Un día baje a desayunar dentro del horario y ya no contaba con desayuno, estuve por mucho tiempo esperando y no colocaron más.
No se realizo limpieza en la habitación en un día, cabe mencionar que extendí mi hospedaje.
Las facturas no te las envían como prometen al realizar tu check out , tienes que volver a llamar para solicitarla y por ultimo el servicio no es bueno por parte de todo el personal.

Una habitación muy limpia, pero podría mejorar el confort de colchones y almohadas ... desafortunadamente tuvieron que cambiarme porque la habitación solicitada ... no le servía el aire acondicionado

Atención en el buffet y recepción
Encontré cabellos en mi cama al levantar el edredón la primera noche que llegue y como esta cerca de la central de abastos se siente un olor fétido.

La ubicación para llegar a mi evento fue muy buena
Pero la pésima atención de la recepción con sus caras y forma de atender dejo que desear, se nota la persona aburrida o sin ganas de dar servicio, pésimo la configuración de canales en la TV , muy pocos canales y ni siquiera tenía señal los canales abiertos , menos los canales de paga , la regalera muy poca presión, lo comente a la recepción y no me ayudaron solo me pidieron que hiciera mis comentarios. Lamentable esta situación ya que mi prioridad es con cityexpress cuando salgo de viaje pero me deja mucho que desear.

The breakfast was very good...Great selection and food was hot. The offered shuttle service is basically no service. They will only take one room ..two people at a time and your time has to be pre booked. There is only one run every hour so if your time is booked you are out of luck.

Thank you to Isreal the driver and the other staff at the hotel. My stay was exactly what I needed for a short business trip.

It says they’d offer airport shuttle - when we asked, we were told that’s not offered any more. Fortunately there’s Uber in Mexico City.
The lights in our rooms were not working…
Location wasn’t the best, we should’ve just stayed in city centre.
