Very nice and clean

The people were very nice and it didn’t cost a lot of money. For young people it is a very nice place to stay at and was money worth.

Everything was pleasant.

No one should have ANY hesitations staying here.

It honestly baffles me how this place has such a low rating. It’s in such a great location, the facilities were very clean, great wifi, a smart tv and fridge in the room, and overall just a great European vibe. I understand the building is older but I personally don’t think that takes away from the experience of staying there at all- especially considering it’s a fantastic price.

Nothing at all. I would love to come back and stay here.

Clean and quiet. The shared bathroom/toilet was also clean. Nice having a washbasin in the room

It's basic, but this is consistent with a budget hotel in Amsterdam. The bed was quite narrow.

The fact it had no en suite, smelt quite badly didn't realise the tourism fee you had to pay on the door

Exceptional

I had a really nice five-day stay at this hotel. It is only about 13 minutes of walking from the central train station, so it was very convenient. I also thought the owner/manager was really nice.

Great Location, for the price is worth it but could do with a thorough clean

For this value was perfect stay in center of Amsterdam.

Friendly and helpful stuff, perfect location. Free good connection for WiFi. We were allowed to check in earlier and we could left our luggages at the reception after check out.

Someone was smoking weed. It's not for old people joint problem.

Good location. Toilets were reasonably clean considering the number of people sharing it.

Triple room reserved was unavailable and were given bunk beds instead. Bunk beds does not have sufficient headroom to sit upright which made it extremely uncomfortable.

Very poor

The person from reception was very friendly and the hotel is situated in the centre of Amsterdam.

I did not like the room. It looked very old, and the room did not have any windows. Also the shared bathroom was very small. The kitcken was located near us and we could smell the food in the morning or in the evenings. Well, I agree that it is a very cheap hotel, but we still could get a room with windows.

A bit worn down. But affordable

Good location. Warm water. Comfy bed. Very affordable.

A mouse ran into the room. But staff quickly took action. Facility is a bit worn down, but you get what you paid for. It is affordable for Amsterdam.

View on the neighbor's roof. One of the showers didn't work.

Comfortable bed

Bed was comfortable. Room with table. Hanging options for cloth and towels. Trinking Glass. Location.

Loud from outside sometimes until 4 am. Window on the streetside. Doors slamming very loud from other rooms. Some small animals were crossing the floor - I fixed it. toilets were very tiny. At one shower, the tap for warm water did not work - it stucked. No breakfast.
