The location, property and area around the hotel are amazing
Our room had a very strong chemical smell that wouldn't go away, even after I tried airing it out. This made my stay uncomfortable and less enjoyable.

Perfect location. The restaurant, swimming pool, the staff, the wines; we enjoyed everything! At our arrival, we had a minor issue in our room which was managed perfectly by the owner. We really felt welcome as a family. A special thanks to Gaia and Happy: they're able to make the word hospitality into an art!

The property is nice and in a good proximity to Multepulciano.
The property seems to be a little neglected. The pool needed cleaning and beds were the biggest disappointment of all.

We are travelling as a family of 3 and had a spacious villa with a really big bathroom.
The pool area was really good amongst the olive grove with plenty of pool lounges.
Breakfast was ok, the quiche on our last morning was the best (we stayed 3 nights).
There is plenty of parking, it is a bit tight if you are parking near the pool area.
You do need a car to get around as it’s not walking distance to montepulciano. We ate dinner at the property each night, it was a good menu and reasonably priced.
Fridge in the room worked well.
Like the other reviews- the beds. The mattresses need to be changed.

Everything! Calm and beautiful atmosphere and amazing food! The pool was much appreciated by the whole family as it was 35 degrees outside. Stunning sunsets, air conditioning in the rooms (not apartments) and very helpful personnel. Most knew English which made everything easier. The best Italian breakfast we came across during our stay in Italy (not fond of the sweet breakfast concept idea).
The beds as most beds we came across were really hard. 😊

the restaurant was amazing, we had the cold tomato soup, ravioli, amazing beef in a rocket salad with with a balsamic reduction and the white and red wine.
very reasonably priced with bottles of wine from 11-33…
rooms were clean and large, the shutters made the room very nice and dark
ac was perfect, shower had great pressure

The accomodation has beautiful scenery, with the town of Montepulciano close by. The rooms were spacious, beds comfy and had a mini fridge to keep drinks cold. The wifi coverage was good and there was a beautiful pool within the olive trees which was great to cool down in. Breakfast was good and we had dinner at the on-site restaurant which had good Italian food.
I am 6ft 3 and I found the beds a little bit short as my feet touched the bottom of the bed frame but other than that everything was good!

Check in was very easy and most accommodating with efficiency.
Comfortable and spacious rooms.

Very luxurious place to stay. Nice staff and lots of activities to do. The swimming pool is very nicely located in between an olive tree garden. We also booked an wine tasting tour. Happy (tour guide) knew a lot about the production and really took her time to get to know us and spoil us with a delicious tasting! It was a great experience. To top it off we ate in the accompanied restaurant. The food was really tasty.
It is really really noisy. Unfortunately we couldnt sleep well because of all the noises produced by other guests above and around us.
The pillows were really soft and didn't really offer much support, so we woke up really stiff. But that could also be personal preference.

Villa Nottola is a lovely venue, perfectly situated in the most beautiful countryside. Our apartment was spacious with a great terrace. Unfortunately the weather was not so good. The staff were so friendly and spoke good English. We thought the restaurant and service was exceptional.
The breakfast was sometimes not so brilliant

Breakfast was very nice. Good assortment
Outside door to the room was difficult to open. No bottle opener in room. Bed wasn’t a Queen, just 2 beds pushed together.

The location is amazing with a pretty winery. Check in was easy with friendly helpful staff. Our accommodation was perfect with a very comfortable bed and a great shower, everything was clean.

Beautiful setting, close to montepulciano.
We booked this accommodation because it was listed as having a restaurant, pool and offered wine tasting. We had tried to contact the villa beforehand by phone and email but there was no answer. When we arrived, we were told that the restaurant and pool were both closed, and wine tasting was not available. Therefore none of the reasons we booked the hotel were available to us. We were extremely disappointed, especially as the booking.com listing explicitly stated that there was a restaurant and that the pool was open. Additional factors are that the bed was very uncomfortable and the wifi doesn't work. I would not stay here again.

beautiful property with lovely staff. breakfast was great and a really good value for 10 euro pp. boiled eggs, toast, pastries, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee, tea, cappuccino. if you are lucky, you will be assisted by Gaia, a young lady who is very passionate about Tuscany and gave us amazing recommendations.
Quite uncomfortable bed, which we now kind of expect throughout our travels in Italy.

the suite was a very nice size, the gardens around were also lovely, it was a shame the restaurant was undergoing refurbishments so it was not available. The breakfast was very nice and the was a large variety of options.
the dining room staff was a bit cold and not very friendly, they offer wine tasting twice a day one in Italian and one in English it would have been nice to have known in advance so that we could have signed up for it and plan our arrival accordingly.

The team at Villa Nottola truly made our stay fantastic. It was a trip of a lifetime! The Villa grounds are gorgeous and I found numerous spots to catch up on emails, read a book and just relax. We dined at their restaurant 3 times and the food and wine was excellent every time!
I would highly recommend you stay here as it is very close to many wineries and the breakfast was amongst the best that we had during our one month stay in Italy!
Thank you to the ladies and Manpreet, you were all very welcoming and we hope to see you again soon!
