

Awful facilities, no lift, no air conditioning and the window didn’t open which made us feel stuffy and claustrophobic. We were shocked how bad and small it was and ended up leaving a night early to stay somewhere else. No value for money, we were horrified. The last straw for us was what looked and smelt like sewer water leaking from a light socket outside our room- complete hazard. We had to leave with no compensation or refund.

There is reconstruction in progress and no elevator, no AC works yet.

Excellent location, recently refurbished, a great stay

We were only the second guests to stay there after the refurb (it was still going on) and were a little perturbed that there were bulding materials all over reception however there was zero noise from the buliders during our stay. Also, our room was pristine because of the refurb and had everything we needed. The location was excellent. We would stay again.
