Good Location. Can walk to kita shinagawa station about 3 minutes and to Shinagawa Station about 10 minutes. 3 convenience stores nearby. Staffs are friendly.

The bathroom is small for me.

Value for money.

The best part of this hotel is the location. Accessibility is very good. Train station "Kitashinagawa" is within 150 meters or let's say within 5 minutes walking distance. Train station "Shinagawa" is located within 10-15 minutes walking distance. By paying 140 Yen, can travel from Kitashinagawa to Shinagawa station as well. The "Mybasket" store (convience store like family mart) is located diagonally opposite to the hotel. There is one premium Bakery outlet next to the hotel.

If hotel can slightly increase the size of beds and install elevator for going to higher floors. The washrooms are extremely compact.

Disappointing especially for the cost 25200 yen (Au’s$275) for 2 nights.

Close to the station (Kit- Shinagawa) Kettle and cups.

Stairs up two floors. Room pokey and old, felt like in a caravan. Awkward step over bathroom with no hand-basin. Bed was hard and hardly space for two people to sleep. no room for luggage not even under bed. Not nice place to just unwind/ relax.

Small and cramped but it was a serviceable place to stay for a visit to Tokyo.

The location is convenient. The price is reasonable, the temperature of the room was comfortable, and I liked the toilet/bath facilities and the free amenities like tea and face creams.

The room was very small and cramped. Even though it had a hot plate/kitchenette, it didn't have any cookware, plates, etc, so it wasn't useful -- the fridge also did not seem to be working. I heard a lot of noise from the hallway which seemed to be from the cleaning staff each morning. I used the coin-operated laundry and attempted to buy detergent from the dispenser in the laundry room, but it turned out to be bleach (luckily I didn't use it) so I had to buy a whole box of detergent from the store which felt wasteful. I wish that the front desk sold small packs of detergent.

Very convenient

I liked that it was fairly close to the station, only about 1 stop away or you can walk about 10 minutes. Also it's good that the bathroom in in the room, I don't like public baths.

it is close to the station of Kitashinagawa, if you want, you could even walk from Shinagawa station too. it’s very quiet at night.

unfortunately there’s no elavator. if you have a huge luggage, i recommend you take the room on the 2nd floor (the level of the reception)

Would recommend for a few nights max, wouldn't advise long term stay.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Also the provision of a small kitchen (I'm talking one hob, a sink and rice cooker, so perhaps kitchen is a stretch, but still) in the room was very useful. It was also nice that amenities such as tea were available.

The room was very small and cramped with furniture, which is common in Tokyo, but staying for a week in such a room wasn't comfortable. The bed, described as a double, was a more of a large single so there wasn't enough space for my husband and I. The mattress and pillows were very rigid too. This along with very thin walls and various machinery outside our window droning through the night meant we couldn't really rest properly the entire stay.

1. 1 min walk to a small train station (Kita-shinagawa); 10 mins to a big station (Shinagawa) 2. some conveniene stores just downstairs 3. A post office just downstairs, good for shoppers to mail their packages home 4. Staff is very helpful 5. With a vending machine and laundry machines

1. No lift - those with heavy luggage should think twice before booking 2. A bit small room with small bed, barely fit for 2 persons / a couple 3. very slow WiFi. Prepare your own WiFi egg

An enjoyable stay with minor issues eg pillows at a reasonable price

I liked the location of the property and how it was located to a family mart and just a 2 minute walk to kitashinagawa station and a 13 minute walk to the main station shinagawa

Very good

There are loads of amenities just a stone’s throw away—post office, conbini, grocery store. It seems that the hotel lets you stay at weekly and monthly rates, which would be very convenient for some travelers. Although the hotel is small, they were able to keep my luggage for me at the front. They also can arrange luggage forwarding service if you ask in advance.

The hotel is a short hike from Shinagawa station, which is fine if you are unencumbered, but very strenuous with any heavy luggage. Kita-shinagawa station is just next to the hotel, but most travelers will have to change train lines to access this station. The room was clean but had a slight odor to it. I stopped noticing it, but it was apparent again when I would return to the room after going out. No elevator.
