Soggiorno tutto sommato gradevole !
L’ampiezza delle stanze
Abbiamo trovato un po’ di formiche, un telo per la doccia non pulito, inoltre nel locale dove conferire i rifiuti manca il contenitore per gli oli esausti.

Bad
Following a lengthy check-in, which was totally cumbersome as we had to walk to a nearby mall to go to the reception, we were finally shown into the apartment which we had booked by one of the receptionists after over 30 minutes. The lights in the kitchen didn’t work and it soon became clear that the central air conditioning didn’t work either. Given that there was a heatwave, we requested stand fans. Unfortunately, this simple request was immediately rejected. After stating numerous times that she had no solution to this problem, the receptionist said that she would check whether they had an alternative apartment for us to stay in; though she insisted that it was unlikely as they were fully booked. After making several calls, the receptionist took us to another apartment that suddenly became available. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t work in this apartment either. The receptionist claimed that it might take the air conditioner several minutes to work. She told us to wait for half an hour and contact her should the air conditioner not work at all. The air conditioner still didn’t work so the receptionist told us to get keys to another apartment. She promised us that we would be given a refund in the morning by the manager in the eventuality of a nonfunctioning air conditioner. Upon given the keys, we were assured that despite being smaller than the apartment we had booked, this third apartment would have a working air conditioner. Unlike precedent times, we were left to fumble through on our own in search for this apartment located blocks away.
The last apartment was a total downgrade from what we paid for. Small and crammed, with few power outlets and totally dated. Apart from the general depressing atmosphere of this apartment, the air conditioning did not turn on at all. It seemed like it was totally disconnected. Next day we faced the most arrogant receptionist ever. a blonde bespectacled woman who refused to tell us her name, took charge. She told us that the manager was on holiday and that if we had any issues, we must contact Booking.com. We told her that the receptionist, whom we had spoken to in the morning, said that the manager would be at work in the afternoon and so we insisted on speaking to the manager. The receptionist claimed that her colleague who was on the morning shift was still new at the job and that we were misinformed. She said only the manager could issue refunds and that the only way we could contact the manager was through booking.com. Once we kept insisting to speak to the manager, the receptionist ordered us to sit down and wait till 9 o’clock when they would close as a way of getting rid of us and to show us that she was totally ignoring us. We insisted that this was totally unacceptable and unprofessional as there must be someone to shoulder responsibility. The receptionist started shouting at us, screaming that we wanted her to lose her job by asking her to call the manager while she was on holiday. This rude and unprofessional receptionist persisted that we were wasting her time and repeatedly told us to sit down and wait till 9 pm. We insisted that we were not leaving without compensation for having our only night in Milan ruined. At that point she started shooing us away. Seeing that this receptionist was being totally unreasonable and impolite, we decided to leave the reception and contact you by email. To add insult to injury, while we were leaving, the receptionist kept saying ‘Bye, Bye!’ in a mocking and insulting tone.

In general I liked the property and it worth the money I spent there.
The location, the staff and equipment were perfect.
The air condition was not working and it was a little hot inside.

Many pros some cons.
I loved the room space and bedrooms, plus the amenities like the hair dryer and wifi. Happy with the extra pillows, blankets, toilet paper and more. Good spot and very clean.
The sink wouldn’t drain and that wasn’t a big issue as we had the kitchen sink. What was the issue is that the following day we spoke about the issue to the lady who first served us when we arrived and she said they would come that day after 2pm and they never did so we had to walk the following day to the reception and explain it all again to another person and then got told it would be checked out and they never came.

amazing value
the apartment was spotless clean and bedrooms were a great size with lots of storage. Bathrooms were great, and kitchen well-presented. The location was perfect, so close to Lidl and the metro stop, it was very easy to get to the centre of Milan. Overall, great value for money and would definitely stay again.
Would say that picking up the keys was quite a stressful process. Was somewhat difficult to find the location of the pickup within the shopping centre. Heads up that if you don't have a credit card you will be expected to put down a 400 euro deposit there (someone else at reception also faced the same issues, so the process maybe should be clearer on booking, the deposit was repaid though with no issues). Also found that it would be better if the kitchen was somewhat better equipped. For breakfast we ate cereal from pasta bowls as there was also no toaster, and there was lacking oven trays really to feed the 6 people that were staying. But these were minor issues really.
