About this house rental
Recently renovated and decorated home has an ideal layout with 2 very large bedrooms on the ground floor; queen master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and second bedroom with 3 twins and en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have french doors leading to the new sunroom where you can view the peaceful bay as well as the boats passing by from the canal. Laundry facilities are on ground floor. Upstairs are 2 more good size bedrooms (queens) and a full bathroom. Enjoy the great room with 2 large reclining sofas, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The great room has 3 sliding doors leading to the large wrap-around deck. Phenomenal views of the bay and sometimes you can see the dolphins swim by!!! A perfect home in established and quiet neighborhood of Caine Woods for one or two families with lots of room to relax and enjoy the views from both floors. It will be difficult to decide if you want to sleep on the ground floor or upstairs. If you choose the ground floor, your bedrooms open with French doors to a huge sunroom with phenomenal views of the bay. In the sunroom is a couch, chairs and large table to relax at and enjoy your lunch or dinner with a lovely glass of lemonade or wine. If you desire the upstairs bedrooms, you are convenient to the kitchen and great room. So, grab your coffee and look out at the sweeping panoramic views of the bay from the 2nd floor wrap around deck. With 3 sliders to the deck, you can enjoy the views from the couches or dining room as well. The sunsets are gorgeous, words cannot truly describe the colors, hues and beauty.

Our week in OC MD was perfection and this was largely due to this wonderful property that is laid out perfectly, appointed perfectly and the lot and view allow you to enjoy the day sun up to sun down and beyond. We even hosted friends one evening! I hope our schedule allows return visits in the future and Julie is a terrific host!! The dolphins even made a brief appearance just as it got dark the night our guests were out on the porch! We kayaked and fished and the beach access was easy too - loved our week here with our kids - 7 of us total - the outdoor shower is another bonus!

The house is even better in person.
We were not upset at how busy OC restaurants were during our stay because we had dinner every night on the deck. We watched the dolphins every evening! We also had the perfect spot on the deck to watch fire works on the Fourth of July. Overall, the neighborhood and house is beautiful and quiet. Checking in was a breeze and Julie was very responsive when I had questions.
The house has everything that you may need during vacation if you need to use the kitchen.The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless. Loved having the washer and dryer.

The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do on our vacation but away from all the crowds. It was an easy walk to the beach, some restaurants and mini golf.

The property was just as stated in the ad, and we had a blast. Everything was immaculate and loved the house, the location and the property. The property managers seemed like great people and enjoyed conversations with the neighbors. Great sunsets, and neighborhood, easy access to restaurants, the beach, the bay and some miscellaneous items. Would love to stay again. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

The house was beautiful and great location. Neighborhood is perfect for walking and biking. The beach is close. Easy to ride bikes to the beach, walk or drive. Parking is never an issue. We spent alot of time at the house because of the bayfront location. Spacious and clean.We really enjoyed our stay!

Such a clean/organized home! Felt like a home away from home for my family. Teenagers loved being able to fish/crab and use kayaks right from the back yard. Was a lot of fun! Kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need. Owners are very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful house and Amazing Location
We have nothing negative to say about this house or our time in OC. The house was clean and fully equipped with all kitchen supplies. The location was gorgeous and we enjoyed kayaking and fishing right out the back door. It was also very close to the beach. We chose to drive but parking was never an issue. There is plenty to do in the area as well. The owner was very friendly and easy to work!

Great view!
This property has an excellent view! You cannot beat sitting on the upper deck and watching the boats. Very nice updated upper deck, screened in porch and outdoor shower. The inside was clean, but in need of an update. Please add a knife sharpener to your kitchen, as we could not find a sharp knife in the house. The downstairs shower curtain is ripped and needs replacing. Both bathrooms are in desperate need of an update. Our family enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

A Great Week!
We truly enjoyed our week in this beautiful home! The location on the bay was great and the views were amazing! We had nine people in our party, six adults and three children. The house is very comfortable for a group of nine. We spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying drinks on the beautiful second story wraparound deck. It is a very short drive to the beach and there is always ample parking once we got there. The owner was wonderful to work with, answered all our questions promptly and also provided great recommendations for the area! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful DECK and SUNSETS!
Spacious for our family of 4 (upstairs) and grandparents (downstairs). The deck is tops for evenings, with sunsets and boats to watch. The outdoor shower is a treat. The kitchen accommodated cooking for a week easily during the pandemic. The couches were comfy for all. Plenty of parking and a beautiful yard to play in. The mattresses upstairs would be my only suggestion for the upgrade list. We hope to return for sure!

This house was perfect size for are family of 8. Because of COVID we enjoyed our evenings in (take out a few times) and spent everyday at the beach. Four family members had to do some work from home and the house was large enough for everyone to have personal Space! Flipper even swam by one night. We had everything we needed! Thank you so much! 2020 Summer Vaca
The house was perfect in size for our family of 8. The views and deck area were our favorite spot to hang out in the mornings and evenings. We even had a dolphin sighting in the bay. Nice to watch the boats go by.

Multi family vacation
Not sure how I can give enough superlatives for the view. It is amazing. The deck overlooking the bay is where we ended up spending most of our time, from breakfast in the morning to cocktails after the beach...it was perfect. Boats slowly roll by all day, herons probe the shoreline, and one day we actually saw dolphins.
The house was well furnished and provided everything we needed for my family of 4 and my in-laws family of five. They took the downstairs with the master suite and bedroom with 3 twins and we took the upstairs with bedroom with queen and bedroom with 2 twins. There is a full bathroom upstairs and an outside shower with hot and cold water. Anyone who hasn't taken a shower outside should definitely try it.
The beach is only a ten minute walk away yet back on the bay there is not any of the noise and traffic of Coastal Highway. Total relaxation.

Fantastic house in a fantastic location. Perfectly situated close enough to get to the hustle of the boardwalk yet far enough removed to enjoy the peace and quiet. Everything you need located nearby. Plenty of non-beach activities to keep everyone happy.
Not too many other places you can literally wake up and have coffee with dolphins swimming in your back yard about 50 yards away!

Great Place!
Great location on the bay. The place has nice rooms for all. Clean and has all of what you need to stay for a week. It is a the upper end of OC but you can take a bus cheaply for the day if you don't want to drive or you want to send the kids.

Wonderful Waterfront Home
We rented this house July 29th through Aug. 5th, 2017 since our son was getting married in Ocean City. The views from the baloncy were amazing and we enjoyed sitting outside and just watching all of the boat and jetski activity. The house was very clean, lots of room for all of us, and had everything we needed. Close to all the activities in Ocean City without the crowds. We brought our bicycles and it was very easy to get around town. Our family had a fantastic time there, had lots of laughs and fantastic meals. Will definetely come back!!
