Great location and staff.

Excellent location, staff were wonderful and sought ways to help with every request. Laundry on site was very helpful.

There was no coffee - staff said coffee maker was broken and there was no timeline for repair. There was a kettle in the room so we bought our own instant. Hopefully the coffee maker will be repaired soon.

Modern, sauber und gut gelegen zu gutem Preis für Singapur

Das Zimmer war klein aber größer als andere Zimmer in Singapur für den Preis. Die Einrichtung war sehr modern und es war praktisch eingerichtet, sodass es an nichts fehlte. Die Lage war direkt an der Orchard Road, also perfekt, wenn man shoppen möchte. Eine MRT Station erreicht man in 2 Min. zu Fuß.

Die Hitzeschutzfolie am Fenster war hier und da zerkratzt.

Clean and friendly

The hotel is in a great, quiet location. It's very clean and the staff are friendly. There is a kettle in the room so that we were able to make a hot drink. Water is provided daily in the room and there's also a water dispenser on the 1st floor (in the laundry and small gym)

The room is a little small but ok for a short stay. We fortunately brought coffee with us as there are only 2 teabags in the room, although there is a coffee machine in reception.

clean rooms and friendly staff location is perfect. a five minute or less walk to dhoby ghaut station which has three MRT lines that cross through

they only had double beds (no twin rooms and no trundle beds) so staying there with a family member means you'll have to share a bed

Ok for a short stay but probably not worth the price we paid to stay

Great location, shower was nice, front desk staff were friendly and check in/check out was very quick and easy

Bed was not comfortable- pillows too soft and feather down quilt gave me allergies. Room was very small. Mini fridge was not cool enough to keep drinks or snacks cool. Would have been good to have a bidet hose in the toilet. There was dust on the tea set too.

Good room, great location, helpful front desk staff; housekeeping can be better

Room is modern with adequate space. Large TV and AC are great. It was my husband's birthday and they gave us a goodie bag. Very much appreciated!

We stayed for 6 days. Cleaning / housekeeping isn't up to par for a hotel in this price range. Had to ask for bodywash refill and hand soap refill. Also they missed refilling tea bags as well. And, there is no coffee offered, just tea.

GREAT LOCATION

The location of the hotel is near Dhoby Ghaut met station. The room fits for couple only. They regularly clean the room and change the beddings and towels. The hotel provides new bottled water daily but you can refill it at their pantry/gym.

Superb

The location is good. Close to MTR and shopping centre. A lot of eating places around. The hotel is quite busy there and there is no way to have an early check-in. Good wifi. Some staff greeted you with a warm welcome. Will stay again on the next trip.

The bathroom glass door is semi transparent which is not good if friends stay together.

No desk available in the room, no space where to work. No restaurant in the hotel and no breakfast available. Checkout at 11am max.

Exceptional

Aside from meeting my expectations— clean, quiet, no cigarette smell, the hotel was a short walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station/interchange. The staff were also polite and allowed me to store our luggage on the last day.

Overall all enjoyable

I liked that it was near a subway station with 3 different lines. Also, it was very convenient because it was also near the bus station with different buses that could take you directly to different landmarks & orchard road.

Although the room was spacious enough, the bed felt pretty small for 2 people. Also, wish it had a bidet/bidet spray.

Great location

Location was great and because of this it’s good value for money. Daily bottled water was a good extra.

The doors/walls are thin so in the mornings we could hear the cleaning staff in the rooms next to us. One of the PowerPoints also kept ‘tripping’ the lights on and off in the room.

Convenient and pleasant stay by the shopping core of Singapore

Convenient stay at the core of Singapore in a well connected area by transport and nearby Plaza Singapura Mall. Great TV in room that worked well for wireless chromecast.

Fitness room has two workout machines, a treadmill and an elliptic one. The elliptic was out of order. View from the room was the hotel right in front.
