The breakfast was excellent and the beds where comfortable even for someone of 2m. The rooms are quite small but we'll equipped.

One small complaint the doors to the hallway are not blocking out all the noise.

A bit tight on space but not too bad

It’s a short walk from the Aomori train station, on the main street with lots of restaurants and shops. Excellent neck pillow. There is a water dispenser on every floor.

The front desk staff are rather unfriendly especially at check-in and didn’t relay any information about the hotel (eg where to get the amenities etc). Hotel security is lacking because it seems all the room floors are accessible to anyone who walks in from the Main Street.

Great location and friendly staff. They don’t speak English but will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met.

The location is excellent, few minutes walking from Aomori Station, close to local attractions and manu restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff was really friendly at check in, the room was spacious for japanese standards, the bathrub was a huge plus they provide bathing salts for a nice hot bath after a long walk day.

Clean and modern hotel with comfy bed. I was impressed with the variety of breakfast selection that was offered. The staff was extremely helpful by helping me to book a reservation required “Izakaya” restaurant. His outstanding service truly made my trip wonderful and memorable.

Personal doesn't speak english so we had a hard time coaminicating, also don't have contactless payment so you need cash or a physical credit card.

Location near to train station was excellent to traveler. Breakfast was sumptuous enough with choices for local Japanese and Western food.

Breakfast limited time at 9.15 but we don’t know. Nobody told us just told breakfast time 7.00-9.30 . Our group go to restaurant at 9.20 the staff told us can’t come in despite we paid for the breakfast . In case should they refund money back?
